The customer service and billing department are completely biased and don't do proper steps to verify anything. If they see something is wrong with your order, all they do is cancel it without informing the buyer. This has happened to me twice, and it is quite annoying. When I call to see what happened they always have a $#*!ty excuse without following any proper protocol on verification. Overall, very unprofessional and biased.

I saw all the negative reviews on this site and figured I'd give my input. After reading all the good and bad reviews, I started getting slightly nervous, but there wasn't anything wrong with my order! I was at least even expecting the fabric to be cheaply made but it's not, the shirt and the bandeau I got both fit great and are not made cheaply at all! And they ship through USPS first-class, so It got here very, very quickly! And, not to mention, new users get 50& off their first order :) I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to buy in-fashion clothes - they update every single day!

I ordered clothes from their website yesterday and today I received an email saying it was cancelled. I called them and they told me that they cancelled it because I used 2 different facebook accounts to get the 50% off. I told them I have a twin sister who ordered something with them last week with a name very similar to mine. They informed me that I would have to re-order my things and they can't reverse the cancellation. Forget that! They need to be more organized. Don't order from them.

I ordered a shirt and received it with the 50% off discount and in a timely manner. The shirt was a size too small so I wanted to return it for a different size but was told I needed to send the shirt back and reorder it in a different size; they would then send me a new shirt and make the price adjustments. I did not want to go through the hassle so I just sent the shirt back with anticipation of a full refund. After not seeing the refund in my account a few weeks later, I got in touch with tobi and they said to wait a few more days for the refund. After another few weeks later I was in touch with tobi again only to be told they had refunded me my money and supplied me with a transaction number to tell my bank about. I have been back and forth between the two, only to be reassured by my bank (who I have been with for 10 years and have never had a situation like this) that there is no such transaction. I have filed with the claims department with my bank to fight for my money back. UGH! What a process... I will never order from them again.

I just discovered tobi.com last week, and have placed 2 orders with them already. They processed both order the same day of the order. I also received both packages within 2-3 days. It was exstremely fast. I live in VA and it shipped US Postal. The products are exactly how they describe it on their website. If your concern about the quality, you should eview the material type so you'll know what to expect in terms of quality and fabric. I wear a size 4 dress in all retail stores, weight 128lbs and height is 5'3, but for some reason their medium dresses that zip up are too small for me. I have to order size large dresses at Tobi. Not sure if the dress sizes run small for others, but that is something to consider. I feel like this site is my new addiction. They add new stuff everyday! Love and Love.

I wish I could rate this site higher because I love the clothes! But of the three dresses I purchased, only one was actually sent. It took several phone calls over several weeks to get my refund!

This website is magnificent, not only did I get 50% off my first order, it arrived in less than a week to Australia. The customer service was really great. I got all of my items in the right size. And they were all great quality.

I also wanted to review this site because of all the negative reviews. I bought 4 things from here because the 50% off for first time purchases was just too tempting. I then checked the reviews and got nervous, however, my order was processed within a day and I received everything within a week. All my sizes were correct, and the clothes were all adorable. I'm really happy with my purchase! I don't doubt that many people have had issues with ordering from this site, however, I feel like they are aware of the issue and are working hard to improve their process overall. I am super satisfied with all my clothes and would definitely purchase more!

So I decided to review because of all the negative reviews I saw on here, and I actually had a good experience althought I was hesistant from what I read. I bought about 6 items from Tobi, super fast shipping, order was correct, I returned 3 items, the refund was processed and back in my bank account in less than 2 weeks. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because the clothing quality is not that great, but you get what you pay for, great prices.

I've purchased from Tobi.com three times already, and each time was a relatively positive experience, especially since they now allow free returns and their free shipping is ridiculously fast (2-day). I've also dealt with their customer service, and it seems like they've taken a lesson from the reviews, because the problem was quickly taken care of.

Yes, the quality of their clothes can be mixed - the "worst" I've gotten was iffy material (i. E. I'm going to be super careful when I do the laundry) and bad sizing. But most of the time the quality is just average to above average. Also, they allow free returns now, which is awesome, especially for a site like Tobi that seems to run the risk of being a mixed bag each time.

Besides the free returns, what definitely contributes me liking Tobi is the fact that I've ALWAYS used a 50% off deal (first time was 50% for signing up, two other times w/ coupon codes that were advertised for a limited time). With the coupons, you'd be hard-pressed to find better prices for this style of clothing.

Overall, fairly good value if you have the patience to wait for them to come out with new coupons and very sexy clothes/Nasty Gal style for relatively cheap prices. A few duds, but very happy that I can now return those with free returns.

Would-be-buyers, take heed of the warnings. After much anticipation, my first order from Tobi never showed up because they left out the suite number from my address. I found this out when I called the post office to see why the item had been returned to sender. In all the hundreds of items I order every year, NO ONE has ever gotten my address wrong. I checked my order again to see if I had made the mistake in the address, but sure enough, the address was accurate in the order form. TOBI simply messed up. I have emailed them already and I am hoping for this to be sorted out (either a full refund or re-shipped back to me super fast) because they have already charged my credit card. As it stands they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

I rarely do this, but because of the negative reviews, I thought I should let you all know my experience was great! I ordered late on a Saturday night. Actually heard the ordered had shipped on Sunday (hard to believe) and received the dress on Wednesday (expected Thursday). Because I believe you don't get something for nothing (total with shipping $34.95) I was shocked that the maxi dress was of good quality and fit to the specifications for a small. Unbelieveable! I can only hope the majority usually have this experience and only a few negatives post.

I ordered the lace skater dress, because it looked very cute on the site and I thought it would be perfect spring dance material. When I finally got it though, it smelled kind of queer (kind of like asian spice) and it was loose. Seemed like it would be a good medium. The return policy sucks. Although I havent had the aforementioned problems like a different label size/leaving out items, the dress wasn't really fantastic and it looked so much better on the site.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered 2 dresses, both on the same day but at separate times. I received one dress Monday. And the other is no where to be found. Tracking info still just says "tracking label created". I've called time and time again, no answer. I've emailed, no answer. They sure didn't hesitate to charge that 48$ to my credit card though. Do NOT shop here! What a waste of cute clothing. Whoever runs this site needs to go back and learn how to properly handle order mess ups. And best believe when I do get ahold of someone, hell is going to break loose. And if this doesn't get fixed a law suit will be coming their way.

I ordered from Tobi.com about a week ago, purchasing a $48 dress and $42 shirt, which I got half off, so the total price ended up being $49.95 including shipping. I read the reviews for this site prior to ordering and decided I'd take a chance with it being that the clothes are SO adorable. The morning after I put my order in, the package was already shipped which I thought was awesome. I just received my clothes today, about six days after having ordered. Shipment was extremely fast, and the clothes are as pictured and are in the sizes I desired. I love this website, and I will be buying again in the future.

I honestly wish I would have took a look at these reviews before placing my order. The photos looked like such cute clothes (but of course, too good to be true) and I decided to place my order in November. Nothing too much, my total came right below 100. I waited for the clothes for weeks, and actually received a package from POLAND before mine from tobi. When I got the package I was so excited to just finally have it I did not even mind the wait so I hurried into the dress and was SWIMMING in it. I looked at the size and it said large. I had ordered a medium, and to be sure even checked my email, and what's even better is it was even on the enclosed invoice. I tried calling, no response. This is ridiculous to wait that long fro clothes and for it to not even be correct. I gave up, it wasn't that much money. But to anyone else who can learn from me DON'T THINK ABOUT IT. Seriously H&M makes this place seem like Saks.

I'm so sorry to hear all the bad experiences that have happen to other customers. But my experience with tobi.com was incredible. 2 weeks ago I bought from tobi and it came 5 days after the order was confirm. Although I have to point out the calling of the bank though, it's kinda a hassel. Other than that, material and quality was fantastic, worth the 50% off. My friends and family all like the dresses and tops when I wore it. My cousin purchased it yesterday and I just had to buy it so that I can get 50% off from her code. Check out the Queen Vic Button Up shirt. Every girl should so own this in their closet. I bought in Black earlier and now getting the Red. I also bought shoes from tobi, hopefully the sizing is right :)

So I was a little hesitant about ordering from tobi I because it is a little more than I pay for clothes normally but I couldn't resist with how cute some of their clothes are! So I placed an order with alot of sale items in it for almost two hundred dollars. I know it said that FINAL SALE items are not returnable but they are also not exchangeable for store credit. I really like what does fit me but I have a dress that fits awkwardly, a pair of high waisted shorts that seem to be a large, and an oversized sweater cardigan that is literally bigger than an extra large and I ordered everything in medium. I cannot do anything about the $70 dollars worth of clothes that were not true to size for a medium and it sucks. I don't know if I would ever order from them again because of their crappy return policy.
