This was my first order in Qwintry and I loved it. It all went well. Their tracking method is very good, making it clear where my goods were in each phase. I live in Brazil and there are some products that I can only find in the US. It is good to know that I have this channel to buy my products via Qwintry. I'll definetly recommend to my friends. Very good services from Qwintry! This is the second time I used their services. They are very reliable. Only thing I wish I had was a little discount on my shipment. I sent a parcel to Brazil and it was a little bit more than I expected. But it arrived pretty fast even with the whole Covid-19 situation. Thumbs up for me!

For the first time I used this mail-forwaring service from abroad. I was insanely worried about the safety of my order, so I threw all sorts of questions at the support, but I received quick answers.
The parcel reached Vladivostok in 14 days. I ordered creams - not a single box was damaged.
The package was pasted over with branded tape, unfortunately I did not take a photo, but the box looked exactly like in all the photos in the reviews on the Internet. They've put a magnet and gummies inside, which is also very nice.
I recommend this service and will definitely use it again to order from the USA.

My parcel was packaged very carefully.
Both air bags and package film were effectively protecting my device during the whole long trip from another part of the world. Some delay in the warehouse is not a problem in a current pandemic situation.

A wonderful service! The package was delivered shortly after I've placed the order, as it only took Qwintry Air somewhere around ten days to get my parcel to the delivery point, which is considerably faster than their own prognosis. Amazing service, and the treats hidden in the parcel are as nice as usual:-)

С 2018 года заказывал через них посылки. Код самой первой EQ*******US. Являюсь пользователем их годового премиум сервиса Qwintry Plus.

Проблемы начались когда они потеряли посылку EQ*******US (Дата отправки 10.09.2018 22:25 Инвойс $211.25, оплачен), затем CM*******US (Дата отправки 09.12.2020 0:53 Инвойс $136.54, оплачен)

Мы создали множество запросов в USPS на поиск посылки EQ*******US, ответов не было, и через ГОД ее вернули на склад Бандерольки. Границы моей страны посылка не пересекала, специально узнавал в EMS и на Гос. Почте.

О второй посылке CM*******US вообще нет никаких вестей уже больше 3 месяцев.

За доставку EQ*******US мной было заплачено по инвойсу Бандерольке через личный кабинет 250$. После того, как посылку вернули обратно к ним, Бандеролька отказывается вернуть деньги за отправку. Видимо они считают, что все ОК, посылка доставлена мне, а не лежит у них на складе.

Если Вы решили воспользоваться услугами Бандерольки приготовьтесь к следующему.

1. Бандеролька только принимает деньги по выставленным ими же инвойсам. Дальше она ни за что не несет ответственности.
2. Если посылка пропадет/будет украдена сразу же как покинет их склад, никто Вам не вернет ни посылку (100 дол. страховка по умолчанию) ни даже деньги за отправку.
3. Если даже Вы застраховали свою посылку, никто Вам не вернет никаких денег, пока USPS не признает посылку утерянной и не отправит все документы в Бандерольку. Это может занять ГОДЫ, а скорей всего никогда не случится, т. к. USPS просто игнорирует все сообщения. Мою посылку EQ*******US даже через ГОД после отправки не признали утерянной.
4. Даже если у Вас Qwintry Plus (приоритет) Ваши посылки будут паковаться неделями, а служба поддержки раз 4-5 делать отписки с повторами предыдущих сообщений на Ваши тикеты.

Короче говоря, Бандеролька возьмет у Вас полную стоимость пересылки, упакует и передаст посылку почтовому оператору. Дальше, они преложат вам самим разбираться с любыми проблемами.

При всем при этом служба поддержки до сих пор рекомендует мне посылать посылки через USPS. После 2х потерянных посылок, они хотят чтобы я и дальше слал посылки в никуда. Также я не могу вернуть деньги за Qwintry Plus и DHL не берет у них посылки без объяснения причины.

У них на сайте написано "Доставка товаров из США и Европы — наша основная деятельность" которую Вам надо понимать как "ОТПРАВКА товаров из США и Европы — наша основная деятельность"

При всем этом я понимаю, что посылки теряют не в самой Бандерольке а в тех почтовых службах которые она же предлагает своим клиентам. Да, посылку могут потерять, никто не застрахован, но если ее через ГОД после отправки вернули вам обратно на склад, за что клиент заплатил 250$? Ссылаясь на свои же придуманные правила Бандеролька Вам скажет - Мы свои обязательства выполнили, c USPS разбирайтесь сами. А как Вам разбираться с USPS если refund может быть сделан только тому, кто отправлял? Это похоже на мелкий текст в договоре, первый признак мошенничества.

Очень рекомендую Fishisfast.com которую я случайно нашел, когда искал где бы еще оставить негативный отзыв о Бандерольке)

Just received my long-awaited package, hurray! There was a cap in the package honoring the winning the NBA championship title by my favorite team. The cap arrived safe and sound, the visor was not dented, I was afraid that might have happened. I am satisfied with the delivery speed. I liked a lot the thick packaging bag with air-bubbles, I even had to make an effort to unpack it. I am sure that my things inside felt very cozy and comfortable) Thanks for the sweet surprise and the magnet!

As always, shipment came well packed and quite fast, despite the current situation. The only minor issue was that paking took a day or so longer then usual, which was not critical at all.

I have already used Qwintry's services a few times, and the products have always come very well packaged. The boxes used are very rigid, and it is evident the care in the packaging of each product individually, according to its characteristics, with bubble wrap, airbags, plastic bags to prevent them from getting wet, among others. I'm quite satisfied.

I was a dream to replace Apple Watch Stainless Steal Series1 in Series6, which aren't officially deploy to Russia. And I ordered it to the address provided by Qwintry to me. A parcel with purchase came to Moscow in a month, the New Year holidays a little interfered. The parcel was well packed to exclude external influences. It was a good experience, I'll be order more.

Parcel from Qwintry has arrived! Nice packaging, no damages, inside were airbags as a protection from damages, fruit jellies and a magnet very pleasant, and of course my things: packed carefully, thank you very much for delivery

The company took more than a month (excluding shipping time), to deliver the packages(my items were at their wear-hose for more than a month). So first i created an account and got an address, then i sent some items to them ordered via Amazon, when everything arrived i ordered to ship to my home address, then nothing happened, after 5 days i contacted the support asking why, they told me then that a security check i needed and i have to provide: 2 IDs of me, a Credit Card scan, a Bank account statement and a personal picture holding a piece of paper!, even worse they didn't contacted me asking for documents, luckily i asked the support. They asked to send them via email, and that what i did, after 4 days i contacted them again, i got a response saying that nothing was delivered, it took around 2 weeks until they received my documents, i was sending those documents almost daily, most of the people at the support are unfriendly and will fight with you. Even though, the package arrived complete and undamaged after a very long period of time.

In short i recommend using other companies who offer better, fast and cheaper service like: MyUS or Fishisfast.
