I bought some boots and they arrived broken, I contacted them and they offered me a 10% discount on the price of the boots. I am not satisfied because I cannot use the boots and to repair them they would charge me at least $ 10 dollars and they offered me the approximate of $ 2.35. It is a bad place to buy I do not recommend it.

Rude customer service

Horrible customer service. They do not help at all. They advertised the WRONG shoes online under the wrong name. I looked at pictures for GLITTER IS ALL THAT MATTERS PLATFORM HEELS (at the time it was under the name CHROME BLOCK HEELS) I ordered a pair. Then they want to send me the actual chrome block heels which were nothing like the glitter platform heels I wanted. Keep in mind there were NO PICTURES of the actual chrome block heels when I ordered them under that name. Therefore it was WINDSORS MISTAKE FOR FALSELY ADVERTISING.

I contacted windsor telling them I wanted the shoes I ordered in the picture, the person I spoke to didnt bother to help at all. She just told me that those are the shoes I ordered so basically there was no mistake. She didnt even address how windsor falsely advertised or how it was THEIR mistake. Eventually she stopped responding (RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL) and I had to call the store to get help. Still, all they offered was a free return of the shoes I did not want and would have never ordered if they had put the correct images, and they still pretended as if it was my mistake and not theirs.

This changed my whole perspective towards this store. Will not recommend to anyone again and I do not want to purchase from them again.

I ordered a romper, a pair of earrings, a necklace and shoes for an event coming up in a week. The order was suppose to be around $110 dollars but they had a coupon code on the site for 30 percent off all items. I ended up paying $70 + an additional $10 for faster shipping. My event was in 7 days and the site said 5 days the latest. However it took 10 days to receive my package. I did call there customer service the day before my event and was told it took 2-3 days to process my order then it ships 1-5 days ( which is not clear on the site) x_x I asked about having a refund because it's not explained on the site and rudely was told that if I get it by August 4th then I can. It arrived August 5th

When I finally received the package I was hopefully to have an outfit I can use for the future. I was instantly disappointed and pissed. Everything said made in China. The romper had thread hanging off the sides. Cheaply made! The shoe strap was too long which made it unsafe to wear for anyone (no heal support). The necklace and earrings looked and felt like 25 cent machine toys. I can go on for hours about how terrible and cheaply made these products are.

I returned them though FedEx no less than an hour after opening them. Windsor won't have it until August 15th (but who knows), then I have to wait 2-3 days for them to process the order then I might get my money back in 10 days. So since I spent my money the last week of July, it will now take over a month to possibly get it back, if they give it back to me!

Beware! DO NOT SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAP! You deserve so much better then this review readers. Walmart has even stepped up there game! Give them a shot! Better yet, go to Joanne's, purchase the material and make your outfit yourself. Even if you have no knowledge in sewing I'm sure the quality will be so much better than Windsor. At least you can say you made it yourself and have an excuse to why your outfit looks like crap!

Side note -I went into the store a few days ago. I found out they have a Windsor in the mall near me. Just to see if it was my choice of items... but nope! Everything looks cheap, everything feels cheap and is way Way WAY over priced.

Good luck ladies on your future spending. Just remember, say no to Windsor and drugs.

LOVE their clothing!

Windsor has the cutest clothes for the best price. I always get the most compliments when wearing their items. The clothes are consistent and true to size. I'm petite and their clothes fit my body type very well. They have a decent return policy as well. Additionally, their customer service is responsive and very helpful.

I have been shopping at Windsorstore.com for years now and they are my favorite online store to shop at.

My daughter bought a dress for graduation in February. It didn't fit and I tried to return it in March but got an automatic message that they were closed due to the pandemic and would get back to me once they reopened. I never heard back so reached out again last week. First was told that the time had expired for a return. Now being told they will give a one time courtesy but won't pay return shipping. I will never order from this company again!

Love the clothes

Ordered 3 dresses, they were buy two get one free. I checked the return policy and no where did it state sales were final. After never receiving a shipping notification and contacting them they told me I was still within 10 days although I had pointed out it was the 14th business day. Finally receive the dresses and they were the poorest quality not worth the time I took to write this review. After days of waiting on a

I used a promo code without noticing that it would be a final sale purchase. The promo code was for one dress, but it accidentally applied to all of the dresses which made then all not eligible for a return. I wouldn't have bought them if I would have known. The dresses were also uncomfortable and were cheaply made. Buyer Beware! Avoid Windsor at all costs!

I purchased 6 items. 2 of which were final sale and when I tried to return the other items that were full price but did not fit, they said I could not because purchasing sale items makes the entire sale final sale. What a load of nonsense. I told the agent that nowhere on my receipt did it state that and all did was state that he apologizes for the inconvenience but cannot do anything.

My mother bought me a $300 Windsor gift card in their Vegas store where she lived at the time to send to me in Washington state for my birthday. She was told by manager of the store that gift cards can absolutely be used online, but you must contact customer service to place your order if paying that way. Not true at all! They only accept gift card in store which is ridiculous because they only have a handful of stores in California and one in Las Vegas. On top of this, the gift card is specifically in my name only, so not only can I not use it myself, I can't even send it to my friends in Vegas to use because they ask for ID to prove you're the person on the gift card and they wouldn't have that to do so obviously. They also won't reimbursed my mothers money if the card is returned or make an exception since the manager either doesn't know the online policy or just plainly lied to make a sale. $300 is a lot of money to rip your customers off of and then when you talk to customer service they basically just say well the gift cards never expire so if you're ever in California or Vegas you could come In store to use it. Yeah, OK. Like I'm gonna travel over 1000 miles to go shop at your crappy store with your horrible customer service. Customer service literally told me sorry I'm sure this is a total disappointment to you but there's literally nothing we can do. Store $300 from a customer by lying with no shame. I have a feeling a lot of stuff this company does is shady and not illegal. Probably why there's such a small company and have an expanded their business on top of the horrible online shopping policy and customer service

Sent me a damaged item and wouldn't reimburse me or even offer store credit for the price of the item! Such a small price to pay to satisfy a customer and they couldn't even do that! I'm in customer service and know that what I was asking wasn't an unrealistic demand. Will literally never do business with Windsor online or in store.

Horrible and slow delivery service. No reason a major clothing company to ship using the CHEAPEST and slowest method of shipping to customers.

Website states 1-9 BUSINESS days, my package arrived 11 days AFTER placing order, so realistically 2 weeks after I placed my order did my stuff arrive.

First and last time ordering from this clothing company.

So I bought two pants online and used afterpay as form of payment and in their policy states that it can only be returned online if you use afterpay. So I contacted customer service and they said it could not be returned because I used a coupon code on a regular priced item. Now, I'm stuck with 2 pants that don't even fit me. Bad customer service, all they care about is money. Don't buy from here if you don't plan on losing money for items that don't work for you

Horrible Store

Do not order anything in this online store! These people don't have any respect for laws and your rights as a customer! They shipped my order to the wrong address ( I gave them the right one, it was their fail). By the way I live in Mannheim and our street names are like in New York (For example, A7 or B5). It's the easiest address you can have. Ok, everyone make mistakes, no problem, I'm not angry. I called them and explained it. Two weeks later I wrote them that they have to send my order to the right address within a week (German laws want customers to do that, when you don't get your order at the promised time). No answer. Ok I order again and pay also the Shipping. They shipped it one more time on the wrong address. I got angry. I called them one more time. Nobody did anything. The next day I called them and said, that they have to do anything now, other way I have no other choice and have to inform German customer service and manage this by the justice. They laughed and said, I should not threaten them. Request to observe the law is obviously a threat and sounds very funny. The employee of DHL was very kind and called me to deliver my order on the right address ( it is actually not allowed). Without his kindness I would probably have to go to the court to get my order.

Not only the quality is horrible, the size is not accurate, but you paid too much for delivery and also I never was told that I needed to pay Costums. So I paying more than a $100 CD. Fot a dress that maybe is worth no more than CD$40

Worst service ever

I would never shop online again. This is the worst service I ever experienced. I tried to cancel my order and it took them 4 days to get back to me and on the 4th day that's when they shipped it to me which was too late. All I wanted to do was change the size to one item because it was an error. Melanie was the lady I talked to and she just didn't care and just couldn't do anything to help me.

I bought 5 potential prom dresses and thought the quality of all of them was great! The return process was easy, though it did take about 2 weeks for the refund, and did not have any problems with my returns. I got a notification once my returns were processed and overall had a great time with purchasing from Windsor.
