After about 4 weeks, the clasp, which was the part that was broken, broke again.

I sent my bracelet in for repair because no one here would repair it. I'm very satisfied with the repair and I can enjoy wearing my bracelet again.

I liked that I was given quick updates on where my watch was in the process, as well as what was needed to fix my watch. It's now come back working better than ever.

Finally decided to bring back >25yrs of Luminox watches back to life. I used to live overseas where watch Kiosks could do most routine maintenance including pressure checks and the like. But since being back to the states its such a hassle and expensive sending them back for a battery change. Eventually I'd muck up a watch just enough where it was unreliable. So I'd by another. I ended up with four watches in various states of disrepair! I sent off the carcasses and misc bones to Watch repair and they sent me estimates I was sure would turn out to be too low. But I received them back in perfect condition. Been using them for over a year now and am very pleased. They're still working fine and the best part. I'm wearing history I never thought I'd wear/use again. No, the best part is they're cleaned and in good repair and at some point when I stop ticking they'll go to my sons ready to wear.

. Sent watch (Tissot) because it was losing time and winding stem would not fully seat Still loses time even though watch is on automated winder overnight and winding still doesn't fully seat.

The total time shipping, repairing and returned was excellent. Looked like new when I received it back. This was a 200M watch that I used for diving over the past many many years. I understand that You noted that I should not use this watch for any water activities due it's age, warn parts and knowing that no one can guarantee the repair for water activities. I agreed with you... With that said, I have been on 6 dives (open ocean) to 100 feet and many snorkeling trips with no issues what so ever.Excellent repair.

The watch ran for a few days then stopped and has not run since.

Did what repairs I wanted done. Price was reasonable for 100 year old pocket watch. Return shipping was fast and product was very secured for return shipping.

Sent luminox watch for repair, bezel does not turn correctly, they were unable to get parts for repair even though they are a certified luminox repair center according to luminox. They were also unable to replace the tritium markers which is the selling point of luminox watches due to there inability to get parts. So all they did was to replace Rhonda movement and sent it back just as dirty as when I shipped it for over $400. I would not do this again

I sent 4 vintage Hamilton electric watches to Watch Repairs USA to receive attention to battery changes and related repairs. They analyzed each watch and sent me an estimate for each and the total for all four. I agreed to the amount and about a month later received the watches in fine running order. I am very pleased with the results and Watch Repairs USA's service. I will use again.

Lee, clocksmith, completely overhauled and restored circa 1825 American grandfather tall case clock. Picked unit up at residence and returned on completion. Great job…works perfectly. Watch Repairs USA most highly recommend. Lee is a perfectionist. And owner is easy to work with.

So it cost more to fix it than the original cost of the watch, but worth it for sentimental reasons.
