This is the second time that I ordered something and due to vendor issues they removed the items from my shipment that I basically placed a transaction for. I told them to refund me my entire money and cancel the transaction and they still shipped me the parcel without the one item that I really wanted. They charged me for the money, then cancelled it and then charged me again. To top of it, customer service SUCKS. They take forever to reply and are unaccomodating and don't value customers. LAST TIME I SHOPPED FROM HERE EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE
Cute clothing but the shipping takes forever. I can order from the uk with faster shipping. Not the best costomer service. If you email with questions don't expect and answer right away or at all for that matter.
I was shocked to this at the very bottom of their sight in small print!

Have this store in my local mall, sometimes the material seems cheap or tacky for certain items so keep that in mind. Bought a dress for a new years party, it fit very well and was extremely flattering. Saw it online and ordered it. Would recommend going to the store and trying things on if possible before you purchase. Mine luckily fit well and was great quality.
Also I would like to add that when we were in line buying the dresses, the cashier kept jerking around and bunching up the dresses on the table to ring them up and get the tags off. No care was given to our dresses. The fabric was the type of fabric that you can't iron so it was really making me upset. The saleswomen need to treat the dresses gently but she wasn't giving any care to it. She was just too worried about doing it fast. Also the last thing she said to us was "no returns".
OMG. Awful.
This place sucks. Do not shop here. They will take your money and then tell you its not in stock but will still keep your money. And if you try to call they will be rude and tell you there is nothing they can do. Do not shop here
Their clothes are great quality and sizes are realistic; however, they sold me several items that they did not have in stock and charged me anyways. I had to chase them down to get an answer. I e-mailed several times and did not get a response. I finally called but I waited on the line for 30 mins. Once I spoke to someone at customer service they explained what happened and had my order shipped. It got here in just a few days.
Additionally, if you're from Canada be prepared to pay hefty taxes (on top of the American tax they charge) when the delivery guy comes to the door!
All in all, good quality but clothes are overpriced. Customer service is OK.
