Wasnt able to convert the text at all. Just a few broken words out of a whole letter. This was not a very clean photo of the image though. I hate that I had to first pay to see the results. I ended up paying for nothing.
When previewing my document it looks nothing like what Ive been working on. The doc itself freezes frequently and when reaching out to customer service, one bad apple, Amit K spoils the experience and is a bad representative of the company. CHat is available 24hrs in the US, however, he cut off the chat and now I am not access to assistance, without having to fill out a form. This program is a gimmick, when you get to the end, you no longer can do ANYTHING! BECAUSE IT FREEZES IN PLACE AND REBOOTING DOES NOT HELP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SEARCH OTHER REUTTABLE SOURCES FOR PDF EDITABLE.
Doesn't convert. Get errors after I paid for the subscription
Piss-poor response speed. Had to wait minutes at a time for document to load.
Not even a good working product. No free trial, $40 after the first two weeks. Very dishonest marketing, dishonest pricing, and customer service persons who are fully aware of this and happy to take your money because of a loophole.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION i COULD HAVE A FREE TRIAL BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME GET MY DOCUMENT WITHOUT PAYING AND GIVING ALL THE PAYMENT DETAILS. WHY?
Spent 2 1/2 hours editing my work under the VERY CLEARLY STATED IMPRESSION that this was free w/ the addition of creating an account. Dont use this site. They only want money, and mislead you in getting there. Save yourself 3 hours of your life.

When I did the trial, I only expected it to come out one time. I was not given a notice that another $38 would come out of my account. I did not know that I needed to cancel that. It was an ongoing charge. They absolutely refused to refund my money even though the day I called was the final day to renew according to them they were rude and hung up on me as well refusing to give me a refund for something I don't even use.
This software is the second time i have been burned with them, they show up on google as free to use to simply fill out information but that is wrong. Once you are completed with your document, you are led to a page where you can pay anywhere from 14 days to longer. The 'free' option is buried as a link at the bottom of text, and even then to get your free download, you need to wait 24 hours and provide your credit card information. I would look elsewhere, I understand businesses need to make money but be honest up front with your customers that there really is no "FREE" use. You need to jump through hoops to get the 'free' dowload you were advertised.
Clear steps for the first time user of this programme
Do not try to use this app. DONT pay the money. Total ripoff. For the monthly charge can get better free apps.

It worked. I was able to easily convert my pdf over to MS Word. I like this.
The document I worked on has the signature sideways rather than directly on the line as I originally paced it. Right now I'm having difficulty retrieving it to make the necessary correction.
Pretty annoying when things say free and they aren't but I didn't really expect it to be free I guess.
