I ordered Peletow for the winter sidewalk, received rock salt. Contacted seller and was told I could receive a 15% discount or I could send the 50 pound bag of rock salt back, my only 2 options. I sent the 50 pound bag of rock salt back. On January 14th the rock salt was delivered, the company acknowledged receipt and promised a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Well, it's now February 4th 15 business days later and I still don't have a refund. I called the customer service line and no one answers it, the automated voice simply refers me back to the website which is no longer responding to my emails. I'm forced to put in a claim with my credit card company now.

Placed an order for 9x a puzzle. Received 1 puzzle wrote them was told they contacted the warehousing they were looking into it. With in 24 hours I had sent them pictures of what was sent. I was then told that they would ship the raining 8 items. It has been over a week since I received my 1st item and almost a week since I was told I would receive a tracking number I still have no tracking number and when I ask them all I get is I will be in touch when I have tracking and thank uiu for your patience. I told them I needed the rest of myborder by the 14th did not happen. We just had our family Christmas party and because some family live out of town I have to special ship their Christmas presents at extra cost to me because pf their mistake and unwillingness to expedite the rest of my order rapidly. I will not shop with them again this my 1st time ordering with them and it has been a bad experience I do not recommend shopping with this company. This all started on December 3. It is now the 16th of December not happy
Bought 3 items and they shipped the wrong items, and the items I received were half what I paid. I had to return the items to get my refund. But the whole refund was a big headache. After they received the items it took well over a week and multiple email. The final email I sent to them was that my lawyer would be contacting them if I did not get a confirmation email within 24 hours.

We bought an undermount refrigerator from Walmart and it was sold by UnbeatableSale and the item is defective and it is passed the 30 day return window. We installed the item a few months after receiving the item since the cabinets were not installed and the manufacturer Summit Appliance does not cover this item. UnbeatableSale offered zero support. We plan to file a small claim court lawsuit to resolve this matter.

When I spoke to customer service I was told they were waiting for the claims dept. Spoke to another customer service agent who told me "Fedex said it was delivered, nothing we can do". No refund, No replacement, nothing. I explained only part of the order was delivered and still I have no response. It's horrible! Do not buy unless your okay with losing your money should you not receive your items. I'm out of $625 at the moment and no one has answers for me, other than oh well. I need a diving board or my money back!

I have ordered multiple times from UnbeatableSale. First time the price was so good on an item I could barely find in stock anywhere that I thought it was a sham. Turned out it wasn't! Price was by far the best and although it took a few weeks most vendors said a couple months if they could get it at all. This time the price was the third lowest. Guess what, first two sellers cancelled my order due to availability issues. Should have gone here first. Now this is on my short list of sites to check price and delivery for almost anything.
On Tueday April 26,2022, i received my order. It is suppose to clean spots from your carpet, or rugs in a shampoo type way.it did not clean very small spots on my carpet.it didn't do anything even when i tried it on my tile floor.the price is right, but i will put trashing this.My daughter said well mama you get what you PAY-FOR. Very disappointed in this. This with sponge brushes to clean is no-good.it needs some HARD-BRUSHES, sponges won't clean small spots on rugs, even on your knees
I ordered two outdoor dining chairs, Tortuga LEX-13T Sea Pines Tortoise, to match chairs we already had. When they finally came, the chairs were the wrong color and missing the cushions. After calling and wanting the correct chairs sent, I was told that color of chair is no longer available. They offered a discount. I agreed to the discount but still needed the cushions. I was told the striped cushion that was pictured was no longer available. I had to pick something totally different. If you go to the website today, THE CHAIR WITH CUSHION IS STILL FOR SALE ON THE WEB SITE!. I personally think they didn't want to deal with return shipping of the large items. VERY disappointed with the whole process I placed the order on 3/17 and cushions finally came on 4/22.
I ordered a grill on 28 Feb and after numerous runarounds, I finally cancelled the order on 28 March. I was told it was in stock. But somehow the warehouse refused to ship it? They told me it wasn't cancelled until their cancellation department sent an email. It is 13 April, and there is still no email from the cancellation department letting me know that the order is canceled. Good thing I paid with a credit card. Now they can dispute the charges with them.
