The books are amazing but the user experience was not the best. It was difficult to move things around and manipulate the text boxes. I'm not so happy with some pages of text because I couldn't resize or center them the way i wanted.

I ordered a blanket of my granddaughter. Prior to this I ordered a blanket of my grandson. I thought I ordered the same one, definitely ordered the same size. My granddaughters face is a little too zoomed in, but I am glad I have both.

Order arrived very late; I was lied to by various customer service agents about the status of the order; everything from "it's shipped" (it hadn't) to "there was a production delay" (there hadn't been) - utlimately, the order was due for delivery before the end of September, yet it only went into "dispatched" on Thu Sept 26. However, on Mon Sep 30 it was still in "dispatched" state, but USPS were still not in receipt of the package. I called multiple times on Tue Oct 1, after multiple agents, supervisors & managers had "promised to call me back" (none did) because the package had still not started moving. The package finally arrived on Oct 4th (obviously as a result of me lighting major fires to get it moving) - this was an EXTREMELY frustrating experience, for a time-sensitive delivery that originally had plenty of spare time. In the end, it made it a few days before I left the country to take it as a gift.
I was promised a refund on the shipping, for my troubles, which I never received.
Not likely to be a repeat customer. Which is a shame, because the actual book was great, but not worth the fight and frustration to have it shipped per the promise date.
