The CFO of this company did hundreds of dollars of damage to our property and won't even return our calls or emails. Sound familiar?... Yeah - like almost all these reviews of their customer service. I don't fancy your chances of getting any help if you have a problem, based on our experience. They just walk away from the messes they create. Stay away from them if you have any sense of self-preservation.
I had a wonderful experience with this website. I orded a package 5 days ago and it arrived today. I also had emailed them because i did not receive a shipping number for ups and they got back to me within the half hour.
Awesome! I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews on this site, but I have to say, I am so so please with my purchases. Not only were the prices super reasonable, but I got everything in less than 3 weeks (I am in Canada). I ordered 2 knit sweaters (both exactly as pictured) and a beautiful lace dress (better than the pictures). I will definitely be purchasing from Tobi again, as well as recommending it to friends.
Some of the stuff I really like, fits like it should which is encouraging, but the quality of the clothes is HORRIBLE. Half of the stuff I've bought is already falling apart or ripping and it's been about a month.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this store! They have the worst customer service ever. I bought 3 things 2 pairs of leggings and one cardigan that was $50. They sent the 2 pairs of leggings but apparently "accidentally" left out the cardigan, i called them numerous times and they never answered so i sent an email and they replied sorry but we saw your order was delivered and theres nothing we can do. So I'm out $50. They stole from me basically don't let this happen to you!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a dress which took more than 48hours to process, I then called multiple times and never got an answer until the 7th call. After getting my dress shipped, I received it in the mall but the wrong size was giving to me then what I ordered which it states on the receipt. I have emailed customer service twice and have been calling non-stop for two days straight! And I have not talked to anyone, just a voice recording saying Tobi lines are busy and to email them! THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am warning you do not order from this website, go look for yourself and google Tobi reviews, they do not have one nice review! Besides the fact that they clothes are nice but cheaply made! Thank you Tobi for ruining my birthday party because I do not have a dress!
The first time I bought at tobi it tools around a month to receive the package. I was disappointed that the shipment took so much time + because I live in Canada Montreal there were additional border fees (but this has nothing to do with the merchant).
The second experience I had was much better, my little sister bought a couple of dresses and she wanted to ad the 50% coupon code but apparently did not enter it correctly. I emailed tobi customer service (dreaded the awful service I heard about) but surprisingly they responded the next day telling me that they will refund me the additional 50% off amount.
I was very nervous to order from Tobi after I read a lot of bad reviews. But, the 50% off your first order deal was so great & I found quite a few items that looked really cute, so I just decided to go for it. I ordered 6 items & got my 50% off by putting in the code (keep in mind, I don't think you get half off on things that are already 30% off). I spent over 100$ so shipping was free. Everything arrived in the right color and right size and looked pretty much like I imagined -- definitely not great quality but I feel I got exactly what I expected from a discount store. Every fit true to size & I'm really happy with my order. My advice is just be smart about what you order. I mostly went for cute but pretty simple items that would be hard to mess up. I will definitely order from Tobi again. (Also shipping was right on time. It took about 4 days to get my clothes delivered to the Midwest in US.)

Quality of the items were goo for the price, not high end stuff but comparable to forever 21. I am happy with my order and surprised there are so many bad reviews out there!
I've ordered from tobi twice. First time I ordered a bracelet which looked very cute online. However, when I began to wear it I realized the color from the beads was transferring onto my sleeve. Annoying, but not to big of a problem. I also ordered a basic long sleeve shirt and though I am normally a size large, the medium was swimming on me, so I had to shrink it in the wash. Though other reviews bash their customer service, I emailed them a question and got a response just hours later. I will continue to shop at tobi while being cautious that all of their products may not look the exact same in person. All in all, I would recommend Tobi.
I think the stuff is over priced for the quality of it, I'd rather shop at forever21 if that's the quality I'm getting. I returned my whole purchase which would have been $300 if bought at full price. Great thing I got the half off but even so, not worth it. I got some body suits and did not read clear enough that they are not refundable. I tried them on over my clothes and did not like it, wanted to return them but their policy states you can't. What the heck? It's never been worn. Yes, some of the stuff is cute but eh, I'm sure I can find it elsewhere.
This is my first time shopping at Tobi and I have not been impressed at all! I placed my first order and under account activity, it said it was processing. All of a sudden, the order disappeared under activity. I attempted to e-mail tobi at the e-mail address specified on their website, however there was no reply. I should mention that the website says customers should receive an answer within 24 hours. I placed my order again and am giving them one more chance to get it right. If this fails, I will never shop there again and notify my friends as well.

They told me it would take about 5-10 days at most and it has been OVER THREE WEEKS! I have not received a call, email, shirt or refund! Found this website and I was AMAZED by the clothes wow. So I ordered a pair of galaxy leggings and a military jacket. Got 50%, and I received it in 2 days. Problem, the galaxy leggings are TERRIBLE material. Super cheap fabric, see through, no stretch, doesnt fit. The jacket was okay, just to big. Ive heard they have bad customer service so I only have the option to resell the leggings to a friend or on Etsy. *sigh* Just dont buy the leggings, and you should be good! Everything else is perfect about this website :)
I am a big shopper and love finding good bargains online. I was quite hesitant when my sister mentioned this site online. But when I saw all their cute clothes and good deals I jumped all in. Yes some of their clothes can be pricey but if you look around you can find affordable deals. I had a problem with my billing address but customer service hit me up by e-mail and let me know right away. Great customer service and very fast. I received my clothes four days later and was very satisfied. All my shirts fit and I couldn't be happier! This is my new shopping sight for sure!
This is one of the online companies shoppers DREAD. Their customer service was horrible. When I first started looking to buy something their phone number did not work. I placed my order and when it arrived I owed $23.00. Plus the $40.00 shipping cost. The clothes looked nothing like they did on the website, they looked cheap and sloppy. I decided to return the clothes which cost me $25.00 in shipping costs plus $97.00 in brokerage and customs costs (because I shipped from Canada). When the package got to Tobi via UPS. They refused the package because I did not pay the $97.00 (I was unaware of these accumulated costs at the time). Overall, AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. EVER.
I had been a loyal customer for over three years. Things were fine when I stuck to brands I knew but this was before they jacked up shipping to 39.99(Canada, closer than east coast from where they ship from) it doesn't include duties and taxes so I pay extra that thinking tobi has good products. They are cheap. Once they introduced their 30% off new items it was tempting to buy because of the price. But it's what you pay for. Or worse in my case because I have to pay more.
My most recent order ended up traveling through the border twice and to several states. When I wasn't able to receive the package when UPS was delivering, tobi's policy is to have it returned to shipper. I called ups and they said just have tobi tell us to re-deliver, it's common. Tobi's reply was that nothing can ever be done when something like that happens, and continuously blamed me for "refusing" the package.
They expected me to pay $53.77 for return postage that was added because they wouldn't make a phone call to UPS. I've written to them several times over email and facebook (which they would promptly reply then delete off the page, do you see anything negative there?) then they asked me if I wanted it shipped again.
I just so happen to be visiting NYC so I told them to ship it there using expedited shipping so i could receive it in the hotel. I figured I would save on the border fees and it wouldn't be an entire loss and waste of time. They sent it ground. Which arrived 3 days after I left the city. I was there for 5. I asked them
To return my parcel and give me my money back. It took them 3 weeks to do so, and they had charged me for the return and extra shipping already, but tried to deduct that total from my refund (trying to charge me twice) I showed them my statement and no replies were given after that. The refund finally showed up a few days ago after I pointed out their math error.
They know nothing of customer service, or math (they had said $374 - $64.77 is $331) GO FIGURE.

Answer: Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
