Fast, cheap, courteous. They are the best around! My dr didn't want me buying from anywhere else but webeyecare is 2 times cheaper and honestly dealing with their customer service department is much more pleasant than dealing with the people at my eye dr office. The reps are always so friendly, kind and patient with me when I ask questions. There is a girl there that is always so sweet and kind when I call in and get her. I don't remember her name but, she is just a doll! This is the best company I've dealt with by far for contacts.

I've ordered contacts from W. E for years. However, I submitted a reorder and was sent wrong prescription. When I called, I was told that I entered it incorrectly (I didn't enter anything) then was told provider changed my prescription (not true)

Not sure what all the reviews are about but my experience was seemless. Placed my order monday morning had my tracking by Wednesday and my order by Friday! I selected the free 5-10 shipping expecting the USPS delays but WebEyeCare shipped it UPS ground getting it to me soo fast! So glad I didn't let reviews stop me from giving them a try!

They REPEATEDLY ignore simple emailed questions and lie about processing time, claiming prescription verification takes 1-2 days. I placed my order almost 2 WEEKS ago and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I'll never do business with these liars again.

Easy ordering. Was a hard prescription, so it came in the time frame that was indicated. I did have to reach out and contact them about a tracking number. Overall, I will re-order from them.

This was my first time ordering from WebEyeCare.com. I always worry when ordering the first time, but this experience turned out perfect. I was able to order contacts for my son. I easily uploaded a copy of his prescription, put in my order and received it timely. Even with the processing fee for this company, this was the least expensive for the brand we were purchasing (including the cost of the contacts and any processing/shipping fees).
The only thing the company could improve upon was more communication. I received confirmation of the order, but then nothing until I had received the contact and was asked to do a review. As I ordered during the busy Christmas season of 2020, delivery took a little longer than expected (maybe 2-3 weeks), but again, as this was my first time ordering, I was nervous. Also, I would have liked a heads up on the shipping because it is cold in Wisconsin and I am not sure what happens to contacts if they freeze.
I would (and have) recommended this company to others.

I've ordered from them in the past with 0 to no issues. This time my order took over a month to ship with no communication from Webeyecare that my contacts were backordered. If I hadn't emailed/chatted so often I would have never found out what was going on. I would have been much more understanding had I been provided any info. I asked for this order to be canceled 2 weeks ago as I paid another company 20$ to expedite me an order and they still ended up shipping the order and not issuing my refund. Unfortunately because of how this was handled I will not be ordering through them again.
I paid for an eye exam for a contacts prescription. I waited two weeks, and nothing ever came. I had to contact customer service, follow up after I heard nothing, and then finally got a refund with no explanation as to what the heck happened. It was a let down.
Most of the time they are fast a delivering there product but do to covid it takes a bit longer. Awesome
