Ticketmaster does not wish to help you out whatsoever, and they'll simply offer a dry apology and tell you that there's nothing they can do. If you do need assistance, you're better off calling them (and I had to Google their phone number because it's not listed anywhere on their website). The chat option on their website is useless and you'll have to wait hours if not days for someone to reply, at which point they'll eventually stop responding to you.
A very dysfunctional organization with unprofessional inter-country systems. I booked for the US Open tennis in Australia, and could not obtain my tickets when I arrived in the USA. What was worse was the lack of service to help me obtain my tickets. I probably spent 15 hours and extra expense trying to access the tickets.

I asked for a refund of a ticket because I went to the hospital and I lost the show. Other websites immediately refund me after asking for some documentations, Ticketmaster never asked: just declined my request. I replied to the ticket again to explain the situation but they just ignored me. This was for sure the worst customer experience I had so far.
Do not buy tickets from Ticketmaster. It was the worst experience in my life dealing with a company. Bottom line I paid $1000 for 14 football tickets to a college game in March 2023 this was 7 months before the game. Ticketmaster told me the tickets would be delivered the day of the game or the day before the game because they have to wait for the original owner of the tickets to send me the tickets when he gets around to it. I had 14 people coming to this game, traveling, taking off from work, hotels, gas, food and my whole trip depends on hopefully this person I have never met sending me the tickets the day of the game? You cant call anyone,you have to text people from other countries that tell you the same thing over and over. I was told that if for some reason I dont get my tickets in time they will refund my tickets. Mean while I am sitting in a hotel with my family expecting to go to this game at the school I graduated from. What happens if the person is sick, forgets to send them, gets in a car wreck, anything. Ticketmaster finally sent me my tickets because I made such a big deal out of it. Do yourself a favor there are other very professional companies that I will use in the future. Ticketmaster could care less about you and you actually making it to the event, they get paid and if something like this happens you will not be reimbursed for your loss on the cost of the ticket. Horrible way to treat your customers.

This is by far the worst checkout experience I've ever seen from a real company. Failed at least 50 times before I was able to successfully purchase tickets to the US Open in NY. I'm a software engineer myself and I've seen my share of crappy web experiences. This one easily takes the cake. Literally does not work in Chrome no matter what you try. My girlfriend and I spent hours trying to buy tickets. It should not be this hard to give you my money.
The process to transfer tickets doesn't work. I attempted to transfer tickets via email. The recipient received the mail, but without the link to the tickets. I had to cancel then transfer via text.

My tickets to Coldplay vancouver voided suddenly without any notification.I talked to customer service at Ticketmaster and they said the original purchaser decided to get a refund and they refunded him. He said ticket master has no control over their accounts and if the original purchase or decides to get refund for the tickets at any point, even after he them he can! The original purchaser is a friend and I bought the ticket through transfer option on Ticketmaster at original price; he says he never asked for a refund. As we both are following up on this, I am concerned about how TM is managing our accounts! No matter who I bought these tickets from, the tickets were in my account a couple of weeks ago and they belonged to me. Ticketmaster failed to provide security to me as a ticket holder; they decided to refund the first purchaser, when doing so they failed to see that the tickets are in somebody else's account; but they did not fail to remove them from that person's account! Can you believe that?
I guess this is the way they want to stop tickets being sold on black market so they are the ones who can sell tickets two times and more expensive for the second time. This is the last time I will buy from Ticketmaster. Shame!

Purchased tix from t-master, took over two hours to obtain my tix -which was double the cost of direct purchase from Wolftrap. Finally, confirmed my tix, then had to connect to tickets.com for the transfer. Did not have an account, had to get one, on my way to the concert-WTF happened? NOT REASONABLY PRICED, NOT CONVENIENT, NOT GETTING A SATISFACTORY REVIEW.

I bought baseball game tickets for my dad for Christmas. 8 months later there was a death in the family so we were not able to attend. Ticketmaster did NOTHING to help me sell my tickets. I bought tickets to a musical under a site called Ticket Center. I tried downloading them to my phone but they didn't appear on my Ticketmaster app. Evidently this is a company that works with Ticketmaster. I was told to go to am.ticketmaster.com to find and get my tickets on my phone. The lady I talked to gave me the standard answer that she was sorry that I had a 25 minute wait on the phone. She was very hard to understand due to her accent. Why do we pay these crazy fees from Ticketmaster, but can't even get good customer service from them? I wish there would be a way to boycott this company some how!

I was unable to track down a live support channel and the online support options were god awfully inept. I'll go through stub hub before I buy another ticket through ticket master.
I began ordering two tickets to a Broadway show on the Ticketmaster website, website crashed before I completed the order. I brought the website up again, ordered the tickets and completed the order. Wound up being charged for four tickets. Immediate call to Ticketmaster customer service, they refused to fix the overcharge. Had my credit card company appeal the charges, result after two months was they lost the appeal. Am out $450 dollars. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE TICKETMASTER IF I CAN POSSIBLY HELP IT.
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
