This site is dangerus! They write in site swap time is 5-60 min but...
They accept every money you spend to fast but dont send your coin to your wallet! Its going to long! Be careful! Its not their first time! They can sacm your money! If you dont send massage to their sup they dont send your monem as long as they can...

I've made my first exchange on Simpleswap exchange recently. Comparing to competitors Simpleswap has good rates, extensive list of supported cryptocurrencies and fast transactions. Also Simpleswap has invite program and bonuses for new users. It's always nice to have stuff like this!

After a year of perfect use of this service, I decided to publish this review. So I would like to note the speed of the exchange, the quickly responding support and the excellent loyalty program. I have never met such a customer-oriented service.

SimpleSwap offers a user-friendly interface that is both aesthetically pleasing and intuitively designed. I sent usdt near to them, but they said it was on a wrong contract and exchange completion would not be possible. Instead they refunded usdt to me. I had to send them 0.5 near to cover network fees to issue the refund. Actually, it's too much for the network fees. They explained that they always request more amount in such cases and refund left amount back because the network fees aren't fixed. Anyway, I received back full refund and 0.5 near as well!

I converted 35$ worth of trx and got 25.50$ worth of floki, 9.50$ tax for a 35 usd transaction, this is pure insanity 30% commision for such a small transaction, shame on you!

Today I made my test exchange and was satisfied. The rate was good and the process took about 15 minutes. It's a good point that they have a loyalty program, I love such pretty little things like cashback for every swap!

First, a few transactions go fine, and then when you performed a big transaction they say that the money is stuck or other bull$#*! that doesn't make sense. They will give you the runaround and make you suffer to get your coins back. SO PLEASE DOOOO NOTTT SEND YOUR CRYPTO HERE. AWFUL WEBSITE. Save your HARD-EARNED MONEY. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO! Might as well call themself scamswap. Where they do not give you the coins that you are expecting.

That was my first time using the service and I should say I'm happy about it. My swap got stuck as I send USDC from contract address (didn't know Coinbase uses smart contract), but luckily the issue was solved fast. No complaints, gonna use again.

This is not an automated system as you might think. E.g. You deposit your crypto and when its confirmed on the blockchain it does not complete or verify your transaction/complete on simpleSwap. I believe someone has to confirm your transaction then send it as I got my crypto from different wallets for the same swap.

After I sent a message and email saying I wanted to swap other cryptos(did not do any more swaps after) like BTC, was my transaction magically completed. Person I messaged had bad English.

Use alternative Dex or Centralised exchange.

Hello! Yesterday am I initiated a swap (Link--> to XDC). The Link was sent to the requested address as per the Simple Swap system. This was deducted from my coinable pro account almost immediately. As I type, it has been 23 hours without fulfillment. I sent a help email to "*******@simple swap"... Lets see how long this takes to solve.

**Update**
A few hours after I contacted the support team, they solved the problem and at todays Link exchange rate which favored my position.
A minor hiccup and resolved fairly quickly. I would use their services again.

The rep responds in broken English, which gives a me a weird video as I read these reviews. Seems most are obvious bots and what I feel are the true genuine reviews are the bad. Screen shots and all! This was exactly my fear and good thing I checked before I too could fall victim. Yikes, hope you all get your coins. I'm also not quite understanding exactly why a transaction can take 11 hours or whatever to "show" or "appear". These don't seem to be issues elsewhere ‍ but what do I know

I like how easy it is for me to exchange any crypto to crypto, literally the best user-friendly service. I made a few swap to try and they all passed quickly. I can be sure that everything is going well because I can track the status on the exchange page.
