I enjoyed how easy it was to get my ESA documents. My only complaint is that my actual diagnosis are not mentioned in the letter. And I have Panic Disorder and PTSD, so I do actually need an ESA. And eventually a Service dog.

I was struggling with another online ESA service because they couldn't provide me with diagnosis to approve my pets as ESA. They kept denying my dogs after I explained again and again regarding the reasons I needed them. The other service didn't have licensed medical professionals. They only had therapists. I was so upset with them and had to change service provider. Support Pets has been such a great help because Support Pets has licensed medical providers who can provide diagnosis and provided my letter in 24 hours. I have been super anxious because I was afraid that I couldn't move with my dogs for my new job. I couldn't give them up. Thank you for letting my dogs stay with me.
