You pay $25 for shipping and your scrubs don't show up for weeks, wish I would've spent my money elsewhere. This company/website is a joke and a rip off.
I placed a $220 order from on 09/01/17 it is now 09/10/17 and the order has not even shipped. I was told my card would not be charged until the order shipped but I was charged $221 on 09/07/17... and still as of today there is no change in my order status. Had I read all these reviews prior I would have NEVER ordered from this company. Their website says orders are processed within 24 hours. Total lie. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If my comment doesn't sway you, just google Uniform Advantage reviews and you can decide for yourself. I have no idea how this company even still exists considering the amount of horrible reviews by customers regarding their poor customer service, ungodly slow shipping times, insanely expensive shipping rates, and horrible return practices. They charge $20 alone just to return an item. I've never heard of this before. Customers have also returned items never to be refunded and the company claims they never received the product. They are a total scam. DO NOT EVER USE UNIFORM ADVANTAGE
I rate this company as 1 because 0 is not possible. I wish I would have done the search prior to placing the order. I order on 8/8/17. The site tracking is useless. So I contact customer service. I am told the shippment is mailed out that day which was 8/11/17. The package never arrived I go to the site now it says on my order history the transaction never happened. Seriously?!?!
Never purchasing from them again. I ordered my scrubs three weeks ago and they haven't even shipped yet. I need them tomorrow, and here I was naive enough to think that in 2017, three weeks was more than enough time to ship a small package. I even called three days ago threatening to cancel my order and they guaranteed they would ship within 24-48 hours, and they still haven't. I can't fathom how this is acceptable but I would be very embarrassed if I were part of this company.
Uniform Advantage has a good media marketing. Products, sizes varies and lots of options. The service, processing and shipping needs improvement.
I ordered my scrub uniform July 22nd, >$100 to qualify for free shipping. So expecting arrival would be 7-10 days. Well... product not arrived yet because they did not pack the ordered product until July 27th.
Comparison to different online stores:
QVC and HSN: I ordered nursing shoes July 23rd, same thing with free shipping promo. Both shoes arrived July 26th.
This is with no follow up phone call necessary.
Victoria Secret: I ordered monday July 24th, with the free shipping promo >$100 of product. I received my orders July 27th. Awesome services and reliability.

Stay far away from UA scrubs. Their standard shipping charges will cost you more than a pair of pants. Their UA brand scrubs are no where near standard sizes. I ordered a medium set of mens scrubs and got what seems like an XL. The pants and shirt were extremely baggy and 44 inches long. Not only that, but they will charge you the same shipping cost to return the items. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
I just received my order. The sizing of the items was all over the place, but with one thing in common - all were unflattering - similar to a bag or tarp. I can see my underwear through the fabric. These are the "butter soft stretch". The fabric also feels like microfiber - it catches on the skin of my fingers. So I want to return, but the return label is only for 5 items or less. I have to bring the box to the UPS and pay standard shipping rates. That's $20. I'm still going to return the items because I dislike them so much that I'll pay $20 so that I don't have to see them. I'm not going to shop here again.

Don't waste your money. Cause it's a waste of money. They do not refund your money back on orders that are returned and then they act like you never did return the item which is a lie cause I have the ups receipt that it was sent back. Just do yourself a favor and don't buy from here www.jannuu.com is a way better option and www.allheart.com with better customer service and no scams.
We have used Uniform Advantage for over a year. We've had constant customer service issues. They promise delivery by certain dates and they almost never come through. Time after time our orders come late and the training and meetings we need them for are disrupted for lack of uniforms. They kept promising things would improve but they never did. If you don't care about customer service and timely deliveries of your needed uniforms then by all means give them a try. But, if you need to make deadlines and be able to believe what your vendor tells you, find somebody else. They simply are not up to the task.
I spent nearly $200 on scrubs. All of them worked but a pair of pants. Uniform Advantage does not pay for return shipping and it is expensive! They hide this by sending you a return label with your merchandise, yet subtracting shipping costs from your return after they receive your items. I was supposed to get back $23 for the pants and they took $9 out of the return I was supposed to receive just for a small envelop with one pair of pants in them. Never using this site again, I got ripped off.
What a JOKE! Ordered a jacket that came 2 weeks late and it wasn't at all what it was described as. Cost 20.00, withbtax and shipping, 32.00. To return it was 8.99 plus the packaging was 7.00, so I ended up paying 16.00 for shipping- therefore I'm only getting 16.00 back for something I don't get to keep. What a f--king joke scam.
Just know when you are placing an order, they will send you an e-mail asking you to fax your drivers license or government ID... seriously! This company is obviously not on the up and up. There reason for the ID was to protect the buyer. Shop somewhere else or take your chances with identity thief.
I order some uniforms, like two weeks ago... and they havent even send me the order, i had to talk to them like thousand times on the $#*!ty chat, and they always say some different $#*!, i request a fast shipping because of the mistake they made and they charged me TWICE the order! And still dont receive any tracking number... really, never going to buy nothing there, and if i could give them zero stars here i would!
Do not buy scrubs from this place. They have extremely poor and rude customer service. I ordered two shirts and two pants from them and when I received them, I found that they were way larger than the stated size. I called and talked to a very rude person who instructed me how to return them which ended up costing me another shipping charge. When all was said and done, I spent 20 dollars to ship them to me and back to them and still have no scrubs. This has to be one of the biggest scams around.
I wish I could give no star at all. I placed an order online using my credit card. The next day, I received an e-mail stating they put my order on hold because they had a "problem" processing the payment and that the info I entered did not pass their "system." They are requesting for some information which I was hesitant to give. I called my credit card company to see if there was any problem processing the payment and there was NONE. The amount they charged went thru and was authorized. Weird huh? So I e-mailed them back and told them they shouldn't have a problem. Few minutes later, they e-mailed be again and asking for a copy of my credit card and ID (what?!) or they will not process my order (No way!). So I cancelled my order, and it has been three days, the amount they charged is still on hold. I hope they can read this because I am very unhappy with their service. Ordering from UniformAdvantage is a big mistake. Whoever read this, just order somewhere else.
My merchandise total when I put in my credit card info was $76. After placing my order, my email receipt stated that the merchandise was $95. This smells a lot like fraud to me - be sure what you agreed to pay when you checked out is what they actually billed you for!
I've been in contact with this company for two days straight. Due to my order being shipped in two parts I have been charged twice for one order. In which customer service refuses to directly contact my bank and release the hold on one of the charges. Due to this I am now in a negative balance in my account and they keep using me as a run around. I'm tired of this and dealing with this company.
