Money stealers

Be aware that if you do NOT want to subscribe and you decide to only pay a few cents for one lookup, you will still be receiving random charges as if you were on a subscription and you'll have to dispute. This is the 3rd time they've done that. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but now I'm sick of it and know it's 100% on purpose. Scam company. Stay away from their services, their customer service sucks as well.

I wanted to look up a caller that had called me. I looked on their site. Paid what I thought was a 1 time fee. Told me it was a mobile number, and gave me no additional information. 7 days later, surprise! Hit with a $30 bill. I cancelled and asked for a refund as I did not see the fine print. They refused the refund, 3 hours after they charged my account. They use PayPal because guess what? You can't start a chargeback with PayPal and they know it. Super shady business practices and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Incorrect billing
August 5, 2023

I had a trial 7- day trial subscription for $0.99. Before the trial ended, I canceled to avoid future charges and received a confirming email. Ten days later they charged me $29.95. I called customer service. They would not refund the incorrect charge. Avoid this company, there are better opportunities out there that don't take your money without authorization. Search Google reviews on Spokeo, this is the #1 complaint: unauthorized charging. FRAUD.

Horrible company

When you do a.95 trail and get charged 29.95 and unsubscribe then proceed to get charged for the next 2 months, at this point I will be getting to FTC and a lawyer involve for false charges and basically identity theft (the fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information, usually for financial gain)

Canceled immediately and they still auto renewed.

In addition the date is not up to date, it shows the prior owner of our house as the owner, even though we have owned it for 40 + years. All emails are incorrect, only 1 phone number is correct, and information is less than what I get on. Google search.

This site can't even provide accurate White Page information. The social media accounts were incorrect and the address and employment info was 14 years old. Don't waste your time or money. It isn't even worth the 98 cent preview.

So, I signed up for the.95 cent trial and was careful to make sure I wasn't committing to anything beyond that (I thought, as I'm usually very careful about that sort of thing)... but lo and behold, I now realize I've been charge 29.95 a month for 7 months of "services" - a "subscription" I never wanted and was not aware I had "enrolled" in. Calling today they're willing to refund 59.90 (leaving them with the balance of about 150 of my money) I suppose it's better than nothing. I pointed out I had never utilized my "subscription" for the past 7 months (as I was unaware they had "sold" me one) but no matter, I was "enrolled" and that was that. This is a scam of the worst sort. A hidden "subscription" that I was completely unaware of and had no intention of signing up for. This is an example of a dishonest company that quietly steals your money (especially if it is an account you don't use often) - until you just happen to become aware of missing money. Another lesson in NEVER GIVE ANYONE your account information. Even if you believe you have "opted" out of any long term commitment --- there are companies like this that obscure their intentions and disregard your wishes and will tell you - "no, you signed up for the subscription" even though you're very certain you haven't. Despicable people working for a despicable (crooked) enterprise. Be forewarned. Shady is the word, and I'm being generous.

I called customer service to resolve a perceived problem that I had with my trial membership. I was impressed with the level of service that I received from Monte. It is very unusual to encounter someone who is polite and knowlegable. I felt that I was a valued customer. In addition I spoke with his supervisor Jason, to commend Monte and he was equally personable. Good customer service starts at the top with great training. Congratulations on great service!

Basically a scam!

Don't join! Will fraudulently charge your card for things you didn't order. Signed up for a 7-Day trial and they charged me for a month the same day

I used their service for a reverse lookup (which gave me no information) and found out a week or so later that I had been charged $29.95 for a one month subscription. The only reason they're getting a positive review was that their customer service department (a lady named Suzanne -agent 1638) was extremely nice in cancelling my subscription and giving me a partial/prorated refund. I would not suggest using them or if you do, make sure you cancel before they hit you with the $30 monthly fee.

It's a bait

Don't usually give reviews but this site makes me happy to get info for.99 one time payment but got surprise to charge me $29 after 7days with subscription without me saying yes. I usually check first if there is gonna be a monthly payment. Good thing paypal email me for charges or else I wouldn't know. Though the customer service gave me a refund but still they will charge you without really suscribing!

I've availed the service for a month only cause I've searched for something.

A month after they charge me for service I no longer need.
Worst, I need the money to buy medicine.

Customer Supports are not responding at all. Don't avail this product, it'll suck up your money.
