I was given a Distilled Water Machine. I misplaced the operating manual. I emailed the company in an attempt to have a replacement mailed to me. After several weeks of several back and forth emails absolutely nothing was accomplished. That coupled with the fact that the company has no phone number was enough for me.

The customer service is non existent. They filled the order through Amazon shipping and thus they claim no warranty responsibility

Wanted the rubber wedge as a way to deal with worn wooden front door entrance at the top of a small stone step. 16th century cottage, so irregular shape letting in droughts. Simplicity itself to put in the wedge, which is easily cut to shape. Problem solved.

I placed an order for 2 items. Of course they shipped from 2 seperate locations. I only recieved one item. No hope finding the other...

My latest purchase is a Metal Storage Cabinet with Wheels and I am very impressed by the quality and the value price.

This cage is very well built and works perfect for my son's pet rats. The trays fit great and protect their feet. They are no gaps that I have to worry about them escaping. I would definitely purchase one again.

The Vevor lawn sweeper worked incredibly well. It picks up my cut grass clippings easily. It has a height adjuster that allows me to adjust depending on grade and grass thickness. The bag is a little small but it is easy to empty. My only issue is I have to keep pushing the grass clippings back in order to keep making space because the catch has a flat design but it's not really a huge issue. If I push it faster it throws the grass clippings to the back of the catch. I can clean it easily, pull it backwards to keep it from taking in more debris, and seems made pretty well. When putting it together I did have to use a hammer to get the parts together, the handle didn't fit together perfectly, but no big deal.

I have not received my order numerous times. I contacted VEVOR in the past and requested they use a different shipping company they refused. Once again I haven't received my order which is extremely inconvenient. Your forced to wait weeks for them to go through there whole process of being certain it's not going to show. Then they refund you so you have to wait on the refund. Makes no sense they can't just re ship the item originally ordered vs issue a refund then re ordering. Or maybe use a reliable shipping company to start with.

Plate compactor, read reviews before purchasing and took care to fill fluid levels per instructions and has been a good machine. Does what I needed it to do and better deal than renting.

Item delivered promptly, but listing says it is galvanized steel. They are definitely not galvanized. Appear to be a shiny zinc coating.

Have been buying from Vevor for over 2 years now and have always been pleased with the cost of the purchase, the quality for the cost, and the free shipping.

My previous order for an identical item from another company never got shipped. That was very disappointing.
