Although the arrangement is beautiful, we didn't locate it until late at night. Fortunately it wasn't too cold and the flowers held up relatively well.

I had to make a last-minute change to my delivery instructions and contacted customer support through the website. They were very quick to respond and had my instructions updated. The recipient loved the flowers and everything went very smoothly.

The rose bush I ordered for my daughter's bday was terrible looking when we got it. It didn't open and the buds were already turning brown. It has since completely died. It was delivered on 11/10. I have a picture of you need. I was going to email it but wasn't sure who to send it to.

Loved the flowers! I ordered the jack o lantern container because Halloween is my Mom's birthday, this was the first one without her! But my local shop didn't have one just disappointed in the container!

I don't feel that paying the extra for the fullest version was worth it, honestly. The pumpkin vase was super cute, but was the focus of the presentation - not the flowers. The arrangement would fall under the heading of "full", maybe... but not "exquisite" (or whatever the term is for the most expensive option that I paid for). If you're wanting to pay for an experience, then its worth it.

Had to make a last minute purchase for flowers for my mom. Website said delivery was available for Monday November 3rd, critical for her birthday. Everything confirmed delivery would happen as expected. Never even shipped on that day. She was so sad. Ended up coming in the next evening. The flowers were in terrible shape. I have been ordering from proflowers for years. They never arrive like this. 5 of the flowers were in such bad shape they had to be thrown away. It was a sad, sad bouquet, looked like they had been run through the gauntlet. The quality was just not there. Nothing like showing someone how much you care by delivering them a ratchet floral bouquet... a day after their birthday. Just a horrendous experience. I understand that it was short notice, but if you can't deliver, be transparent about it. I would have made other arrangements.

I have always enjoyed Proflowers. This experience was no different the only thing I had an issue with is the delivery date I wanted was not available however with that said I was able to get the flowers delivered a day early. It was for my mother's birthday. It would have been nice to have them delivered on her actual birthday. I ordered with plenty of time thankfully that resulted in the early delivery.

I asked on several occasions in talking with your Customer Services Representative for the name of the person that accepted the flowers I sent. I never received the name of the person signing for flowers sent although I was told by your representative they would get it from the florists that delivered the flowers.

It was super easy ordering and delivery process. Flowers are very beautiful and pleasant. The vase however does not sit evenly on any counter. The bottom of the vase is circular so felt like the vase was gonna tip over and anytime.

Every time I use Proflowers, I say I'm never going to do it again. This time I mean it. I ordered flowers from them. The process was fine. On the day they were supposed to be delivered (my anniversary), they emailed me to tell me they didn't have a florist that could fulfil my order. Thanks for telling me now...
I called them and they said they could overnight my order via FedEx. I told them that was fine. Then I was transferred to someone else but I wasn't sure why. That person said that they needed to cancel my order and I'd need to order from their boxed selections. I didn't see anything that I liked so I just ordered red roses. I was disappointed but red roses is always a solid backup. Then they told me they couldn't deliver them until Tuesday.
I was a captive customer since it was already too late. I ended up with different flowers delivered on a date well after when I needed them. The paltry 15% discount they offered me didn't even cover shipping. What a terrible experience that could have been prevented by not letting me order flowers that they couldn't deliver.

I ordered flowers for a birthday present, based on a picture on the website. The arrangement that was sent looked quite a bit different and of a much lesser quality than what I ordered. I know the website says substitutions can be made, but I would expect better quality than what was sent. My mom loved them anyway, but I will avoid using Proflowers in the future. I would like to think the quality I order would be maintained.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
