Had trouble ordering online. Called customer service. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and kindly took my order. Very happy with Ross Simon from the beginning to an early delivery!

I ordered size 8 and it is a bit larger.than my other size 8 "pinkie" rings so I will order a ring guard to make it a snug fit. Otherwise, it's perfect!

The bracelet is beautiful. It came so quickly the next day to be exact it came beautifully wrapped. Also I love it. I may order the black and gold one also

Item does not look like advertised. There is no oxidation on the silver and you cannot hardly see the yellow gold ring surrounding the blue topaz stone. Overall fit is great, topaz stone is gorgeous, finished details on the metals are not there.

Purchasing was fine however the necklace clasp on the chain is a bit of a problem. It barely opens and I will probably have to put the pendant on a different chain. This was a gift and I do not want it to be so hard to wear. Kind of a disappointment.

Earrings are chintzier than they appear in photo. Online photo makes them look more sturdy than how they feel and look. I would NOT pay same amount if I had seen or felt them in the store. But alas, not worth the bother to return and pay shipping. My friend will still like them but, at least now I know what to expect. Thank you for the prompt shipping. Packaging was GREAT.

Have ordered many pieces of jewelry from Ross Simons. I have always been impressed and love the quality. I recently ordered two pairs of gold earrings and love them.

The bracelet is beautiful, I loved the ease in ordering, and I received the bracelet within a few days. I'm thrilled I have this keepsake of my beloved kitty near me.

I ordered a black Tahitian 10-13 mm pearl strand and it was beautiful but I could not manage to open and close the ball clasp on the 18inch necklace. I discovered that it is not possible to replace the clasp without having a jeweler re string the entire necklace. I returned it and ordered a smaller 9-10mm cultured black pearl 18 " necklace with a fish hook clasp. It arrived promptly but these pearls do not compare with the colors and luster of Tahitian pearls so I am regrettably returning it.

The 1.90 ct. T. w. Garnet and. 80 ct. T. w. Rhodolite Garnet Ring with. 10 ct. T. w. White Topaz in 18kt Gold Over Sterling is so original and beautiful; I've never seen a ring quite like it! My sister will love it when she opens it at Christmas and I think that it will complement her red hair perfectly!

About 15 or 20 years ago I had purchased several pieces of gold jewelry from Ross-Simons and was very pleased with the quality and prices -- great value for the money. Unfortunately, with gold prices today I hadn't even looked for jewelry. However, I have recently made two separate purchases of sterling silver jewelry from Ross-Simon. Once again, the ordering was simple and the delivery was prompt. My merchandise was well packaged. Look forward to making more purchases. The jewelry is still well made and well priced but for now I will have to stick with sterling silver instead of my preferred gold.

I originally purchased a ring in March 2025 of which I was not wearing a. Daily basis & in September I was removing the ring & the main center turquoise stone fell out! I had also purchased protection plan thinking I could get it repaired but the plan only allowed me to replace the ring! I was somewhat disappointed to have to replace it!

I ordered two rings in the same size. One is a little big but manageable, the other is so tight, I can't get it past my knuckle on the same exact finger. Disappointed

In the picture with the model, the stone looked bigger and when you magnified it, you could see the gold running through the turquoise. Not so in real life. It just looks like I'm wearing a blue dot on my finger.
