Planned to take my truck on a road trip on July 15th, but don't have a cover for my bed to protect luggage, etc. Read a lot of good posts and reviews about Peragon covers so I went to the Peragon website to place my order on July 1st. Made my selections and discovered the cover wouldn't be available to ship until July 17th. Crap.

I found a post on this forum by the Peragon company president Heath Copp in which he asked another forum member to PM him about discount extended to forum members. I took a shot in the dark and sent him a PM explaining my problem. He replied early the next day and extended not only the forum discount, but also a law enforcement discount and priority shipping to make sure I get my cover before my trip.

I placed my order over the phone on July 3rd and was promised the cover would ship no later than July 10th so I would have time to install it before I leave. I received the cover on July 8th (two days prior to the promised ship date) and installed it today. Install was a breeze with the help of the online video tutorials and the product quality is outstanding!

Definitely recommend this product for anyone searching for an affordable bed cover and top notch quality and customer service!

No good
December 29, 2016

If you ever had a good cover before you will hate this one. There are rubber gaskets in between the accordion panels that are stuck on with sticky material and the heat melts the material and the rubber peels off. The water will get right in. The caps for the ends fell off the first day. It doesn't open very easy and when it is hot you can't push down to open because your hands will burn. They (peragon) want you to keep the original boxes if you have issues and will only accept original packaging. Yeah I really want to store those big boxes and pay for shipping. Don't get any of the add ons at purchase. I got the rubber gasket and it came with no instructions and when you call it is hard to understand where it is suppose to go. You have to be able to push down the accordions to open and it makes a large part of the bed unusable. If something in the bed slides back there you have to crawl in the back of the bed to try to move the items. Very poor design, especially for Florida weather.

Hi Matthew -

I did some checking and see you ordered from us in August, so you've had your cover for four months. We will absolutely take care of any parts you need at no cost to you.

We use a 3M product on our weather seals and it performs exceptionally well. We've been using it for years and almost never have a failure. When we do, it is usually caused by a process issue where the seal didn't fully bond. I apologize for the inconvenience to you and we'll happily provide any replacement seals you need. Our top-selling states are Texas, California and Florida so heat is not a factor in the longevity of the seals.

Like most large or heavy products, we have specialized packaging with molded foam blocks designed to protect our cover from the bumps and bruises of shipping. That is why we recommend that our customers keep the packaging - for sure until the end of their 30-day return period to make sure our cover is going to work for them. Returning our cover in homemade packaging carries a high risk of damage. For customers who throw their packaging away and later decide to return or need warranty service, we do offer replacement packaging for purchase.

You can reach our Support team at 877-473-7246 or support at peragon dot com. They'll take care of anything you need.

- Heath

Great Products
October 8, 2016

I was looking for months on what cover to buy for my 2006 F150 FX4. I stumbled upon Peragon and could not be more grateful. I was looking for a solid cover that could retract and not cost more than the truck itself. The game changer was they offered a
Military discount. I would gladly do business with any company that recognizes our troops and for that I am thankful. I have told and will continue to spread the word about this company.

After nearly a month of research, I pulled the trigger on a Peragon cover for my new 2015 Ford F-150. Security and quality were my most important features, so this cover with the stainless steel lock and sleek black aluminum were quickly at the top of my list. And the price point is amazing! I installed my cover two weeks ago and am thrilled with how easy it is to use and how great it looks. The manuals and videos are exceptionally well done, and their attention to detail and pride of workmanship are evident in the cover, the materials, the videos and in their customer support. Well done, Peragon! And GO USA.

I am sad to say the cover is flimsy. I have owned it for a little over a year and the metal is bending and is just to thin for what they designed it for. Save the extra 300 and buy a roll and lock. The wheels are rivited on with cheap rivits when i left the carwash today 2 sheered off. Never again. Sorry i wish the quailty wasa better i like the look.

This cover has great craftsmanship, if you like to use all your bed space for loading and unloading this is not the cover for you Why? You will need to unload from the back while cover is closed using ahandel with hook. Go flip top if you would like full access to your cargo.

I purchased a Peragon retractable truck bed cover for my Ford F350 in April 2013, so I have had it a little over a year now. The pros are that it is a quality design with quality materials. If you have a little bit of know how, you can install it yourself (as I did). The Peragon customer service, during the ordering and installation phase, was impeccable.

Great Look, Great Price!
February 27, 2015

This cover looks great on my 2013 F-150! The install was very straight forward and the instructions were very easy to follow. There are also several YouTube videos that can be referenced prior to and during the install process. Highly recommend adding the Dual Deadbolt and Tailgate seal kit to finish this cover off. Cover is made of high grade materials, but is still...

I've had a Peragon Truck Cover for three years. It fits my F150 perfectly. I won't own another truck without a peragon cover. I enjoy the flexability it gives you. I rarely remove the cover since you can fold it forward. It is always there when you need it. Their sales and customer service reps are excellent.

I have had my peragon bed cover for the last two years. I have enjoyed every minute of it with the ability to secure my gear in the bed of my truck. I am a professional firefighter and have to go from station to station with my gear. The security of my retractable bed cover give me the ability to leave it in my truck without worrying about it being stolen. I would recommend this bed cover to anyone that's in the market.

I have owned my peragon cover for my Ford F250 Crew cab truck for over 8 years. Before I purchased the cover I looked at other covers but like the features of the Peragon cover because of the durability, security, and ease of opening and closing. I needed a cover that I could put items in the back bed and lock up and keep secure. I have had the cover in all types of conditions. It has been in conditions of 100 degrees plus to 30 degrees below zero. It has always worked very well and protected the items that I have put under it. It has retracted easily so I could put my motorcycle and other large items in the back. The key to this is making sure it is adjusted properly. I have the flat black anodized color and over the years it has faded because of the sun, but it has endured heavy snows, rain, and all conditions. It was worth it and would get another cover for my next truck. Steve (Salt Lake City)

I have owned two of these covers, on the same truck. The first one was beat up from hail, worked grate but had cosmetic issues so I purchased another one, the second one is even smother and had some new features or upgrades to it. This is a great cover especially for the "work" truck. This is also the only cover that I have found that you can install in conjunction with a ladder rack system. I have received many questions about my cover and how I was able to have both. I am just about to retire my truck and purchase a new one, first accessorize I will be ordering is PERAGON BED cover, even before I purchase my first tank of Fuel.

I have owned my Paragon cover for just over two years. I have a line Specialty Foods and sell them at farmers markets and Festivals. I looked at several brands of covers, all of them being the lift up type, before a fellow vendor showed up with the Peragon cover on his Pick up. I knew right than that this was the cover for me. It is very versatile, I can cover and protect my products from the elements as well as secure them when I have to do over night motel stays. I lock it up and never had a problem. I live in a rural town in Nevada, we travel many dirt roads in high summer temps and temps in single digits in the winter and the covers keeps on ticking. I do have lube the rails periodically, but that's it! That small amount of maintainence, is well worth it to me to have the option of hauling high loads, such as refrigerators as well lower profile loads.

I have had a Paragon cover for my F150 for 3 years, and I absolutely love it! I needed a cover to store all of my kitesurfing gear when I take road trips. This cover allows me to keep everything out of site, locked up, and dry. I also use the bed of my truck on a regular basis and can fold it up to only take up 6" or take it completelty out in approximately a minute.

Originally, I chose Paragon because it was the least expensive of the covers that fit my needs. Shipping was quick and I unpacked and installed it myself in under 2 hours. Since then it been great and suited my needs perfectly. Recently 1 of the springs went bad, and even though it was no longer under warranty, Paragon is still standing behind their product and replacing them!

What more could you ask for?

I chose this product because it is constructed completely out of aluminum and locks to protect anything I may have in my truck bed from theft. During the installation they were always available on the phone for any questions I had. The cover I purchased works very easily and has done well with the extreme temperature changes here in the Northeast. I have been completely satisfied with the product as well as their customer service. I would use this company again if necessary.

I was looking for a good cover for my Tundra but didn't want a cheap plastic one or a full one piece that's so hard to remove and found this online. Peragon shipped it quickly and installation was easy. I had a couple of questions regarding the installation and the support team was excellent. The best thing about it is it's a great price and made in the USA. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality cover.

Peragon covers are fantastic and I really love how the Peragon cover is made in the USA. I have owned my cover for little over a year and absolutely love my Peragon cover, and I have recommended the Peragon cover to many of my friends. I like how it was easy to install, it's also very easy to maneuver from closed to open position. When I had any questions and had to call customer service I received nothing but great assistance from the team. I do a lot of camping and I like how I can store my valuables in the bed of the truck and it keeps it all secure. Works great!

I have had my paragon bed cover for over a year now and I am very happy with it. Very we'll made, easy to install. Every cover design has trade offs and the problem with this one is, if your load shifts to the front of the bed with the cover closed you can't push down on the top to open it. I have had to crawl in the bed to push boxes forward in order to open the top. Now I keep a 2x6 locked into the bed liner to keep anything from shifting to the front of the bed. Also The customer service is excellent!
