A beautiful experience, but it is very expensive and expensive, especially we use the addresses in order to get cheaper prices. The shipping price is expensive. I will not benefit from buying goods at a cheap price from abroad.

I've sent numerous packages to the US warehouse and have never encountered any issues. The photos and all package-related information are excellent. Processing times are very fast, and repacking is handled quickly as well.
Shipping from the US is unfortunately quite expensive, but I have to say FedEx has been reliable and efficient—at least so far. Also, the 30 days of free storage are sufficient for my needs.
I've also tested the UK warehouse—slightly slower than the US one, but still very reliable.

I've read bad reviews online, but for me it worked for the one item i needed to buy. Shipping was certainly expensive, but what do you expect with these tariffs and it coming from Europe.

Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance.
Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend's address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.

So I just contacted Forward2u after I was reading reviews regarding there great customer service and how promptly they answer e mails etc... I tried there what's app as it's 2am right now and I'm getting used to the clock as I'm from Britain but moved to the states recently. Any way JHE responded to me very promptly. She helped answer all my questions and was very patient and polite with me, l'm a novice to all this I'm trying to start a little online business hopefully growing to a E-commerce business.she was wonderful explaining to me how the logistics work she made it super clear and went above and beyond to make me understand!
