Do not buy so much a a pair of socks from this company. I ordered three pairs of shoes which never were sent. That didn't stop them from accepting the payment. After a month I called them. They said they would refund me. A few weeks later I called back. They said I just have to wait a bit longer. I continued to called once every few weeks and got the same answer until one day, a few months later, they just said, it was too long ago the transaction is not on our record sorry, bye. We'll offer you a discount on your next purchase. Which I didn't accept because they already stole $200 from me and I would rather not have them steal anymore. I just cant a believe a multi billion dollar company needs to rip people off for a couple hundred bucks. I've read other people's reviews this happens pretty often. By the way I've bought shoes on footlocker and converse's online stores. The delivery and product are both excellent. Never buying Pumas again.
I had to deduct one star because of the pricing issues at the puma site. Sometimes the outlet had the item for far less while it was sold higher on the internet site. I called for a price match and they would not do it but gave me 20% (I already had received my order). You can return items and get your money back, but how inconvenient is that. Just price match with your self and your competitors PUMA! Once again you have to do your homework with this site and make sure it is offering the best price. Good products and a wide variety of puma goods including collaborations. Update: Puma had to change its web site to us.puma.com. If you go to the old site it was taken over by scammers.
I ordered two pairs of sneakers on labour day weekend- I was super excited because they were on sale and I got an additional 40% off. Shortly after I received an e-mail saying my package had shipped however after about three weeks I checked the tracking number and it wouldn't work- when I clicked on it it just took me to the DHL homepage. So I emailed them asking what was going on - their reply was that sometimes it can take up to 30 days for the tracking information to be updated. A couple of weeks went by and I decided to give them a call - the girl on the phone told me that there never was a tracking number attached to my package and that the warehouse probably lost it, she said the company would issue me a refund and investigate what happened to my package. Following three weeks after my initial phone call with them I called back because the money was still not returned to my credit card the woman on the phone told me they were busy and had just started looking into similar cases... Needless to say I won't be ordering from their website ever again. I've shopped online for years and this has never happened to me. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but when they do companies should act quickly to fix the problem.
It took me hours and I still could not submit my order because of website problems. And neither life chat nor help desk was able to help me.
The shipping was fast and a tracking code was provided. The cleats I purchased looked just like the image and fit very well. Ordering was very quick and easy and the shipping was free. I haven't played with the cleats yet but they seem very good and overall I have no complaints.
I was not all the way happy with my order. I recieved my shoes without a shoe box. My shoes had spots on them also! Very poor services
I would NOT advise ordering anything online. I reached a dollar amount to where I received free standard shipping which I was pleased with (which is specified as 5-7 days). But, now it has been over a week, and while my product should have arrived today, now the tracking system has pushed back my estimated delivery to arrive in another week. I was starting to think I should have just paid for express shipping, but according to other reviews that would be a waste of money as they are not guaranteed on time either.
Bottom Line: Purchase in a store if you can find one near you. Online ordering is SO not worth it.
Puma does not care to honor the quality of their products, bought soccer cleats and within 8 months their is a giant hole making the shoes unwearable and puma won't replace them or give any discount on future shoes.
They don't care about their customers only the money you spend.
Been waiting 6 days for what should have been a 2 day delivery, so I emailed them to find out how much longer it was likely to take and they said the parcel was on its way back as I forgot to put the floor level on the delivery address (my fault not theirs) so I then emailed them with the correct address and haven't heard back from them since, despite ringing and emailing numerous times. Really frustrating because I checked with the online tracking and i gave them the correct address before the parcel even left the state, in fact the processing warehouse was right near my house I could have driven and picked it up my damn self. Since they never replied to me it's now all the way back in it's origin state, I'm down $250 and I haven't heard anything out of them since. Will contact fair trading if I don't hear from them within the week
I specified the 2 day delivery on the order but did not get what I expected for a $7 shipping fee. When I phoned about the issue I was told 1) Any order entered into their system after 1 pm ET will not count as started until the next day. I was told that if I placed the order online earlier it would not count until THEY entered it... 2) Puma said they can take as much time as needed to get the order ready for shipping and the two day time would not start until it left their facility. In other words, it can take days or weeks before the two day clock starts! Would Amazon do this to their customers?
Just a warning to anyone out there planning to order from pumas website. If you can find the product at an actual retail location or elsewhere definitely do so... placed an Order almost two weeks ago and it has not even been processed and ready for delivery. I think it's absolutely ridiculous considering I can order items off fashionova and forever21 and have my items within a day or two. The tracking and confirmation details given are also not always accurate.
EXTREMELY disappointed..
I disputed a charge from my credit card company and have been permanently blocked from ordering. The charge was disputed because THEY charged my card twice. They sent the items and they were paid for... I always spend over $100 with them and now they just lost a customer over a PAID charge.
I've been buying shoes from Puma for few years and every shoe is better than the better one. These guys know how to make quality shoes
I ordered from Puma, well attempted to order and I'm guessing I mistakenly entered my security code incorrectly. Instead of the website notifying me and telling me to re-enter my information, they automatically put a hold on my card. I furiously called the company and I was given the run around. They told me to call my bank and when I called my bank, my bank told me to call them. I had no product but somehow my money was missing. I then tried to order the shoe again because it was Black Friday, I wanted a sale, and my security code wS entered correctly, but the system told me the same thing again. At this time I was furious because there were now two holds on my card and no conformation/order. I spoke with a supervisor and called my bank on three way and allegedly things were straightened out. It is now Wednesday and early this morning, things are still not straightened out. I am given the run around once again and I was put on hold by Puma for 2 hours and I still was not able to order my shoes! I had to go through hoops with my bank and Puma, just to get what I ordered. 8 am so angry and I plan to never order from Puma EVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service and the website is obviously terrible and needs to undergo maintenance.
Had some stuff purchased with my credit card not by me, phoned my bank, later one of the packages oddly showed up to my home.
Phoning Puma they told me to send it back and they'll refund my shipping charges, I comply, ship it. Contacted Puma again emailing my receipts they take over a week to respond claiming my refund is coming. Nothing.
So now a month and a half later the phone support "Can't help" and the Email support that claimed to refund me will not respond.
Terrible. I asked for some sort of reference for this issue and they claimed it would all be attached to my name and address but now the phone support can't find this case.
I was trying to purchase a pair of shoes from " in.puma.com " and successfully placed the order for two times but the BIGGEST SPORTS BRAND "PUMA" canceled my order saying
"Hi Yatin, Sorry to inform you that, we have cancelled your order as we are not able to service it."
I also complained on the page "PUMA Group" but did not get any satisfactory response. One of there representative also called me and said that the product is OUT OF STOCK but the product is in stock at the website till now.

The customer service representative was incompetent. I nearly spelled everything on the order and there were still mistakes. I never received confirmation of my order and was given incorrect information about delivery. It has been 48 hrs since I placed my order and I already called back 3 times to get information. I just got off the phone with a representative and you could hear his poor attitude and insincere handling of my call. I wish that I checked customer reviews first, but maybe this will help someone else avoid my mistake in doing business with PUMA.
The ORDER was done on DEC 22 2015 and yet it is not delivered.
The PUMA LOGISTICS Team was blamed by every sales rep who assisted whenever I called.
Yes I called several times over 10 times in this 2 months span.
One of the "Intelligent" Rep suggested me to drop a mail so that he follow up and yes he did follow up on nothing. My mails were unanswered!
PUMA might be faster(thanks to Bolt) but the delivery doesnt even complete.
I did suggest them that, "you can use Bolt for the transfer of the orders maybe then it wont take 2 months!".
They are taking my suggestion now and following up with there LOGISTICS Team.
That one guy said he bought trainers but Puma doesnt even sell trainers online or in store... This site is full of fake reviews, positive and negative.
Buy some shoes for a promotion. You receive an email confirming the order. They confirm whether have inventory to proceed with the order. The price of delivery is according to the purchase. Good models of shoes high quality and you can use daily.
