This company is not on the level. They knowingly allowed there wed site to remain on line knowing it was OVER BILING its customer. On a $246.40 single tire purchase. I was charged 3 different transactions for that amount within 2 minutes. They took $739.20. My card is set up with purchase alerts. Or this may have gone unnoticed for days. However it was noticed within a few minutes. I call the Customer Service number to notify them of this error. Only to find out the system is having issues and although they have my $739.20. They can't seem to figure out how or where my order info is. Customer Service does NOIT have the number for the BILLING DEPT nor is there any supervisor available to assist me! Needless to say BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Simple tire's offering is as a middle-man covering the logistics of getting tires on your vehicle, with a promise of simplicity for the customer. When any stage of this complex process goes wrong you'll get very poor support.
I was made to feel it was my responsibility to monitor and correct issues with their delivery company.
I was promised personal support which never came.
I was promised, after significant time and effort, rebookings for appointments, which were then simply never made.
I had to fight to get the service centre to do what I'd paid Simpletire to have them do as Simpletire hadn't communicated with them at all.
My recommendation is to take advantage of their low prices, but have the tires delivered to your home. Then when you have all the tires you ordered (this may take some time and be an oddly fractured delivery) take them to your local tire shop for installation. They really seem to fail hard at simplifying the delivery to shop and installation side of their promise, if you can find the energy to do this bit at least you'll know what you're getting into.

I ordered 285/75r16 Gladiator X comp from Simple tire they came in fast they look great on my Xterra...
I ordered a set of 4 tires and it took 10 days to receive my product! 10 DAYS! FOR 4 TIRES! My tires came in a pair of 2 on Monday, 1 tire on a wednesday, and 1 tire a full 7 days later. I tried to ask why and the Customer service boy threatened me that he would have the tires picked up and shipped back to the warehouse. I then asked for a refund and they only provided a disrespectful 10%, after MULTIPLE delays and missed work. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The tire boy then continued his disrespectful emailing skills by telling me how many days were in a week and that I was wrong about how long I have been waiting for my tires. He then told me that they don't put a shipping labels on all of their tires? Why not take the extra 1 minute it takes to print out a label per tire if you are so worried about sending them in pairs and you choose to send them 1 at a time. They show their lackadaisical planning and oversight when they didn't even know which shipping date was to be correct; the one I was emailed and confirmed, or their mythical shipping date.
Please do not go through this process...you will get your tires late and it's not worth the headache or the product. I do not have time to wait around for childish-minded, middle-aged, remote "employee's" that are poorly trained in their one and only job. Shameful experience.
I ordered four tires from them. I then cancelled the order. They charged me $20 per tire restocking fee.
You need tires, and you probably already know what you want. Forget the overpriced hassle of dealing with retailers. Great prices, free shipping, new tires in less than a week. Got mine today. The date codes are fresh, haven't been sitting in a warehouse for months. Better than what you'll find (or ending up waiting for an order to come in) at most tire stores. Any size you need, no waiting. Take them down to an installer and ready to roll in a quick visit.
I ordered my 4th set of tires from simple,I was shipped tires with a manufacture date of 2019.They where great to get the tires replaced quickly,could not ask for better customer service.
I bought 2 tires from simpletire.com in May 2022 and started feeling vibration right after installation. At first, I thought it was poor balancing so I asked the tire shop to rebalance them. Then I thought it was alignment, so I did alignment. Nothing helped. Then I moved those 2 tires from the front to the rear axle and felt that vibration moved to the back of my car. So I called simple tire and asked them for a replacement. They refused saying that they need a special balancing report which tire shops in my area don't provide. So I had to buy a new set of tires at Walmart (which were a better brand and also cheaper). And now, the vibration is gone meaning the tires were defective. Will never buy from simple tire again.
Initially I orderd the wrong size so i canceled the frist order and immediately placed order for the right tires. The customer service was very helpful and I received my refund for the frist set of tires in less time then they said it would take. I received the tires to my door in 3 day. Mounted and balanced them and installed them on my truck that day. Will definitely be shopping at simple tire again. All around a very good experience.
I've purchased two sets of tires. First set had "manufacturer" issues but I gave the benefit of the doubt and bought another set. Same issue. Had to jump through hoops for replacement and go through road hazard coverage even though I had a letter from a tire shop which clearly stated - could not be road hazard issue. Lack of common sense is baffling. Would never purchase from them again.
I ordered two tires from them, put one on and it would not hold air. Defect in the side wall, went flat in one hour. Took it off and installed the second one and send pictures and did all they said, also had a tire service who installed it write that it was a faulty tire. Did everything they said and then them tell me it is my fault. Unbelievable. You will regret ordering from this company if you do!
Please be carefull about buying your tires from here. Brought trailer tire and after about 6000 miles tire has about a 6 inch crack in sidewall. They will not back up warranty for manufactors defect. The tire was inspected by a well respected tire shop and stated the tire was a manufactor defect. Only the warehouse without inspecting the tire in person is coming up with a number of excuses. The tires only have 1/4 of tread worn
I purchased a set of RADAR tires through simpletire.com. The tires turned out to be garbage. They will not balance. I have less than 12,000 miles on the tires and paid around $1500 for them. Simple Tire will not support the issue. I put my truck type into Simple Tire and these were recommended tires by them. The tires supposedly had a 60K warranty but the manufacturer is declining the claim stating the tires should have been 12 ply, not 10 ply. SimpleTire.com is horrible. Do not use them.
They sent 2 of the wrong size tire to me so I had to ship them back. They provided the shipping labels and told me as soon as they arrived back at the warehouse they would ship the right size tire. After a week of waiting I called, and of course no progress had been made to ship the correct tires back. They then said it would take at least another week of waiting before I could get the proper tires. You can save a little money buying from them, but definitely not worth the month of delays this caused me.
I made an order with simple tire for tires saying in stock. Then was told they're out if stock. Then told they're actually in stock, but my installation date I set through simple tire would have to change. Their installation team said I had to reach out to the installation location myself to reschedule. I told the rep, I have no idea if the tires even made it there. And it shouldn't be my job to reschedule. The rep should. So a lot of confusion and poor customer service.
I ordered 4 new tires. They were deliverd later on the day where the installation was to be performed. The tires were manufacatured in 2019 I had ordered them in November 2022. The tires had been siitng in their ware house for over 3 years. I had called simpleTires they said the can sell tires as old as 4 years. I am hoping that next year they dont go through dry rot issue.

Where to start with these people. Ordered premium tires then got a call couple days later saying they are not in stock after all. Was offered different brand of tires for same price, not the OEM brand that came with the vehicle that I tried to purchase. This put me in a jam because another location that did have my original tire choice in stock, no longer had them now. Had no choice but to accept this option as was under a time crunch. Then I checked Simpletire website and low and behold they do have my original tires I ordered in stock, but at a higher price of $100 more per tire. When I asked them about this I was told those are under a different stock number and can't get those at the originally ordered price anymore. A nice example of bait and switch deceptive trade practice by SimpleTerrible. So had the substitute set sent to an installer. After install, my vehicle shook horribly. I took my car to a national brand shop. The shop balanced my tires. My vehicle shook horribly still. I took my vehicle back two more times. They road tested the tires. All tires were road force pressure tested and balanced. Vehicle still shakes. Multiple attempts to balance the tires to eliminate ride disturbance have failed. Installation shop has indicated that a manufacture defect must exist. Vehicle is brand new with less than 1,000 miles on it and this is now what I have to deal with. Trying to return the tires and spent multiple calls and hours trying to get through to someone on the phone failed. Finally got through via email and cannot return tires. Once mounted no return. How do you know there is an issue before they are mounted and tested. No ride guarantees or warranty coverage. Thank you for the headaches, the money I am out, and the absolute horrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your money and time. Even the worst of tire companies offer some kind of ride guarantee or warranty.
Ordered 4 tires they sent the wrong ones. Next they sent out 4 more, 2 have been delivered 1 is delayed and don't know where the 4th one is. Never again
I ordered tires that had a 2 day turnaround (stated on the website), on day 2 I still did not have a tracking number so I called to see where the tires were because I was leaving on a trip across the US the next day. I was told they could not find the tires and they were looking for some from another location. I told them to cancel the order because I did not have the time to wait. While I was on vacation I received an email that they shipped, at that time I check my account and I had not received the refund. When I returned from my trip I called Simple tire and they said they did not know how that happened. They said they could not give me a refund until the tires were delivered and then shipped back. Even though I cancelled them before they shipped. This has gone on for a month and still no refund, found out they just shipped them back 4 weeks later. I don't feel that I should pay for someone else's mistake and not following up with their job.
This was not my first order with Simple tire, I have in fact spent close to 10K with them. I will not being doing business with them in the future. I hope they learn from this mistake and it does not happen to anyone else. I know I have learned my lesson the hard way and it is a shame.
Ordered on 8/7, Cancelled on 8/9, today is 9/13 and still no refund and they have the tires?
Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019
