The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with several customers praising the quality of products and the personalized assistance available during the ordering process. Many express satisfaction with the effectiveness of the products, particularly regarding collagen and hair growth supplements. However, concerns frequently arise regarding the complexity of the ordering process, including aggressive upselling tactics, unexpected charges, and difficulties in canceling subscriptions. I signed up for the try before you buy trial, which I was immediately charged for. They did refund the payment in about 5 days. I tried the product and DID NOT like it at all. It made my hair extremely oily, so I went the their website and initiated a return of the item so I wouldn't be charged. I got an email stating there would be no further charges. I wake up today & I have been charged for the awful product! Do not fall for this scam!
First off make sure you check to see if you sign up for a 60 or 90 day trial. I agreed to try the hair product for 90 days and at the 60 day mark my card was charged. I reached out to cancel/return the product because I did not see a result. And was told my 60 day window closed 3 days ago. They advertise try for 90 day but then charge you at the 60 days mark.
They will not refund me because I missed my window of 60 days (that I did not know about) by 3 days! Wish they'd do what they guarantee! Sad that this happens to people and that this happened to me! Very disappointing! Bad business! Bad customer service!

Product took forever to arrive. Once it did arrive, I immediately put it in the refrigerator as suggested. Started using next day and REALLY like the taste straight from the bottle. Unfortunately, after taking the daily RECOMMENDED dose I ran out more than a week before my next auto ship. There is no option to purchase sooner. I'd love to stick with this to see if I achieve expected results BUT I won't get expected results if I can not consume daily. I also had difficulty logging into my account. I did receive assistance from customer support about 48 hours later with a link to track my shipment. As of today I'm almost two weeks without my next refill…. And using another brand. Cancelling my auto ship.

Poor customer service. No way to cancel orders immediately because no one responds to emails. No changes in skin texture with product use.
Hi LaShawnda,
I am so sorry about the inconvenience. Please contact hello@spoiledchild.com and put "SiteJabber" in the subject line. They will be able to look into your options.
I bought a trial and later was charged 63 dollars for something I did not agree to or sign up for! And now I can't get ahold of them I've sent multiple emails and nothing. The number I was texting suddenly won't reply and it's not a number I can call. I'm livid.

I bought the "$5 shipping fee and the free sample" deal, they immediately charged me $117, and then 2 weeks later they charged me again $112 without me buying anything, I logged in the official website and couldn't delete my card, I tried to change it to a card without funds and this happened (look at the picture).
Don't put your bank information on their website
Hi!
Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
This business is a scam that is taking at the minimum $6 from millions of people! I was going to try their product and paid for everything and the company placed a hold on my checking account but after 3 business days I noticed they had immediately got a tracking number but after that nothing... If a business is out of a product they wouldn't take your money unless they had the product on hand! So needless to say I gave it a shot and after a few days of no activity I shut it down, they kept $6 and that's fine but not if you're doing it to millions... I also looked into company info and the address they had on the shipping info did not match up with the business and I also couldn't find anything on the business like phone number or address on their website and if I did they also did not match businesses so that tells me they are not a legitimate business! Shame on you guys you should have been shut down by now!

I hope ppl check reviews before buying. Unfortunately, I didn't check. They started the bottle for free and the charge will be only $9 for shipping. However, they pulled $90 from my account right away! This is ridiculous. They can't sell their products and hence decided to rip ppl off by scamming - overcharging.
Now I have to deal with the bank so they charge me again! Be careful guys with these scammers!

This organization asks for $5 to pay for the delivery fee of their free trial product. No such thing! This is how they get access to your banking info to start withdrawing hundreds of dollars from your account on a monthly basis.
They have no phone number to contact customer service, and our initial email correspondence when we requested a refund looked like a copy and paste job they did, they just switch the customer names.
Do yourselves all a favor. There are many products out there that can fulfill your expectations. Avoid this one at all costs!
Hi Joseph,
It sounds like you are subscribed to auto refill. You can easily manage / cancel your auto-refill within my account at spoiledchild.com/customer/account/login/. Once logged in, in the Auto-Refills section you’ll see the option to edit your delivery date, skip your next order, pause, or cancel.

These people are scam artists! Please don't buy anything from them! The 5$ things is a way to get access to your bank info they will charge you some large amount instead of the 5$
I've been using the hair and skin products for about 3 months now and I'm thrilled with the results! I've noticed fewer fine lines on my face, and my hair loss appears to be slowing down! I'm very pleased! Will continue using!
When I got my very smart and expensive bottle I decided to pour the contents into a smaller bottle… totally shocking how much they are ripping off their customers
Hi Jemma,
The A22 is 1.7 fl oz/ 50 mL, but if you feel like the capsule was not filled please feel free to contact hello@spoiledchild.com. Hope this helps
I order a lot online. I also like to try new products and brands I've never heard of. When they have the, "try it before you buy it" offer then I'm all for it. I've found some of my favorite brands, I still use today, using this method. I didn't lose out like most, but I got charged as well. Just a tip if you do try it, Make sure you return within the 14 days. That means make sure your order gets to them within 14 days after delivery. I read somewhere that after that they would give you store credit. I just wouldn't risk it because what the heck are you gonna do with store credit on a product your returning? Should be a red flag. Also, I've noticed imaginary refunds that they posted to my SpoiledChild account, but never actually got refunded to my credit card. I got charged full price for the product that was returned within my 14 days. Still haven't been fully refunded yet. Not sure if u will be. Customer service has been quick, but not informative. So makes me think it's just AI generated or something, or just templates that they send out. Nothing that actually describes my issues I have. So still waiting for my full refund, but other than that DO NOT BUY from them!
*Btw product smells gross, at least I thought it did and I don't think really does anything tbh*
Hi Rye,
We would love to look into your status and get to the bottom of the issue. Please contact hello@spoiledchild.com and put "SiteJabber" in the subject line.
It said clear only $5 and soon you put you card information they charge $112 this is a lie DO NOT put you credit card information WOW I'm very impressed with the poor business. I haven't even received the product and I'm already requesting for refund.

I bought two hoping it will last two months. However One bottle only takes you for a week. They said it takes three months to see results, that means you have to spend almost $1000 to find out if it works for you or not.
Oh wow! Thanks for letting us know. It sounds like something's not quite right. We do recommend only using 4-6 sprays per day. However please contact hello@spoiledchild.com and put "SiteJabber" in the subject line. We would love to look into your options.
I was charged for a full product before letting me try it. Abigail is who I was corresponding with & was ABSOLUTELY no help. She pretty much blew me off. I wanted the order canceled but it wasn't. The order had not even shipped yet. I am so angry and want nothing from this company! Be wary of all purchases from this company!

Product does nothing for my hair! They over charged me and refused my refund because it was past 60 days! Would not recommend buying anything from this company!

Literally was "pre" charged $110 for this "sample" it's not even a sample it's a trial, and after 60 days if you don't return, they'll charge you those $110. Read the small letters, cause that's how they got me. They get you with the ads saying free sample only pay $5. Yeah it's a scam. You try to reach their customer service and it's automated so what ever you write they aren't even reading. The email is pre-scripted. Overall just don't do it their products aren't as good as they claim. I REPEAT DO NO DO IT!
