We apologize to all we have recommended this site to and were eventually scammed and several of you who literally lost everything. When we recommended we thought the scams were being combatted by open tech alliance / Public Storage. But we have seen the opposite and the stories from yall have gone WAY UP! We apologize and are behind the scene making something happen. We hate doing this but we feel responsible in a way.
Please stay away from Storage Treasure.com I never received a refund no one is answer the phone. Rude!
My friend who buys storage units got suspended for no reason. The payment went trough and she got refunded right away cuz she thought that the unit got canceled. Without calls or notifications this company just ignores problems like this and decided to just block people, my friend always picked up everything from the unit and left it clean. I think that everyone should just stop bidding on this website they we'll change policy cuz they wouldn't want their business go down. There are always better solutions to everything. I don't know why they cry like $#*!es over nothing.
After spending the money on paid subscription and winning the action got disappointed when got to the location, as the unit was not ready for selling, although I won it. Also, the pro membership can be accidentally downgraded, and even if you paid for whole month you still will be paying again, just because that's the system. Support is bad, they will send email and close the conversation. Maybe it's just me, but be careful
I showed up to get my unit and it wasn't what was in the picture. My next one I stood outside and waited for a manager to let me in the unit and come find out she has closed and left the facility. Cut me back a day then they blamed me because I couldn't make it to my other unit. Then another unit I really wanted they let me win it just to take it back once I win a unit it should be mine.
I don't know why these guys post stuff on auctions win the unit then get a call from the facility that tells you that the settled up with the tenant. You should receive a refund in 3 to 5 days. I don't believe that's how an auction works. Once in auction ends that should be it call customer service said that's their policy. I've bid on three different sites. Never heard of this. Now i have 40 extra hours a week because of online auctions and save $1200 a month on gas i have many thrift stores all merchandise comes from stoage treasures,,,,it is a lot of garbage,sweat,injuries,working 7 days a week,,never ends,,,,we buy 15 units a month,,storage treasures has made it easy to get merchandise for my store! I won an auction from storage treasures. Upon opening the unit I noticed that there were several items missing and the unit had been searched by management. They claimed that they could not sell ammo and had to remove it, but why was the coat rack searched? And why were none ammo items taken? Also there was a safe inside the unit, the manager told me that he shook the safe and it "felt light and empty". But did not put that in the original description. Was promised a refund several times then ultimately denied a refund. The owner refused to disclose his full name and hid behind his lawyer. Dishonest, deceptive and cheats! Storage treasures? More like storage scammers
Today I supposedly won a unit that had a possible authentic Louis Vuitton bag and clutch in it. The unit was at $100 and stayed there until the last couple minutes of the bidding. After it jumped over $200 I needed up winning. Storage treasures charged me over $40 to collect, and I had to pay $337 at the facility. After paying al their fees, and driving over an hour plus tolls and gas, we open the unit to find that the one Louis Vuitton bag had been taken. Nothing else was taken just the Louis Vuitton bag. And the way I knew this is I used their pictures as reference to my own. After bringing this to both public storage, and storage treasures attention, they both refunded the fees. But refused to compensate me for my time, gas, or tolls. Public storage told me to contact storage treasures and how it was " out of their hands" after sitting on hold for almost an hour, I finally got I contact with "Shannon" who happened to be very rude and sarcastic. (She ended up handing up on me when I called her out on it) but before the hang up, she told me "that's a problem you have to take up with public storage" "you didn't do business with us" unbelievable! This company is a scam. I've felt with this time after time. This is my last straw. I plan on suing both companies. They both knew what happened and did nothing to correct the situation. I took the liberty to show you photos I bid on (with the Louis Vuitton bag in the unit) then the last photo is when I opened the unit with an employee standing next to me.
My experience with Storage Treasures was great while gas and volume was high. However, over the last few months, I accepted 2nd chance offers, only to be told the bin was settled by the previous owner, or in the last case@ PS, "someone cleaned out the bin the day before and they would call and cancel the bid...I get a refund for the %15 fee. Never happened. Chat live, no response so far. Just go away kid, you bother me. What can you do? Demand to see the bin? I'm thinking this can happen with any bin at anytime...and the facility rep. Can literally shoo you off with impunity, as complaining to PS of ST.is difficult and they know this. John Q. The customer has no rights, or recourse. It's a gamble,
The must outrageous thing I have seem, in my 5 years on storage treasure, I drove a hour and half for a storage I won for about 544.00 total. When the storage was open most of the stuff was gone. Meaning someone at the facility had stealing out the storage that was on auction. Yes I was refunding my money, but what about my time and gas. My joy of treasure hunting was crush. Stealing is a crime and someone stealing at work, since I won it and paid for it, you steal from me. STORAGE TREASURES THIS NEED TO BE FIX. If a facility post a storage everything they post should be in that storage. The middle space was gone,everything under the blue turf was GONE... THIS WAS HORRIBLE.
I had bid on 3 different warehouse units in November and they would not accept my payment because supposedly my address on my debit card does not match their format in their billing system but I was offered a second and 3rd chance to buy these units and when I tried to pay for them they could not get my card to run through their system so now 5 months later I decide to try to get back on there again because there's a local unit I want to buy and they want me to pay for it The 3 units that I did not even get 5 months ago before they will activate my account again because that is their rules they said so stay away from these people they run your credit card for however many times they want for items you did not get.
I won an auction from a private seller on the Storage Treasures. All items were broken and damaged. The seller has broken all rules of the auction. When I made a report nobody from support helped me nobody care if lost your money. Highly recommend everyone stay away from this scum auction.
I give them a five. The picture shows you most of what you getting. You got to have a the eye. I've purchased over 20 and hadn't been dissatisfied yet. Most of the staff at the storages are great. I had only one problem and thats oxford mississippi terrible customer service.
Under his name but because he has the same address they banned me. After speaking with customer service they informed me there was nothing I can do and that I am banned permanently. Like how unfair is that. This company needs shut down. For real

This site is a scam to the buyers, no more in person auctions, yet they are running this online auctions as if it was in person,even live auctions end when the auction rep calls last call, if your bid is not in you loose the opportunity to bid bid again,
I was watching an auction and waiting to make my bid, 45 seconds before the end time for the auction, placed my bid and the auction time extended the close time 3 minutes more, it done this 4 times to me, extended from 9:30 original end time to 9:40
I was the high bidder with a proxy to cover any other bids, they kept extending the auction end time, and letting new bids happen repeatedly,
When I called to speak with the rep on the phone, he was very rude, and short tempered.
His attitude was,
I was wrong and their is nothing I can do,
there is a bad play going between the auction sites and the facilities where the unit is located, they cover each other with a run around to their buyers, until they get so frustrated they give up,
WATCH OUT!
You will get scammed, read their reviews, hundreds of negative reviews about their scam practices
When an auction end time is listed,
The auction and all bids SHOULD be in and the system should tally the winner automatically this includes any proxy bids made before the end time listed.
It's a computer system,
NOT rocket science, instead a system scam to buyers,

So many more negative then the few good fake reviews listed to try and mislead the public,, I see that this has been an issue with many buyers using this site,
Coupled with excessive extra fees applied to cards for no reason listed, that are not disclosed,
Lockers being ruffled through by management after listing
Valuable items removed from units after pictures were taken and unit was listed for auction sales,
Canceled auctions to winning buyers and fees charged with no reason disclosed and no refunds on these excess fees,
Watch your credit cards in their system,
The facility should read their customer reviews, they are pretty messed up,

Storage treasures is a shady company and are some not all of the facility on thier sight don't believe you will find any treasures in the units they let the facility employees go though the units and pick and choose what a bidder can have and then when you confront them about it they are rude, short with you and make it look like you are in the wrong. Just be mindful of wut unit/facility you are buying and don't ever think storeage treasures will have your back in any kind of dispute with a facility or its employees to them you are nothing and they don't want to hear what you have to say. Even though you are the one making their money.be safe and watch what you buy and from which facility there is alot of shady deals going on behind the closed doors with these shady facilities and their employees
