Terrible company. Never purchase anything from the Google store. They lost my trade in phone and refuse to do anything about it. Customer service (Vivi) lied about the return period. Claimed I had 30 days, when in fact it was only 15. Refused to answer me about if they eventually find the trade in phone what will happen. Google store is a complete scam operation. Customer service is unbelievable rude and totally unhelpful. All they do is lie or refuse to answer your questions. Filing with both the BBB and FTC. There needs to be an investigation into google regarding their seemingly unending fraudulent activity.

Awful experience

Ordered a case and it was weeks late, trying to get help from Google was a giant waste of time. They refused to take any responsibility and I'm still waiting for my order.

Horrible experience

Ordered a Pixel 7 3 weeks ago. On DHL webpage I see the order was returned. When contacting the support they say it has been delivered. That have been my chats and my struggle with them since then.

I can't believe that Google doesn't know where are their orders, it's really difficult to believe, but now seeing all the comments about the store it begins to make sense. How I wish I would have known before placing an order at Google Store. Now after reading all the experiences here I'm afraid its gonna take months for me to get my phone -if I ever get it-.

It is like talking to a wall, it will bring you only despair and frustration. Their replies are always that they escalated the issue to a higher tier of support and they are investigating and the agent will follow personally the case and bla bla bla... nothing changes, believe me. Don't make that mistake, I will never order something from this place ever again, worst e-commerce experience in my life by far.

Do yourself a favor and don't do this to you, never Google Store

First, Pixel 6pro was by Far my Biggest disappointment in a new phone. Second, GoogleFi is Not what it claims to be and & $72 is definitely too high for Consumer Cellular & T-Mobile towers! Without the ability to "switch between towers" (as advertised) Fi is Atrocious! Third and hands down Worst is their "customer service" IF it can be called that.
Pixel 6 Pro is Junk & I ordered a S22 ultra through Google Store: 1st order I cancelled (fold z 4)because while waiting for google to verify my order... I got Nothing! $1600 & google does not send order confirmation?!? WHAT? EbayAmazon WalMart... Literally Every Purchase at even $2.00 made online will notify you when payment is made. What gives w google? Lazy? So I called my bank to guarantee this charge did not & will not go through. I then talked to google support & they said if I order again I will get confirmation, payment notification & it will be shipped within 24hrs NOPE! Another $1012 payment & all I got was Order confirmation. 4 talks w customer support & Still Nothing! Called my bank again & payment has went through but Zero from google. I Also paid for expedited shipping, Should Have Been 3 Days... I ordered this Last Friday & it is Now Wed & the phone has Not even been shipped!
Worst customer service, slow, inconsiderate, out-dated systems w/an up-to-date ego, Highly Misleading & a Very High Price for the Lowest Quality Tower Service
I'm Running From Google... straight talk gives verizon towers at 45$, Verizon at $70... Bye Google

The only thing good is the camera. Don't fall for the night sight gimmick though. Photos look unnatural in that mode. Screen quality is good and can be seen easily in bright sun.
Now the bad. It is very glitchy. It is very slow transferring files my old pixel 3 can run circles around the six in this category. I fly drones professionally. I use my phones most of the time for quick edits. That being said I could transfer 12 gigs of data from an externality mounted SD card in around 8 to 12minutes on the pixel 3. The same amount of data with the same SD card and stick. I had almost a 2hour wait for the data to be transferred on the pixel 6. On my lg g8 it takes less than 2 of course it actually can physically mount a SD card in the phone. But the pixel 3 has a much older chip set than the six, smaller ram 4 gigs vs 6 and a slower processor. I could go on and on with the deficiencies of this phone, but I have a busy life and can not afford to waste an hour of my day listing them. Do yourself a favor and buy another phone. This phone is not worth the cost.

I had ordered a google phone on the 5th of Oct and was advised that it will be delivered on the 8th. UPS lost the phone in transit. I reached out to google for a refund and they escalated the case it seems. It is the 16th today and I have still not had a confirmation on my refund or the phone. They have the worst customer service team who don't seem to care a hang. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Will never buy another google product nor would encourage anyone to.

Cancelled order

I ordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro from the Google store in the sale, they kept changing the delivery date, after about a month they cancelled the order and said it was at my request, don't buy anything from this store they are con merchants as the price of the phone has now gone up by £200.

I bought a new Google Pixel 6 and traded in the Pixel 5. They sent me the trade in kit 7. 5. 22 and i returned it 7. 7. 22 (USPS confirms this) and THEN my box sat in a warehouse at the crapo USPS shipping facility for TWO (2) MONTHS! 2 months! After multiple inquiries and being told to 'be patient' after 73 days they finally sent an automated email saying my phone was NOT in the box and that my trade in credit would be changed from the promised $347 to ZERO $0.00. These people are con artists and should NOT be trusted. NEVER buy from the Google store ever again. Buy thru Amazon or Costco as everyone else can't be trusted.

I bought a google nest 2 years ago and I had problem with charging it sine day one when the AC works.
It seems like when they realized that this hardware problem is an issue with a lot of customer they introduce the power connector. So, Google Nest customer support advise me to buy it which I did.
But, it did not help. I asked to return this power connector to google store but they said that it pass 15 days, so I can not return it.
I spent hours talking and explaining the situation that all because Google Nest going back and forth trying to figure it out why the power connector is not working, the 15 days pass.

They basically let me talk to different departments so many people until I gave up and I am sure this was the main goal to make me give up.

Gust don't but google nest and don't buy anything from google store.

Be aware! Google NEVER ship the order.

I order a new Samsung Galaxy S22 (For Google Fi) from the Google Store, Google create a shipping label but never send the order, the support people don't give me any solution, is frustrating.

Order supposed to arrive July 25-26 but the tracking number shows that Google only create a shipping label but never shipped the order.

Bought a Nest doorbell that went missing in the delivery process - lost or stolen. Took TWO WEEKS for them to agree to ship me a new one (after emails and talk of "escalation" to "product specialists"). Second delivery also went missing. I'm suspicious they sent it to the wrong place but have no way of knowing because it's the delivery company's word against mine against theirs. Spent A MONTH calling and emailing, including several hours on the phone with customer reps who kept saying they would "escalate" my case and get back to me. After two extremely tense phone calls and four weeks of waiting I was told Google Store policy was not to replace an item that was lost twice. If that is policy - and I am afraid I still think it's Google's responsibility to get the item I paid for into my hands, whatever that takes - why did they wait for a dozen emails and several phone calls to inform me of this? I've emailed their press department, the VP of Google Store and nothing. They clearly don't care at all about their customers. Don't buy anything from these people.

I ordered a phone from them a month or so ago, as my phone died. A week ago I contacted customer service, via chat, to inquire about the order, because it kept being delayed. I was even willing to change my order to another phone, if they could tell me what was in stock. The support person said I should "rest assured, the phone will be delivered by the 14th, the phones are back in stock..." Yeah, right... Well, today is the 14th and this morning I got yet another email that the expected date is the 18th-19th. No thanks, I am without a phone, and have been so for over a month now! So, I cancelled the order, and immediately I got an email that said "Thank you for your google store order, we're sorry it has been delayed bla bla bla... but if you prefer to cancel you can edit it on your order history page..." WTF! I checked again, to be SURE I had cancelled it, and took a screenshot of the "cancelled" order, just in case. I get it that there are supply chain issues right now, but honestly... I get the feeling that with this store the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing! Why string a customer along for 6 weeks? Just tell me the truth! I ordered a different phone from Amazon, and it will be here in 3 days. I won't shop here again, the air must be really bad in Mountain View, CA or something... sheesh!

CS promises an overnight phone replacement under warranty, the replacement is sent 2 days late via UPS Ground and takes 5 days to arrive. I see this coming and open a support ticket 2 days into the replacement process and get the worst runaround possible. Literally 5 days coming out via ground when promised and guaranteed overnight, also paying for "Google Preferred Care" which claims overnight replacements. This paid service is a lie and Google Store literally needs to be sued for their lack of services paid for.

Worst returns ever
April 22, 2022

I purchased 2 google 6 pro phones but we did not like them. Started a return and has now been 1 month and no refund in account. I would not recomend shopping with this store. They returned the money for 1 phone but still waiting on the second phone. Worst service. Stay away

Cancel without notice

Somehow Google decides to cancel subscription with zero notice, so I am not able to address any issue that they or I might have. The IVR for understanding the issue is singularly unhelpful

My reason for purchasing this phone has to do with Google's safety features and the lower price of it. It costs around half of the price of other premium phones but it works, for me, better than any other Android phone I have ever owned. It may not have the flashy name or some "effects" that other premium phones have but I don't need those. I buy a phone mostly because I need it to work, not as a replacement for a music player or a video camera or a camera.
