I purchased replacement tires for two different vehicles from SimpleTire and so far so good. The tires are the same brand/type I currently had and seem to be just as good. The prices were much cheaper than anywhere else in store or on the internet... and believe me I looked. I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews, but the tires were shipped and received lightning fast. I even had to change the date and place of one of the delivery\ies, so I called and spoke to a SimpleTire representative that was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth. I checked the date on the tires as again, people seem to complain about that. The two tires for one of my vehicles were manufactured earlier this year and the other four for the other vehicle were about a 1 1/2 years old, which is fine by me. They were perfect unused tires with the stickers still on them. Now that they are installed and have been driving on them for over a month now, I have zero complaints. I would definitely purchase from SimpleTire again.

I, like every one else, thought SimpleTire was great until I checked the Manufactured date on all four Michelin tires I bought. Most people probably never think about the age of the "new" tires they buy, but I did. I found out that they were 9 years old! Do your home work and check the dates. That is why they have great prices on tires, because they are old and should not be on the road.
When you do have a problem you can't reach anyone. SimpleTire only uses email, never a phone call and the emails don't fully address the issue. I had a tire failure with the set of Federal RSRR performance tires and can not get a return authorization. Since the order is older than 30 days they said the manufacturer would have to deal with it but can't give me a contact for the tire manufacturer. How's it sound so far? I bought the tires and had them mounted then had to pay for them to changed out for a more reputable set and now store the damaged Federals until someone is willing to issue an RMA (authorization to return)
I went on their website and found a set a tires for 29.98 apiece I ordered four new tires and received confirmation of payment I also received copy of order being filled and I received confirmation of a delivery date then three hours later they sent me sorry your order has been canceled And I took a photo of a paid in full receipt from them I would give them a zero but obviously there is none and these were from simpletires.com on their website

As explained in the email that we sent, the price that you saw was the result of a part number mismatch that was showing the price of a different tire. Unfortunately, we weren't able to catch the error until after you placed your order (or else we would have saved you the headache!) but it has since been fixed. Tired to put this review on their Facebook wouldn't allow it they sold me a defective tire and will not send a shipping label to return it they want a report from the place I had them installed, I took the bad tire off and put another tire on so Im not paying 90 bucks back to get 90 plus my time wasted you have been warned
Hi Quintus, I'm sorry you're having issues with the tire on your order. If the tire is defective, we will absolutely provide a prepaid return label for you to return the tires, but we need to have documentation that the tire has been deemed defective by the installation center you're working with. This is really just because the tire has already been mounted, which is outside our return policy - we are usually unable to accept tires back once they have been mounted, but the exception to this is if the tire is defective and we're given documentation from a licensed installation center stating that. If you can give us a better understanding of why you aren't able to get that information from the installation center, we can see what we can do to help.
I ordered 4 tires with Simple tire. I actually ordered the wrong size and called in to find out how to correct. I was extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Kristin Nyce! She was incredible and so pleasant, Kristin, took care of everything and made it so easy for me! I received the correct tires a few days later and had them installed. Also, had my tires aligned to ensure the best possible wear. BUYERS BEWARE! I bought four brand new radar renegade AT/5 tires 8 months ago and my driver side rear tire blew out on the interior sidewall while driving down the highway 55 mph. Luckily I wasn't harmed in the situation but was left on the side of a dangerous highway.
I've called and left numerous voicemails with zero call backs. I've been unable to drive the truck because I'm in a true predicament because I feel like I have 3 ticking time bombs on it.
I haven't even received the courtesy of receiving a call back. I'd highly suggest going to another route. They were great on selling the tires, but have zero customer service after the transaction. Don't make the mistake I made!

Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019

Hey Robert! Have you tried contacting our support staff about this? Those tires are well out of the acceptable DOT range and should never have been shipped. Please message me your order number so I can look into this issue and have a representative reach out to you right right away. As long as we have newer tires in stock we will replace the tires you received or, if there aren't any available, we will gladly issue a refund.
