There service sucks, im deaf and need live help when needed, no phone support what so ever, the phones was this cheap zte that would be slowed down from all the apps like qlixar they put on the phone without your permission. Space these app took slowed the phone to freeze up or become a brick. Only thing that was good in their service was the 1k text data n unlimited plan you got for free. But i left qlink for safe-link and got the same plan better phone and the live help i needed for a deaf man.

I was approved because I was on disability but then my phone was stolen! Now I don't qualify even though not one dam thing changed other than my phone getting stollen! So I went with the same information being qualified to not qualified and it is the same freaking information! NOTHING CHANGED OTHER THAN A JERK STOLE MY PHONE! I SENT IN THE SAME INFORMATION THAT I SENT IN BEFORE ALL THE SAME INFORMATION! THE EXACT SAME INFORMATION NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE! That's what I get for trusting a group! I get lied too

I also experience the same problem that all these customers has experienced... The phone freeze up and doesn't work@ all. When you try to call customer service it's a COMPLETELY A JOKE. No one never answer@ all? This service need to be REVOKE NOW! IT'S SUCKS

After my service was disconnected for TWO WEEKS I filed a BBB complaint.

Because I filed a BBB complaint QLink canceled my account.

I emailed twice and spoke to customer service three times to no avail. Upper management had black balled my account "because I was unhappy with their service".

Q Link is still collecting my life line credit.
Refuses to port my number.

I can't use my phone. It calls people three way without my knowledge, doesn't hang up on phone calls unless phone is rebooted, ads popping up every three seconds, phone calls disconnect 80% of the time, touch screen is VERY hard to navigate as it OFTEN freezes, home screen frozen when trying to answer a call, this phone is LITERALLY inoperable and my free text app works so much better. I know it's a free phone and all but they are taking advantage of poor people as when I called to ask for a new phone they wanted to SELL me one. They also obviously have contracts with businesses as their ads pop up ALL the time and interrupt your phone calls. This company SUCKS. PLEASE pick another one

Their automated recording for purchasing minutes or data is misleading and not truthful. Their customer service is deplorable. They try to make you pay for minutes that are supposed to be given to you through government funding. Their lines that are given for calling are full of static and the calls break up.The company is unscrupulous and should be put out of business. They cancel customers if they complain. They do this without warning. Completely unethical.If I could give zero stars I would for their rating.

Worst most ridiculous experience ever! Qlink turns the service off out-of-the-blue, have to requalify all over again, the state approves it, Qlink says it's pending... and pending... and pending for months! The state says it's them, they say it's the state, round & round we go! Same b. S. over & over & over... a catch 22 cycle neverending pending without any answers or resolution. What a joke! If they weren't free they'd be out of business cuz they'd lose all their customers due to having the worst service ever imaginable! Boo! Hiss!

I ask for Benefits Transfer and i am on my way to a better company... this place is TRASH! You hardly ever get someone live and when you do you can't understand a word they saying... and then they want to keep you in bondage with them... no way im gone!

Horrible

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted a phone for my daughter so she could get in contact with me. I ordered it online it came in a timely fashion. I turned it on I didnt have to activate it which means it was not new. The person who owned it prior to me their contacts were still in the phone and still had incoming texts and calls all day and night. It also had a crack in the back of it. It went very slow and I couldn't hardly hear anything when testing it out making a call. I then called customer service to let them know the issues I was having and they wanted to charge me $25.00 I just through the phone in the trash.

I contacted qlink to change my service back to them n submited my proof n was contacted by qlink that i was eligible to come back i just had to cancel my survice w the other company so i did n they shut my phone off the same day then i get an email from qlink again saying i was eligible for service but couldnt get a phone that i was ineligible but didnt say that when they told me i was eligible for service in the first email, if i cant get a phone how am i going to use the service ( you idiots), now i dont have a phone n my ( Father currently is in Icu in intensive care unit n i have active cancer) whats is wrong with these people ive contacted them to no avail, i couldnt believe it really this is really what i need is to deal with this incompetents n a heartless company! I will not recomend this company service to anyone its not a one its a Zero in my book of Ratings! Thanks alot qlink for great service you bleep bleep bleeps!

This is a joke of a business I paid $25 for a replacement phone because mine was stolen it lasted for two weeks and it was really really dysfunctional and then all the sudden it cut off and then when I call I come up deceased so I can't get through there automated system system to see so I can't get through to anyone so I start emailing them and it's almost like they were taunting me because they kept telling me to call and when I told him I couldn't call they would tell me to call again would not answer my question about why I would be coming up deceased they told me to call my Social Security Administration office locally I did that and they said that I was alive and well and I call from other phones and they still somehow know it's me and they don't let me through the system to talk to anyone to clear this up has anybody else had this problem with being deceased and not really being deceased

They cut me off after 3 days and 15gb of use, claiming I was abusing data and just need to use wifi. They refused to restore data and payment is nonrefundable. Do not waste your money!

I give this company a 0. I lost the phone over a month ago called to cancel. I was told no I can not cancel I had to buy another phone. The phone is not being used and according to what they say to keep service active make a call once a month or text messages. Well seeing I no longer have the phone I don't. So they found a way to have the system make an outbound call with the phone number to keep the service active. I have sent several emails to cancel and Every phone I call from the system say the number is in the system. Then try to transfer you to renew tye service and not speak to an agent. Regret ever dealing with this company.

Free Phone, Free Service

Application process was simple. Got the phone fast. Yeah it's not the best phone but it's FREE. If it's used for what it's meant to be used for (A LIFELINE) it works great. I had no issues setting up the phone and no issues with the phone. Service is amazing compared to what we used prior where we couldn't get a signal at home. Again, you get what you pay for it's a FREE PHONE with FREE SERVICE to be used as a LIFELINE.

I applied on 12/12, and was told after calling my ebt card wasn't accepted, as our state doesn't put names on them. Medicaid card would be fine. Call a few days later, card not accepted because it didn't have an issue date. Email them my benefit letter. Call a week later, and they say now my w2 wasn't accepted, even though their website said it was. Brief hold. Oh it is accepted. Waiting on approval of emailed document. Ok. Call a few days later, still waiting on approval of letter, but their system is down and she'll have to manually push it through. Call a few days later, they're still waiting on approval of letter. Call today. Due to new federal regulations, we cannot issue you a phone at this time. Call this 800 number. So I call the number. They say they can't get a hold of Qlink, they've been having problems with them lately, and there are NO New federal regulations that would bar me from having a phone issued. Call them back. Ok... So... I call them back. She apologizes for the confusion, gets my information and says verbatim the same thing the other agent said about federal regulations. I ask to speak to a supervisor. Brief hold. She comes back, and says she's sorry but due to new federal regulations they are unable to issue me a phone. I asked her what the regulations are, and she just repeated herself. I said that they're so scripted I'm having a hard time having an actual conversion, and she again. Sorry, but due to new federal regulations. What is actually going on with them? Is this a scam? Did I send all of my documentation to a fake company? I'm so upset and confused. I called another company that has lifeline service and was told to drive around and look for tests with their logo on them at different places ( including "parking lots"...) what is going on. They are like, here's a free phone! Jump through all these hoopd, now these, but on fire! Now these on fire with alligators and a moat! Ok. Oh. Sorry. Due to new federal regulations...

I paid the unlimited data plan 40 dollar plan for 30 days. Qlink decided to cut off my data within the first week. So i called to see what was going on they didn't even give me a real reason why the cut it off. They said the just decided to cut it off because they can. And said i was abusing my data. How isnt that i am abusing my data if its suppose to be unlimited data. But because i decided to use my data that i paid for qlink cut my data off. This fake advertising
Because of they decided to cut my data just because i reached alot of data usage which is supposed to be unlimited. This fake advertising if they can just cut it off because i am using what i paid for. Thats just messed up. They didn't want to give me a refund or anything because all sales are final but yet they didn't hold up on their end
