I am a customer for more than 2 years and I am really satisfied by the professional work, quality and the speed of executing my requests.
Area for improvement: pls create a paid option ( private address, vip adress) that could be used for shipping from sites that don't ship to freight forwarders. Currently your "buy for me" service is expensive and a if you could offer a less expensive option ( private address, vip address) would be great

Quick delivery and good price, only small complaint is I feel like they could have packed the items with a little more care in terms of how they were arranged. Two of the hats were totally crushed underneath other items when there was plenty of room to arrange/fold them in a way that would result in much less "damage" to them. I had to go to extra lengths to steam out and reshape the hats when it would have been unnecessary if they had arranged them more carefully. Probably would have taken an extra 30 seconds to do... If the packers were shipping a personal gift to a friend/family I think they would just naturally do so without thinking about it!

I used it since majority of amazon stuff wont sell a road which is especially annoying when you live in a country not usually on list of countries in general.
So i sent it to stackry. Their site user interface definitely needs some fixin for an easier experience.
But shipping wasnt cheap so i worried about that adding onto the total price when it went through the toll on my country. Thankfully it seems that was not the case. Got my stuff quickly and nicely.
Definitely using them again for anything that wont ship to my place.

I first use Stackry, their service is very good, very good, process request very quickly. I am very satisfied with their service.

They are very good at work, even my identity photo which I think is very privacy can be known by its employees. I found out when I was interacting with a chat with one of SUPPORT SERVICE, they said that my ID's was not approved, but the other SUPPORT SERVICE already said it. So 2 people who already get my information, especially after my account was frozen. I have no problem regarding my account being frozen or not, the most important thing that I bought is returned to the sender, but I worry if I buy it in the marketplace instead of online retail and the item is returned to sender while the sender has earned the money, which I worry about Stackry could be a money-laundering field from the marketplace.

Thanks to Stackry, I have lost a worthless item.

I had a parcel delivered to my work address in London from Stackry, and all went well with delivery; EXCEPT the person at my work reception rejected the parcel believing I was no longer with the company (annoying). Long story short, the parcel got lost; I contacted Vincent at Stackry, who was like a personal champion for my case! He tirelessly tracked it down and learnt that sadly the courier company decided to destroy the parcel (a very expensive pair of shoes), so Vincent offered to refund me in full (despite it not being Stackry's fault) and is still trying to get a better answer out of the courier. His outstanding customer service put my country's businesses and their shocking lack of regard for the customer to shame; and while I don't have the parcel in my possession I have a refund and we may still locate the parcel due to his investigative skills! Hats off to you Vincent, you're very good at your job!
