I enlisted their help more than a month ago. I haven't had any contact from them other than from an email that I sent asking to the status of my case because for more than a month, there has been no updates. So far, this is worthless. I'll update this review if it gets any better, but nothing is getting done after over a month.
I counted on and paid to clear a 50 yr old record. I'm 70 now and still a convicted felon! I'm getting no help at all! They just took my $!
Attempted to use highbee and associates. Called the number. The lady was nice, listened to my issue and was quick to take my deposit. Never heard from them untill I contacted them about getting a refund for services unrenderd. Five days later some lady calls and attempts to act like all is going according to our verbal agreement. Totally not what was agreed. So I had to fire them. Never got a refund. Total ripoff! Spend your money on a attorney you can actually contact and will work with you. Not a company that you can't even talk to for 48 hours if your lucky.
