My previous order for an identical item from another company never got shipped. That was very disappointing.
The assembly instructions, both printed and online, do not match the product. The wheels have to be put on reversed from how the instructions say to install them, because the bar that they mount on has been shortened by about 6-8 inches.
I am quite elated with this company experience. Being a woman who enjoy purchasing items for responsible areas of my home and moved me to purchase another item, and donate it to my congregation. Future purchases are coming. So, keep up doing what you do. FANTASTIC SERVICE!
I have to say that I've been viewing the Vevor website for some years thinking how it seemed too good to be true. I guessed the quality would be poor or service even worse! How wrong could I have been! First class service and a great product delivered on time and as described. Will certainly will be using Vevor again [and again].

I'm a 40 yo 170lb female. I had a big overpour of concrete coming off the foundation that looked horrible. The hammer drill worked amazing! Its a workout at almost 50lbs, but it got the job done quick! I can't believe how inexpensive it was for such a heavy duty tool. Great tool to have
