I am very please with my order! It took less than a week to receive my whole order. I was shocked at how fast it shipped. Everything was neatly wrapped in different color tissue paper, it really showed how much time and effort was put into this and every other order. My kids were so excited to unwrap everything for me and they absolutely LOVED the surprise goodies that was in there for them. I cannot wait to lace another order.

I was so excited to find that I could pre-order a soon to be released bag! The brands official site wasn't even offering a pre-order. I didn't have to wait for the day and try to rush buying it before it sold out (they sold out in seconds and I probably wouldn't have been able to get one without SMHQ). On top of that SuperMom Headquarters offered an amazing Black Friday discount and I was able to apply it to my pre-order items! When I got my shipped notice, I was ecstatic; I received my bag the same day people who had ordered directly from the brands website received theirs. SMHQ even included a cute little thank-you gift. I was so impressed that I've just placed a second order through SMHQ.

I ordered a bag and misread the shipping guidelines, it wasn't going to arrive in time for my trip. Jasmine not only messaged me saying I had overpaid for shipping and she was refunding me but texted me when it was available to make sure she sent it in a fashion that would get it here in time!

I was super thrilled to find the Tokidoki + Ju-Ju-Be food cell in the print I was looking for, and bonus she had posted them by print selection with choices. This meant I got to choose the print placement with the cow character on the front of the bag. Also great customer service (hello - a thank you for ordering email!) and fast shipping.

They Had a Ju-ju-be bag I have been wanting at the right price and a great selection of later released prints for me to choose from!
