The best support and service!

I would like to thank Joyce and the Wilmington, DE warehouse team at Forward to Me.
This is the best customer service I've experienced. The support team is very friendly, understanding, and quick to reply.
Joyce was especially helpful and patient, and she made everything very easy and clear for me.
I truly appreciate the support and really love their service. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING "KAYE"

AS A NEWCOMER TO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING AND SHIPPING I HAD VERY LITTLE UNDERSTANDING OF HOW IT ALL WORKS AND HAD A PLETHORA OF QUESTIONS.

I CONTACTED THE SUPPORT TEAM AND WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH "KAYE".

WE EXCHANGED SEVERAL EMAILS AND "KAYE" COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL.

IT IS VERY RARE TO EXPERIENCE SUCH A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE,

Expensive

A beautiful experience, but it is very expensive and expensive, especially we use the addresses in order to get cheaper prices. The shipping price is expensive. I will not benefit from buying goods at a cheap price from abroad.

Exceeded expectations
December 25, 2025

I've sent numerous packages to the US warehouse and have never encountered any issues. The photos and all package-related information are excellent. Processing times are very fast, and repacking is handled quickly as well.
Shipping from the US is unfortunately quite expensive, but I have to say FedEx has been reliable and efficient—at least so far. Also, the 30 days of free storage are sufficient for my needs.
I've also tested the UK warehouse—slightly slower than the US one, but still very reliable.
Service approved!

Great experience

Great service and timely updates on things.
I tried shipping with 3 services from forward2me, and all of them were great, whether with tracking or none, and with repackaging too.
Cost was also consistent and goo, d and all packages were received in a great condition.

Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance.

Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend's address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.

Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.

A big thank you to the team — and especially to Nica. Highly recommended

So I just contacted Forward2u after I was reading reviews regarding there great customer service and how promptly they answer e mails etc... I tried there what's app as it's 2am right now and I'm getting used to the clock as I'm from Britain but moved to the states recently. Any way JHE responded to me very promptly. She helped answer all my questions and was very patient and polite with me, l'm a novice to all this I'm trying to start a little online business hopefully growing to a E-commerce business.she was wonderful explaining to me how the logistics work she made it super clear and went above and beyond to make me understand! Thank Jhe once again!
