Took a little time to connect but everyone was friendly
We specifically asked if this was a time share deal and was told No. We were told someone would be talking about vacations and show us around Margaritaville. We went out side 1x and stood under an awning. Then when we kept saying my husband is on social security, they said we should be able to afford a small payment. We told them we just could not fit this in our budget. They said then how did you pay for this vacation! 1st off- none of your business. The finace guy then came and asked if we were going to be one of those couples that leaves there proud of ourselves for not getting suckered into this time share... Never again will we do something like this. They made us feel like crap because we just couldn't afford it. We told the guy that signed us up for this that we couldn't buy anything so if thats an issue then keep your free tickets.
Did not like the hotel sorry hotel and they said that it should've been $47 and you charged us $157. I do not like that.

It said your tickets would be emailed no hassle but in reality you have to go to a customer center and pick your tickets up so I just find that a bit if inconvenience
I didn't understand why we had to go pick up a receipt at the office since they had the tickets at the show. No need to make an extra stop.
The booking was very user friendly. But when I called to inquire about if I could make someone in my party a suspect the girl was completely unknowledgable. She put me on hold and still couldn't answer my questions. Then she said someone would call me back but no one did. I thought they were 2 simple questions. Could I pay to have someone in my party a suspect and how much would it cost if yes.
Haven't gotten the tickets yet. Should wait until vacation is over.
Very easy to purchase 2 for 1 vouchers for the Sleuth Dinner Theater. However, I was not aware that the pickup location for vouchers were at a different location from the theater. The distance between pick up and Theater is only 14 minutes according to GPS. Hopefully that's true on a Friday night on International Drive.Fingers crossed! 😊
Vacation was perfect! We bought a package of dolly stampede, down town flavor town, Rocky top coaster and got discounts on 3 d rides and game card.ms. The cabin we stayed in was amazing, clean, well maintained! Loved it and the beds were so comfy! The best! Easy tractions! Great experience!

Was easy to place order, but have to go pick up voucher elsewhere than show. We wasn't given the 2 options on the meals that they offer on the shows website, so I called and asked why and your meal has to be chicken if you purchase with this company, which was ok with me, but everyone else wanted the hamburger steak w/gravey. They did offer a free promo offer, which was nice surprise.
I was not able to pick up my tickets on the specified date, so I called customer service, Cher was very helpful with letting me know that it was ok and that I actually have until the end of the year to pick them up. Whew!
Did not appreciate having to go in person to pick up vouchers only for yall to try and sell me something else.
Not that happy with our hotel in Kentucky on the 15th. Very out dated. Our hotel in Tennessee was excellent. We enjoyed our stay there.
