I was so worried after reading other reviews, and spending so much money on something that could have turned out bad, BUT I ordered 4, and they ALL came out absolutely beautiful, I love them so much and it really elevated my living room. Will definitely order again, and though it's a little on the expensive side, they are definitely worth it! No complaints!
We decided to have pics taken at Thanksgiving since most of the family would be in town. These are a few I had you guys frame for Christmas presents. I love them.
The pictures are top notch quality and the service is great. I reached out to them thinking I would not be able to get my pictures in time for Christmas. They responded in a timely manner and I received them with two days to spare.
Extremely slow response time when communicating with customer service via email. No telephone or chat options to quickly resolve order issues. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks and they were still unable/unwilling to help me with a duplicate order placed. Used them for 4 years but will no longer be a customer of theirs because I don't trust their business policies.
Daughters wedding photos. Took my breath away. We have ordered multiple times and each time we have been more and more impressed.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Smallwood. I paid extra for priority overnight shipping, yet my item didn't arrive on time. When I reached out for help, they refused to issue a refund for the shipping cost or take responsibility for the delay. This is unacceptable customer service. I won't be ordering from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone expecting reliable shipping or support
I ordered 3 prints. All of professional portraits. The quality of one canvas was great, the second was not perfect but I could live with it. The quality of the 3rd is awful; definitely not something I can hang in my home- it's completely blurry. I've contacted customer service and am waiting a replay back
We purchased large format prints from Smallwoods, with intent of using our own frames as we did not like the styles offered. The prints come with a large gap on the side with a barcode, which showed when placed in our frames. Customer service had little care about helping to resolve this issue. I will not be using this service again and caution anyone looking for large format prints to look for another service.
Absolute terrible customer service. I am beyond disappointed as I have ordered from this company for years. However, I have quickly learned that when there is a slight issue on their end, they will do absolutely NOTHING to help correct it with the customer. They wouldn't even allow me to pay for upgraded 2 day shipping to ensure that the pictures get here in time for Christmas for my daughter. Oh, and to try and speak to a manager is impossible. You have to put a request in and wait 24-48 hours for them to respond. Very disappointed overall and will never order from here again.
The photo quality is beautiful, but I was disappointed with the frame color consistency. I reordered the exact same frame (Almond finish) to match a previous purchase, and the tone was noticeably darker and did not coordinate at all with my original frame.
Customer service explained that due to natural wood variation, they cannot guarantee any shade consistency even when reordering the same finish and exchanges are not offered if it meets their quality standards.
I wish this had been clearly communicated upfront, as reordering the same frame color does not ensure a matching or coordinated look. Keep this in mind if you're planning a gallery wall or trying to match existing frames.
We could not be happier with our experience. We have never purchased large prints before, and these turned out gorgeous! And the wooden frames are a beautiful touch. We will continue to order from here! Thank you guys!
Ordered Canvas photo of our family with wooden frame for our 82 year old mother with Dementia, hoping this would help her remember her family. Received the order and the picture was not in the center. I called support line. They apologized and had picture redone. After 3 different times the picture was still not in the center. Cut one family almost in half. I decided to order else where and get a refund.
So easy to order on your website. Uploaded my photos and ordered three large canvas framed pictures of my daughter's recent wedding. You all did such a beautiful job. The product is high quality and affordable. So highly satisfied with your product and your support. Thank you.
The quality of the frame is good. But I was disappointed with the clarity of the photo. We had a photographer take our family photos, the image I selected was professional quality. However my Smallwood order is very blurry, our faces look distorted. I am bummed. My first time ordering with Smallwood was fantastic, so I am really surprised my experience this time is much different.
I am very pleased with my order! Shipping was fast too! My children have been married 2.5 years and I purchased this large wedding photo for them for Christmas. I can't wait to see their reaction! It's beautiful!

I had 2 frames made for my sister and they are gorgeous. Hung they look so professional and classy and the quality of the photo and frame is perfect. Will be coming back next time I need a photo.
Unfortunately, I placed an order with Smallwood for custom photo prints. I received 2 photos correctly, however, one is not the same as the proof. I have sent in photos of the product I received, and a copy of the proof/confirmation. They clearly do not match. Unfortunately, after multiple back and forth messages, and receiving a similar message twice, without acknowledging the issue I am experiencing, they are not offering to replace or refund.
I have wanted to order for awhile and with the recent sale I could not resist. I ordered my children's "profession choice" pics to wrap up their wall from birth until now and let me just say, it exceeded my expectations. It was just the image I imagined.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine!
