Great communication for when the blanket would be delivered from order. Quality was excellent and my wife absolutely loved it for her birthday.

It was super easy and really great quality, delivered within a week.

The product is great, but the shipping fiasco was the single worst experience I've ever endured with a business, in regard's to online shopping. I emailed several times inquiring on the status of my order and was met with the same belated, automated response that it would ship in the next two days (with their sincerest apologies) but it didn't ship for 3 weeks. I arrived to my mother's birthday party with no present.

Customer service didn't respond but I got everything I ordered. It was split between 3 shipments and I was trying to find out about the last shipment. No response to both inquiries, however product showed up. The quality is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

Looked my granddaughter had black eye in picture, which she does not have but other than that it looks good

Among other things,the picture I submitted to be done as a metal print was of a bright red/orange sunset. The picture I received has a yellow Sunset. I will never order from, nor recommend, this company again. Money wasted.
