I found this website now and I feel like that makes sense they have only 2 stars because they are really suck. They lost my order and I've been contacting them a lot but nobody response. I still don't get my order or refund, email(explain) from them or anything and now the product is out of stock. I really don't know what's wrong with them. Also, I returned few items in another time but I still don't have refund too and of course they don't do anything. I really can't believe this company treats customers like this. I definitely won't buy anything from them anymore. Seriously, you guys should ashamed yourself.
I was in desperate need of some new swimsuits for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. I have always looked on the Revolve website but had never purchased anything. I found some very cute swimsuits which as you can guess were very pricey. I decided to just deal with it and dropped $260 on 3 separate swimwear pieces. Since it was so expensive, I was assuming the quality would be fantastic, well I could not have been more WRONG. First of all, when I received the package, the swimsuits were wrapped in a thin plastic bag, like they had been shipped straight from China. If I am going to spend a couple hundred dollars on your website, at least put some effort into the packaging. Anyways, when I unwrapped the swimsuits, my jaw hit the floor. LITERALLY, THEY ALL LOOKED LIKE THEY COST ABOUT. 99 CENTS TO MAKE. I was livid. I don't even want to wear them they look so cheap and don't even fit well. Moral of the story, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL SPEND MONEY AND END UP DISSAPOINTED.
I spent $450 on some common projects I purchased from Revolve. I wore them a total of three times and the stitching came apart on both shoes. I take very good care of my shoes and am not hard on them AT ALL. I currently own multiple pair of this particular brand. The revolve team did absolutely nothing to help me and told me I was outta luck on getting a credit or my money back. This is the worse experience I've ever had with a website and I would highly recommend NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to spread awareness! Don't let them take advantage of you! Horrible business!
DO NOT deal with this organisation. They will take your money then claim that you are not "verified" and will not allow you to verify yourself. Take your money and refuse to send the goods - how is that legal? Emails get bounced back. Disgraceful.
18 days later after numerous e-mails, facebook messages and comments on REVOLVE's page which were ignored, I finally received my item.
Apparently they have switched their logistics service provider for all shipping internationally ( I live in Singapore) to some dodgy Korean logistics company - CJ Logistics.
There tracking details were a complete joke with no arrival timing. They are no reliable shipping company unlike UPS or DHL.
I will never be paying so much money for overpriced, marked-up range of cheap and poor quality clothing for exorbitant prices, abhorring customer service from several junior and experienced staff plus I nearly did not get the items I paid for!
Ordered from the site a couple of days ago an item that was out of stock from all the other websites. I took a chance and ordered the dress from this website and they processed the order on the same day, and I received it within 2 days via UPS! I was very suprised at the hassle free transaction after reading the negative reviews. Maybe if you live in the US this is a good website to order from.
I have seen some bad reviews for Revolve so I thought I would my share my experience. I have been ordering from them for over 2 years. Never had a bad experience. Great clothes and fast shipping. I have had to send a few (maybe 2) items back. One was too small, the other was not up to my standards. I have learned you have to know your designers. What fots you well, what is made well. Etc. Fast and free returns. Favorite place to shop. Always new inventory.
I have had good experience with their items I've bought, had to return some and or exchange for another size, but they are good to work with. I would recommend them over a lot of other sites that do sell junk for a lot of money. Revolve has good quality clothing!

I can't believe anyone would spend $110 dollars on a swimsuit top that is basically one you can buy from Wal-mart. I bought it because it was good, and looked of decent quality in the photo. I bought it on discount, and even at $45 dollars I feel like I got ripped off. The top is made of incredibly thin material, not even as thick as a normal box store swimsuit. I ordered the extra small, was on the larger side of the size chart and it was STILL too big. It's not lined at all, which is preposterous for a $110 swimsuit. I guess it's my fault for assuming, but nobody else should assume they'll get their money's worth. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is a cute cut. Literally the only reason. Thoroughly disappointed, will not be shopping here ever again.
This is my first time ordering from Revolve and when UPS failed to deliver my package on the day that it was guaranteed I called Revolve. They told me the only thing they could do for me was cancel the delivery and refund me. I had bought this as a gift for someone and was planning on giving it to them the day before they leave the country. The woman helping me was unsympathetic and said that they could not ask UPS to try to deliver it again and told me to call UPS to complain. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending Revolve to any of my friends in the future.
I was skeptical to order at first because of all of the negative reviews, but after my favorite Mara Hoffman swim suit went on sale 70% off, I decided to give revolve a try. I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering and a guaranteed date of when the suit would come. A tracking number was also provided once the suit shipped and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. I never ever write reviews, but I think that Revolve deserves 5 stars because I had nothing but a great experience ordering from them! Thank you! :)
I ordered a Frankie's Bikinis bathing suit from Revolve on 1/5 with 2 day shipping for a trip to Mexico starting 1/11. The tracking claimed the suit would be here Monday 1/9. It's now Tuesday, no sign of the bikini and tracking says it was shipped to Arizona. Wtf?! Needless to say I'll be leaving for my trip tomorrow with no bathing suit. I called customer service and they simply said "there is nothing we can do for you. If you no longer want the bathing suit, refuse the package." Thanks a lot Revolve, your 2 day shipping is on point! HA

They absolutely suck on a professional level. I waited two weeks for a dress, To find out that it had been shipped back to the store. I called multiple times before it was due and no one could tell me anything. Then learned the day before I needed it that it would no longer arrive when it needed to. So all they could offer me was a refund or a discount. I've ordered from them a few times, because I online shop religiously and this is the worst experience I've ever had with anyone. I will no longer be giving them my business because they really don't value their customers.

Revolveclothing.com has many different domain names. They change their. Com to. Fr. Uk etc. It makes the client think that the company is situated somewhere in the European Union. But they are not! I looked up reviews ans read that many people complained about the duty fees. Why wouls they have a domain with. Fr if they are no etablishes in France or the EU? Where importing goods within the system does not carry heavy duty fees or any at all. They dont email you to tell you or explain this at checkout. I received a promo code for opening an account. Iphone15, i decided 2 buy 2 dresses, one in sale and another in "pre-order". The "pre-order" ones can not accept a promo code since they dont even have the item in store until a month or so later. I make the order and only the sale dress gets discounted. Fastforward 3 weeks later, i email them after reading their reviews and they tell me there will be duty fees since their warehouse is in US! I ask for a small 10-15% discount as an apology for their misleading domain name. They say they cant honor it because i already used a promo code. I told the clerk that the promo code was ysed for another dress and it made no effect on this back order. She kept saying it did. I kept telling her to check my order and retail price and its the same. How is this dress discounted? We spent back and fourth. She kept lying that it was discounted until after i decided to cancel she said "oh yes i see it was for the other dress. Sorry have a good day!"... i wasted 3 weeks waiting for this dress for nothing. They mislead you with their domain name to think you are buying from europe, then they lie to yoy to avoid giving an apology discount, then they dont care that you had waited 3 weeks for a dress that never came. Dont but from here if you dont live in the US. Not worth it! Also usually other stores have the same dresses cheaper!

Formerly known as "RevolveClothing." They have a great mix of designer and premium labels. Their sale items are pretty impressive. They ship out orders really quick, which I love. Their policies are fair and clear. The return process is painless too (they provide return labels with each order). I bought a final sale item and they let me return it because there was a small makeup stain on the collar. Thanks Revolve for bending the rules when you should bend them.
I have had such a great experience looking through the Revolve website. I couldn't find a simple complaint however the app is an absolute nightmare. Trying to purchase 3 items and its been loading for 20 minutes. Everytime I try get into it again it does the same thing. So annoying!
I've seen great hauls from revolve in you tube. Their dresses are a bit more pricy, I bought 2 dresses but ended up returning both. When I bought the dress, an email was sent to me right away. I received a tracking number right away and was notified via email when it was delivered. I had to go online to print out the return label and that itself was super easy. Once I dropped of the box at UPS, revolve immediately notified that they were aware of my return. They notified me in 2 days that they received my package and I took prob 3-4 days before the money was deposited into my account. Everything was hassle free so I'm not sure about the bad reviews...
My daughter ordered the wrong size and now Revolve refuses to exchange it. She purchased another in the correct size in hopes of getting this mess straightened out. Revolve won't budge and now we have two. Never again will we be using this website!

I've have been online shopping for years and revolve has the worst customer service by far. Bought a Mara Hoffman swimsuit from then for over 300usd and the colour ran when I wore it to swim for the first time. Couldn't believe such an expensive swimsuit could be of such poor quality or the item was defective. I wrote to revolve to ask for an exchange or refund on the item and they refused to do anything about it, saying it was over the number of days it could be returned. Beware that revolve sells defective products.
I find so many beautiful pieces for everything-from barefoot on the beach to styling on the job! I've never been disappointed with this site! There is a price range for everyone in every category of clothing.
The only negative: I put a gorgeous lace Alexis romper in "My Favorites" (mainly because i wanted time to think about whether this was exactly what I wanted to wear for an event-and it was expensive enough for me to hesitate to make a quick decision). Today I returned and the Alexis romper is gone!
Question: do you periodically "retire" certain pieces?
