BUYER BEWARE! I purchased several pairs of clothes (hoodies, jeans) for my daughter at Christmas. 3 of the 7 items did not fit so I had to return. The return process via the app was very buggy and did not work so I had to email. This was on 12/26. On 1/6 I received an email apologizing for the delay and asking me to re-explain everything I had already sent 2 emails about. I did. And still have not received any return communication. I'm now stuck with clothes that do not fit. Very poor customer service and experience. Avoid if you can. I imagine they will eventually lose enough US business because of how poor they treat customers.
I feel 1 star is being generous. All I can advise is DO NOT purchase from this company. My daughter wanted a tank top ($45 for probably made in China) They sent a red dress. Go figure. I returned the item. Have not received item I purchased or a refund. This was Nov 2024 / it's now Feb 2025. Most shocking customer service. I had to go through PayPal to get money back. Absolutely disgraceful
I ordered a ton of products from them for my daughter for Christmas because it was all she wanted. I ordered everything on black Friday and the website said guaranteed Christmas delivery. Not only did her order not come in until after Christmas, effectively ruining her Christmas morning, but the tracking didn't tell me it would be late until December 23rd leaving me no time to make other arrangements! Of course, I have reached out to them several times and only get an automated response saying they got my email and would get back to me. What a joke, don't trust them!
My daughter is distraught after using her Christmas money to buy from this business. She spent £39 on two items and only one was received in her parcel. The company took 30 days to respond and came back saying their stock take was in balance so no item was unaccounted for so no refund would be issued. I have helped her email asking again, I will update on the outcome, but I would be cautious using a business with such terrible customer service. If you have a similar problem, get your bank to issue a chargeback.

SCAM ALERT! I never received the order. This is a SCAM. 1st, they said it would take 3 to 5 business day to arrived, I placed the order December 7 to arrive before Christmas, it didn't happen, I had to improvise another present, later it showed as delivered on the 24th, that never happened. When I did the claim, the answer was "Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping company to safely deliver the shipment. We recommend contacting your local police department if you believe that your package has been stolen as White Fox Boutique is not liable for lost/stolen packages."
After several email back and forth I had no help at all. They didn't send the products and I didn't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered a size small White Fox hoodie and matching sweatpants for my daughter. When she received it, she was super excited even though it was far bigger than ridiculously big on her.She wore it one time. I washed it by itself on the delicate cycle, then I hung it up to dry. The material fell apart in my hands! The washer was filled with pieces of black material. The outfit was absolutely ruined! Again, I washed it on the delicate cycle,cold water, and hung to dry! The material is absolute garbage. It cannot be worn again. I have emailed White Fox 3 times. The first time they apologized and told me this was certainly not up to their standards. They asked for more photos. I have sent multiple clear photos, a copy of my receipt ( over $100) along with the customer order on it. The only message I received after that was to ask for more photos and asking if that was the correct order number. I replied yes, along with my order number and more photos again. I told them the material was like SHEIN and Temu. If I wanted to order from them, I would have. I have asked them for a phone number, I've asked for a refund…. NOTHING! They do not respond. It is the WORST customer service that I've ever seen. The material is absolute garbage and no matter what, they will not respond.I cannot stress this warning enough… DO NOT BUT FROM WHITE FOX, unless you just want to wear it once and burn about $120 I would love to give these THIEVES A NEGATIVE FOUR STARS but, that's not an option.
Order 28th November, 3 items missing from my order. Status changed to refunded for the items but received no refund. Emails and messages go unanswered for weeks. Finally a reply saying it's resolved but refers to a completely different order! So nearly 2 months later still out of pocket for Christmas gifts that never arrived! No customer service to speak to. Spent hours on this. Why are they still allowed to trade with literally thousands of complaints?
Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I can't believe they've created a hoodie that is hand wash only for a start. Even after hand wash at 30 degs, inside out, the font still bubbled and peeled off. Complete waste of money. I have no idea how their products sell so well and can only assume those with font still in tact after washing are counterfeit. When the counterfeit products are better quality than the genuine you know something is off! 😂🤦Please save your money!

I ordered a couple of items for my daughter for Christmas and I was never made aware that I couldn't return any of the items. I've sent multiple emails and nobody has gotten back to me. If this is the way they do business, it's pretty sloppy. No wonder they have a 2.5 star review. Unbelievable. I will never order anything from this company.

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered from them November 20 2024. On November 25 it was put on a plane and have heard nothing since. I have e mailed about 8 times now with no response. I called my bank to report fraud since there has been nothing from them to explain why I still have not received my items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

After waiting a month for my express delivery package it eventually came on December 6th. I then had to report a missing item. They took two weeks to respond, where they asked for me to send a picture of the package undamaged and everything that came in it. Considering it was two weeks ago I already threw the package away and took everything out of the bag. After explaining that they still haven't answered my email about the missing item I bought. They have very poor communication and I feel very disregarded. At this point I don't think they're going to do anything about it. I've spent over 1,000$ on white fox brand and they couldn't even send me an update about my missing item within the package. I really thought I liked white fox and could trust them but after this I will not be buying from them again and will surely not suggest it anymore. They scammed me and disregarded my email.
