I did not realize I was on a 3rd party site. I thought i was calling Southwest airlines. Sebastian became very defensive with me every time I tried to ask questions about the fees that were being charged. The service was fine and he was very clear with the ticketing process, but he needed to be more clear with me when I asked questions without being defensive.

Brock helped me in booking a flight to Tulsa. Good job.

My service was great. I had canceled a trip and I was able to use that refund for my next travel that was great I did not loose it. My luggage, do I have to pay for my luggage. I was told that I get one carry on and one luggage weighing 50lbs. Or less. Does that still stand? Please let me know. I also need help to and from the plane, I was told that was no problem I am disabled in my walking. Need to know. Thank you Joyce Green

I could t give a good rating on the price I was given. My girlfriend made her reservations just the day before and her ticket price for my same flight was OVER $250. Less than mine. If I had known that I would have made my reservations directly through South West Airlines

Since my air line flights were cancelled due to the virus I was not happy you would only issue a voucher and not refund my money. Now the flight cost has tripled. But the worst thing is I had to pay for your service again, since you only vouchered the air fare and not the service fee. So I am paying for your services twice for one set of tickets. I am not a happy camper!

I got experience talking to him. He's very good in talking good customer service.

Very slow, very frustrating. I only called southwest rather booked online becasue I was using a credit from a previously cancelled flight and thought it would be easier. DO NOT DO THIS! Learn from me! I was directed to this site without my knowledge or consent. It cost me an extra $112 Dollars to book this, and it was very slow. I am very angry with Southwest about the lack of transparency.
