Surprised to find organic ingredients have been switched out for non-organic when I opened up my bag to start to cook tonight. No longer trusting this comany.

If you order from this company be ready to receive items you did not order and to be overcharged for them. I ordered 4 fresh and ready dinners and got 4 meal kits instead. And they charged double for each meal kit. I don't even understand the reason for the double charge but the kits supposedly "serve 2."

Healthy extremely tasty and easy to use and make. Lots of selection in meal kits and ready made. If there's a problem customer service is a dream. Many ways to contact and always responsive in polite friendly manner. You'll be happy you select SUNBASKET!

Been ordering Sunbasket for some time starting during the lockdown period. Also learned some things about cooking along the way!

I've tried two other service and Sunbasket by far offers so much more variety and delicious meals. I am relieved when my box shows up and I don't have to think about what to do for dinner.

Sunbasket has been great for our family. We have been using them every week for 3+ years. Ingredients are high quality and fresh. Shipments are well packaged. Menu options strike a good balance between creative new options and keeping weekly favorites available. One thing that also stands out is their customer service - shipments are typically perfect but if there is ever a problem, customer service is easy to access via well designed self service portal, online text messaging with a real human, or phone. Any problems I've had have always been resolved to my satisfaction (ie quick refunds or credits issued, free meals, etc). Highly recommend!

Sunbasket offers healthy and delicious meal options every week and recently added breakfast and lunch menu items. The food comes meticulously packed in sustainable & easy to recycle packaging and always arrives on time. The app is super easy to use and their customer service is excellent. I have zero complaints about this meal service. A++++

I like how quickly it arrived and the option of some microwavable meals as well as the traditional option. Usually with services like this you have only 1 option of cooking everything. I 've seen other services like Factor that do microwave too but theirs are pricier ands not as filling.
The menu wasn't really for me and it's still cheaper for me to go shopping myself so I only did it for about 4 meals. They sent a delicious snack bar but it was 3 servings in 1 package so I could have eaten it all without knowing how much I was really eating. If you don't care for meal planning and hate grocery shopping this might be worth your time.

So good, love this company. Excellent customer service, excellent delivery, eco-aware, great communication, really amazing choices, prices and fantastic food.

Sunbasket has been exceptional to deal with on a regular basis for many years now. They have such a wide variety of meal options, and on the rare occasion that something has gone awry, they absolutely make it right quickly. I have no complaints

My husband and I have been with Sunbasket from its inception. We have watched Sunbasket grow and perfect, and have loved it every step of the way! The food is incredible; we feel as though we are going to a different upscale restaurant with every meal. So many different countries and nationalities covered with the menu options. Have learned so much. Also, treat their customers extremely well—thank you Sunbasket :)

The food is great. Wonderful variety. Produce is organic and always fresh. Customer service is impeccable. Never any mistakes or missing ingredients. Delivery is always on time. I love it!

I really enjoy ready made meals - ingredients are clear for those of us with food intolerances; taste is great - they used spices (yay!); variety is reasonable, and customer service is responsive.

The pics on the Sunbasket site make everything look inviting and tasty - I'll give 'em that.
The reality was the complete opposite. The 12 different premade meals I received looked pretty much the same and tasted pretty much the same. The worst was the spicy black bean quinoa bowl. The black beans were RAW... down right crunchy and inedible... there was little if any spice in the meal and the jar of salsa roja provided was lack luster with the spice of a Taco Bell salsa packet.
A complete waste of money.

Eating these fresh & ready meals at work has kept me satiated and content while I eat a paleo/Whole30 diet. My personal goal is to lower BP and fasting glucose and regulate my GI system. I don't think I'd be successful without SunBasket.

I've really liked almost all of my paleo fresh and ready meals I've ordered. One was just not my taste I guess but still high quality and very convenient. I did have an issue with accidentally selecting a meal kit instead of fresh and ready which increased my cost significantly and cut into my important bills budget. Customer service went BEYOND my expectations and resolved things!
