They gave us a detailed explanation of why the watch was not working properly. And based on pricing it was definitely worth having fixed over replacing the Movado watch. When we got the watch back it looked almost better than new from their awesome cleaning anne has kept perfect time since.

I wanted a battery replacement got one, I also got seals? Why? The battery was dead in a very short time about 3 or 4 months not good!

I have a Movado Museum piece. I love this watch. No one repairs watches anywhere in my State that I could find. It had not worked in several years but I wore it anyway. One day I decided enough and it was time to find someone. Looked on internet and Watch Repairs laid out exactly what to do and have an estimate for repair. I sent it off and after a few weeks got an email with invoice and that watch was ready to be returned. Seamless process. I'm extremely happy and highly recommend.

I had a 30 year old Tag that needed a full interior overhaul because water penetrated the case. Tag themselves could not take on the repair because they no longer have or make the parts to my watch. This outfit apparently and wisely has a collection of parts for different manufacturers. They repaired my watch and cleaned and polished her up so she looked like new. Very pleased thank you.

Watch Repairs USA did an outstanding repair of my Ebel watch. It required a new battery and new seals to ensure it remains water resistant. The turnaround was fast and the cost was reasonable. The watch was returned in the same, perfect condition in which it was sent along with testing data showing the seals were doing their job. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
