They are straight liers and will waste your time. I'm not going to write a long review that nobody wants to read I'll just say they was supposed to ship my tires to their installer MONROE TIRES which is also a very unprofessional company. Simple tire ensured me my tires were at Monroe.
I drive 30min on terrible tires and my tires were not at Monroe. Walmart ended up with them, Walmart contacted Monroe n said hey we received one of your orders. Monroe said ahh send them back.
I contact simple tire and they tell me that I ordered through them through eBay and would need to wait up to 24hrs for a email that they had no direct contact. So I message them on eBay and in 2 mins I got a refund. I messaged back saying I needed a resolution not a refund at which they tell me I relayed to their call center I needed my tires today and wanted a refund.
That's half true u needed my tires asap but their goes 1 of their many lies that they have no direct contact with each other. It's the same place the same people.
So now I have a $100 install at Monroe tires with no tires
I was selecting a tire and a notification popped up for a better tire, with better warranty and for the same price or cheaper. I read reviews and order the set on a Friday and they were delivered on a Sunday. I will definitely tell other family members to order from them.

Simple Tire has outsourced their road hazard program to a 💩 firm - Sonsio.
Sonsio is difficult to reach. If you are lucky enough to reach someone, it becomes quickly obvious their sole objective is to deny any road hazard claim.
I'll never buy from Simple again because of this terrible experience. It was so much better when they handled it in house.
Order placed on the 20th of January with an expected delivery date of the 24th. 3 of my tires showed up on the 27th one was lost in transit. After sending multiple emails i was just told to wait. Finally on Feb 5th i was issued a replacement tire and told they would expedite the shipping. The expected arrival of my 4th tire is now Feb 15! When asked for a discount for my delay and trouble i was given a pathetic $70 credit. I will never purchase from this site agian!
I love love loved my researching and buying experience through Simpletire.com. However, less than 30days after owning the $440ea Falken Wildpeak tires, which I bought for driving in the snow on the mountain highways. I got a puncture that could not be plugged/patched. When I contacted Falken they told me there was a 2year road hazard warranty and to have SimpleTire.com take care of it. I reached out to SimpleTire.com and gave them all the information, and linked them to the Falken website explaining the warranty. SimpleTire refused to honor the manufacturers road hazard warranty because I didn't spend the extra $340 for their tire replacement coverage. Why would I pay for coverage of something that is already included in the high price of the product? After going round and round, Falken suggested I go use Discount Tire and when I called them, they jumped on it and ordered me a new tire...a retailer where I didn't buy the tire from jumped on it, but the retailer (SimpleTire.com) where I bought the tire from gave me a cold shoulder. Interesting business model. OH, and SimpleTire.com, your call center in a foreign country where English is a second or third language does not make it very easy to communicate.
I was a little skeptical trying SimpleTire.com some reviews are great and others...not so much. The price on a set of large tires was quite reasonable, and simple tire was giving me additional discounts, so I decided to pull the trigger on the deal. I received a confirmation of the purchase via email, and the tires were delivered to the installer near my house within the time stated. The installer installed the tires on my truck and that was that. It was pretty easy peasy. So easy peasy, that I ordered another set of tires for my kid's sedan. Same process, same result from Simple Tire. My experience has been very good and I would use them again.
If you want to save your time, stay away from this company!
I placed my order October 7-th 2023. Expected to get my order October 9-th. I was surprised they don't deliver to the home address. Instead they provide a list of FedEx offices or invite to go to the shop. Btw shop is too far from my place.
Ok, I choose a FedEx from the list. 2 days later 10/11/2023 I've got the first email with no clear explanation but stupid excuse that my order hit the bump. I've got a phone call from manager with no clear explanations again. Called them back. Spend on a phone 30 minutes on a hold. And FINALLY was told that the FedEx office I choose is very small and they exept small packages only!))) If packages are big they sending it back to the store!)) Surprise!
The store sales tires and the website provides FedEx list. Who is responsible for that? The store manager has no idea what the tire size is?!
Two days later I received another email, than another and so on. They were sending my tires back and forth from the store to FedEx, and back to the store...Every day back and forth!. 10 days!
I canceled October 17th because I didn't see any option TO GET MY ORDER!
Total waste of time!
And yes, they sold me an insurance. Without asking. Just to make it more expensive.
I needed tires for 2 trailers and SimpleTire had just what I needed. The ordering process was simple and the tires arrived via FedEx earlier than expected. I will definitely buy again from SimpleTire.
They sent the tires to the wrong state. They lied to me about when I would get them. Its been 2 weeks and these morons have the tires sitting who knows where. Yet these fukers won't refund my money until they get them back. This is the worst group of incompetent people from the top down. They will fuk up your order and screw you out of your money as long as they want. Too many phuken pendejos work there. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on these phuken morons.
I placed an order for tires to be delivered to my house. I received an email that tires were delivered, I went to get my tires and there were no tires. I checked my email and there was a confirmation of delivery photo attached and the photo was no at my house. Roadie.com, the delivery company, apparently delivered the tires to the wrong address. I contacted Simple Tire to report the issue and after their investigation they want me to file a police report for theft, which I will not do because the tires were delivered to wrong address! I guess I will have to eat the $1364.53. Good Luck to Buyers!
I went to three different mechanics to try to get my tires to balance. After the third, I was told that the only way my warranty would be considered was if I did a road force balance. I went ahead and did the road force balance, and the company that installed the tires determined that 2 out of the 4 tires were out of round which was causing the intense vibration on the highway. Driving mostly backroads, I didnt notice it much until I began commuting further for work. The vibration was so bad on the highway that it was shaking the carseat in the back. I determined at that point I really needed to get this resolved. Simpletire put me through the ringer, and are treating me as if I'm trying to steal from them. Shop local, saving the $100 on a deal isnt worth an unresponsive company.
Cancelled an order 2 minutes after we ordered by mistake and there reply was it was outside there grace period! So dissapointing i'll report fraud on CC and have them reverse the charge! OUTSIDE GRACE PERIOD...BS
Will not buy anything from them again! They sent the wrong tire size first off them I paid extra to have them sent straight to the tire place and was supposed to have an appt but the tire place had no record of it. Then I was told no manager was available already in a huge time crunch needing the tires now I couldn't put them on nobody cared terrible customer service can't understand half what the guy said asked several time to speak with a higher up and none were available or cared to come on the phone call whole situation was ridiculous never buy from them they get no stars!
I like to think I'm a smart shopper but sometimes I'm an idiot. In this case I thought I was buying from an authorized dealer but found it's just another grey market diverter. I tried to return tires under Nokians 30 day satisfaction guarantee but learned that Simple Tire is not an authorized seller and will not honor Nokian policies. Be cautious! Simple Tire is NOT a legit reseller!
On February 8th, 2023 I ordered a set of four tires (Gladiator Xcomp M/T 37x13.5) from Simple Tire. The tires were "shipped" I believe on the 9th, via FedEX with tracking information. On the evening of the 9th, I checked provided tracking numbers and all four number (one per tire) showed that the packages/shipments were cancelled at the request of the vendor. I reached out to Simple Tire and was left in a loop of automated responses. After becoming highly agitated with zero answers, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute to recover all funds spent. A provisional credit was issued and I was able to purchase what I needed elsewhere. After THREE(3) months, the vendor finally replies to my banks request for information, stating FedEX had "proof of delivery" but, no signature was obtained for the alleged delivery. At the time of the statements made by Simple Tire, camera footage was able to be obtained revealing no such delivery existed. Following a now two and a half week "back and forth" with the vendor, to include police reports and supporting evidence all requested by the vendor to expedite a full refund (acknowledge on a recorded phone call and in writing via email) they are now refusing to refund the total cost that was originally agreed upon. Due to the negligence of this vendor, the credit originally given has been revoked and the bank has since taken any and all available money in my account to offset the balance owed, leaving my three children and I without money for basic living needs. Again, ALL PROOF OF ADMISSION TO REFUND has been obtained via phone and written in email, but the vendor refuses to release said money. *Faith* openly admits to listening to phone recordings and admits I am entitled to my refund, per the emails received and proof provided on my behalf, but I am now a week past Simple Tire "maximum time needed" to process/receive said refund with NOTHING from them. Points of contact through this process are "Stephen" and "Faith."
I put my car info in and then offered me a tire that didn't work for my car. Wasted my time and now I have to wait to get my money back.on top of that I got stuck with whatever Firestone had so I got pretty much screwed twice. What a joke
Ordered on Monday May 8, two day shipping with delivery expected May 10th. The order was cancelled May 10th, 15 minutes I get a notice my tire shipped, expected delivery to South Carolina on Friday May 12th. No tire shows up, tracking says it is on it's way to GA, leaving Columbia, SC.
NEVER AGAIN.
Definitely would use again. I love the variety of options for tires. The shipping was so fast. Would like to see more reviews of other tires.
Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019
