I usually never have a problem receiving my Stackry shipments but this time my package was delayed by South African Customs for almost a month. Not to bash another company but my previous forwarding service was horrible. I know the name of it will soon come to me but I think I purposely forgot about them like a bad ex girlfriend. Maybe... After having a huge problem and nightmares with Borderlinx, I decided to try Stackry after reading very positive reviews. I have not been disappointed. My first consolidated package was packed very compactly and neatly to save on shipping costs and their support is always swift and professional. I also received a $10 discount on my first shipment, which was wonderful. Very impressed.
All good. Freight costs have increased dramatically, but I guess that's to be expected given the global supply chain situations. A cheaper option via sea freight would be nice as I am not in a hurry for this unit.

I did extensive research on reviews before choosing Stackry for our redirecting shipping needs. I have a international parcel delivered 2 months with Stackry. Excellent service, every time. The Stackry team ensures all my Australian customs paperwork that I supply (in advance) is attached to my parcels prior to shipment and my parcels have arrived (hassle free) within a few days, every time. Shipping from USA isn't cheap but Stackry provides excellent service and deals in shipping that are cheaper than going direct to couriers so I'm happy. Stackry is my one-stop-locker that makes it possible for me to access health product brand choices that are simply not available in Australia. Now I don't have to feel disappointed when I find a brilliant product that does not ship outside of USA because I know I can still ship it over with Stackry if I want to. The Stackry staff are always extremely polite and helpful and Vince patiently walked me through the entire process when I first joined. Their shipping calculator makes it so easy for me to plan my budget. I have been forwarding shipments from the US to where I live in Dubai for over 6 years. I have tried so many shipment forwarding services, but none comes even close to Stackry. They are there for you whenever you have a special need and are just an email or a phone call away. Top service. That's it.

When i found stackry and wanted to have my first experience with them. I was really worried because I heard lot of people always complaining in case parcel forwarder companies. They lost their parcels or got them damaged.

WARNING! BE CAREFUL WITH STACKRY! I'm owner european company since 9 years and I'm using couple forwarder services in USA. Couple times I send also via Stackry and send to official company address which is very easy to confirm on european comission website. Today I received email from Stackry support who asked about scans of my ID documents. This is highly restricted in my country and for security reason I never do this. I really don't know for what they asked for this. I paid from official company paypal addres, send to official, register EU Company address, so for what my ID scans? I refused sending scans and now they disabled my account. I suspect that they are trying to infiltrate the information in a hidden purpose, so my recommendation is to be careful with something like this and NEVER send scans of your documents. Companies could use them in many strange purpose and NEVER believe companies about their security procedures.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our resolution, but you signed up with the name "John Ranking" and admitted to us numerous times that was a fake name. This breaks our terms and conditions, which you agreed upon when signing up with our services. Because of using a fake name, our security team needed verification for who you are. We don't ask for pictures or IDs for any other reason other than to verify you are who you say you are. You are free to cover up any private information on your IDs when sending them over. You choose not to provide any photos or IDs. Even up until now, we still don't know your real name or identity. We have an A+ ratting with the Better Business Bureau, and follow professional thought out security measures to protect ourselves against fraudulent activity. We are sorry you were not happy with our resolution, but hope you understand clearly how and why we came to this decision.
