I was leery of contacting an attorney via the internet for my expungement - so I asked Liz for a number to call back. When I called back - I was able to speak with the same person -Liz- and asked her to email me the info - as I did not want to pay $200 over the phone... Liz was knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious.

If your needing g your record expunged or cleared then why deny someone who withheld adjudication was not successful, because that is not a conviction therefore its not on your criminal record so why would it need to be cleared someone who does not have it does have a record and needs their record expunged you do not approve which is a load of crap, so if I were you I would not waste my time because all you get is background removel, you do not get your record expunged it is just a gimmick and you would be stupid if u fall for it, u can't even submit a review without rating them, I give 1 star but that being g generous because I would not even give them that except u have to give them a rating or u won't be able to submit that just shows u what a scam they are

Look I know there is a lot of bad reviews out there about these folks. Yes the process took a while but it was worth the wait for the state I got my felony in I had to wait 12 years before I could even expunge my felony then I got ahold of these fine people here to help me out and they did the process took 2 years to finally be finalized but it's worth the wait higbees and there team did great I'm highly appreciative of what they did for me and I don't have the words to thank them enough. I am now free and can be a normal person.

This is an internet conveyor belt, not like hiring an attorney who wants to speak to you to learn about you in order to speak to your character when the judge asks. As a matter of fact, I was never allowed to speak to the attorney that appeared in court on my behalf and was literally told that if I wanted to know what exactly was said in court, I could request the transcript from the court. Why? Because my attorney and team did not appear. They sub-contracted the actual appearance to another attorney who knew nothing about me and when the judge mentioned some concerns regarding one of the counts, she had no rebuttal as we never spoke.
Hire an attorney who will represent you as an attorney should. This is an important enough task that the extra few dollars are worth it.
