I paid for this service to make a PDF and began noticing a charge of $40 on my account shortly after. Once I noticed this charge I cancelled the service. Now two months later I am still being charged for a service that I am not using. STAY AWAY from this site, they unethically use your card information and bill you even after you cancel.

Upon reviewing my billing statements, I noticed that WorkSimpli, a subsidiary of this company, was fraudulently charging my account in the amount of $39.95 each month. I never once authorized these charges nor used this service. I contacted WorkSimpli to inform them of the fraud and the fraudsters themselves replied saying all they would be willing to do is refund the most recently charge rather than the several fraudulent charges that were never authorized. They can also confirm on their own end that I was not using their services and did not authorize the charges yet they continue to deflect. They reference their terms of cancelling a free subscription but I was never the one to sign up for this in the first place and someone else illegally used my payment information yet they take zero responsibly and do not honor the laws based around fraudulent charges such as this case.

Wasted hours of my time and literally steals money. This site should be taken down. Do NOT use this piece of crap disguised as a "service" it's nothing more than a scam.

It was advertised as a free trial but only editing the first document on screen is free. To actually save and send the pdf to someone it is $1.45. OK no problem. Paying $1.45 for a onetime edit to a pdf I have to sign and send is no big deal. Make sure you close the account and get confirmation that the account is closed before that not so free trial is up though because it is autobilled at $39.95 per month after that. Even adobe only charges $15/month or less if you go yearly.

Forces to create an account and choose a plan AFTER you've processed your document. Disgraceful. Should drown in negative reviews.

pdfsimpli.com charges 39.95 every 4 weeks without notice to the email of the person being charged. I got an email confirmation of my trial subscription payment, but no notice of the ongoing charges. They will only refund for payments made in the last 30 days - so they are willing to stealth charge until someone notices that they are being charged and then only refund the last charge. If I had not checked credit card statements they would have drained my account over time.

As a university student I thought this was a great alternative, should have read these review first. I emailed them multiple times to try and get a refund and nothing. Tried calling nothing. This is a $#*!ing scam and they will not reach out to you on time. Called my bank and had to report fraud. This happening while my aunt died this week and I had to fly out to see her definitely made it harder on me. Thanks for nothing. Stop scamming people. And Sarah H the girl that keeps replying to these, don't tell me to live chat with you guys cause that doesn't work on your site, don't tell me to call because I tried to call and don't tell me to email cause I did email you and you haven't responded to me once.

Just a bunch of scammers sitting out of India. Stupid as hell, you can convert but can't download. Many other free websites out there, just check some links!

I paid for a non conclusive & "non recurring" test period and realize that after that, I've been charged again for a "subscription"

This company is crazy. They hide charges in tiny print at the bottom of the plan box with a $1.95 14-day trial plan at the top of their "most popular plan", plan box. I was willing to pay the $1.95 for the 14-day trial to convert 1 document and canceled my plan the same day so I wouldn't forget to cancel within that 14-day trial and be charged some crazy amount for something I never use. I double-checked that it had been canceled(it had been), and there were several plans offered. The "Most Popular Plan" was only $7000/month! I had to look at it twice to make sure I was seeing that correctly. I was. Then Paypal emailed me to let me know I had made a purchase. I was charged $1.95 and then $39.95 for the subscription. I contacted Customer Service at PDFSIMPLI to have the charge reversed; and they are now refusing to refund the extra $39.95 charge they charge in addition to that $1.95, stating they are clear that I would be charged $39.95 for a month after my 14-day trial. I don't call tiny print at the bottom of the page, clearly stated charges.

The website says it is "FREE" but when you tried to download the file, it will proceed to payment. What a joke. I just wasted my time editing my PDF. Don't use this website again.

1) Wasn't even able to open a simple PDF, which given the name of this software, is a disgrace
2) Charged me $1.95 for the "free trial" in TWO separate transactions on my AmEx card (I can only imagine why)
3) Their onsite refund requesting is close to unuseable
4) They want to charge USD $40 a month for this ridiculous abuse. NO sane person would knowingly agree, given the much lower cost of much better and non-abusive alternatives

So, we all know about SaaS - Software as a Service. Let's call this one "BaaS" - Business as a Scam.

Simpli fraud. I did not sign up for the package you charged me for. I need my refund. Please I need it back

This piece of crap doesn't work so I canceled it the same day. To my surprise, I was billed today for $39.99. The rudest man on the phone told me I did not cancel it until today and was asking if I received a notification. Hello, you guys intentionally give notification, so you can renew it again and jacked us up with a paid subscription. I man on the phone was mad that I blocked you guys from Paypal, so I am not not eligible for refund.
