I order a dress almost 3 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping. Have not received the dress or revived a confirmation email that the order even went thru. I needed the dress for this weekend and I still haven't got it.
Do not order from them unless you're ordering a month in advance.
The policy say returning to store is free! But I guess is not! I paid 37$ Online boot. When I return in the store they credited me only 31$. Lost a customer!

When I ordered online, the package took almost two weeks to come. When it did arrive, the merchandise was not as durable as I had hoped. Overall I will never shop here again and would prefer to spend the same money on other retail stores. If you want trendy clothing, I would not suggest this site based on material alone. But if you want cheaper but suitable clothing, go to a thrift store, Goodwill, Ross, and Burlington, if you want a bargain. In addition, customer service is of no help they will not even acknowledge their wrongdoing or make up excuses. Thanks for reading. I hope this has helped you.
I ordered 9/11/21 I received a "on the way" email 9/14/21 it is now 9/28/21 and still have not received my order. Customer service is worthless. 18 days!? What a joke. Sat on hold for 30 mins before giving up.
At first glance the dress was beautiful, Marie rail was nice and thick. It didn't feel cheap at all. However once I actually got to stretch the material out a bit, I was able to see there was stuff all over the dress. It looked completely used and the price tag was just slapped on it! I asked for my money back as soon as I noticed and still haven't received anything. I'm very disappointed. I can't honestly say I will be ordering again. I would also like to know where my refund is?

This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will make you feel horrible. Their shipping is ridiculously SLOW. I payed extra $10 to get it faster. It has been 5 days and no info on processing or shipping. Now I won't get my dress in time and they told me shipping is nonrefundable. Even if I didn't receive my item with the fake "express" shipping they offer, I don't get that money back. They don't care about their customers. Smaller companies have better customer service. How does this company have stores in malls? HORRIBLE!

I placed an order online, as soon as I place the order it popped up that the item was not in so it refunded me on my credit card I thought maybe I made a mistake and we did the order on a different size. Popped up again that item was not available. I then canceled everything and it showed that the two transactions were on my credit card but we're not charged. Today I look at my credit card statement and it charge me $200 for something I did not get I've been calling customer service and all I get is I'll transfer you and nobody comes or leave a voicemail this is unacceptable I want my money back.
My daughter had her senior portrait sitting this week. She paid $28 for Express shipping so it would arrive in 1-2 days. We found out it was shipped from only about 2 hours away- driving. Great, it'll come the next day. She worried on day 3 when it showed "arriving Thursday" as that would be 4 days from 2 hrs. Away. I contacted Windsor asking some questions about the shipping method and only received, "It should be there Wednesday." They had the tracking as did I and ignored what it was stating. Further, I started to question whether they shipped it Express as we had paid for. They did not respond. Well, the dress did not arrive so she had to find another one for her senior portraits. It showed on day 4 and since I ship for a living I already new... sent 1st class. The difference is about $24 in shipping. How is that legal? They took her money and probably thought, "It's only 2 hours from here so we will send it 1st class and it'll get there in 2 days." I sent a few emails and they offered to refund her shipping. I am asking for more than that and will continue to warn people about their shipping practices. They still have not taken any real accountability or given me a reason why it even happened or how.
I returned 3 items, have been waiting for my refund for the 7 business days. Use a gift card and PayPal for my payment. Checked and saw my refund was issued to today and was unable to find in PayPal. Called customer service and they stated the refund the money back to the gift card that I tossed after use!?!. What company does that? Why would they return it to a one time use gift card? Makayla from Windsor customer was short and quite frankly abrasive when I questioned the logic of a company refunding to a gift card instead of PayPal. Short answer is they claim to refund for first form of payment. I call BS.
If you go to Windsor at the Mid Rivers mall, watch out for Olivia, she is extremely rude and was cussing while talking about tripping customers. Just a heads up, still got a cute dress tho (without OLIVIAS help)

I ordered 2 dresses from Windsor and it was nothing but a great experience for me. Shipping was quick & effective. It was boxed up really nicely with some purple tissue paper & both dresses were placed in a clear plastic bag, which protected it from any damages. They were beautiful and I would definitely order from here again!
ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I placed an order May 25th for an event on June 5th. Paid $9.95 shipping 2-4 days delivery. Order said I will receive Friday June 4th. I checked my package tracking, It changed, Now says June 5th. Today I checked again and it said I'll receive it June 7th on MONDAY! They don't answer their phones and they should alert their consumers to inform there's a change in the shipment. HOW ABOUT TELL ME THAT WHEN I PLACE NY ORDER! This is a rip-off. Sending it right back. THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE ME TO SHIP IT BACK EITHER!
My daughter & I went to the Chicago Ridge store in Illinois to try on some shoes. I was told to see a cashier to grab a size. Once to the front of the store, I was told to stand in line to try on a shoe? How bazaar. Stand in a long to see if the size is available & if it's not; then I just wasted time standing in line for what. What kind of clothing store is this? I hate the return policy online as well. Cut your losses & stick with reputable companies this one clearly sucks!
There is no accurate sizing, they claim their size chart is just a "guide" yet whenever I go by the size chart everything that I receive is way too small. When you contact them for help it's either you can never get through to them, or they never respond via email, or messenger or they block you on social media. I have an order with defective items and I cannot even get a CS rep to get back with me and it's been a week. I've called several times, sit on hold for 45* minutes only to be disconnected... who has that kind of time to deal with that crap. I've emailed twice, with only computer generated responses and not an actual person gets back with me. My order had an item that one of the leg lengths on the rompers was way shorter than the other and a too I order, per the size chart, is sooooo small I can't even get it on me with 1/2 the back unlaced... horrible company, no quality control and no customer service at all.
They consider the amount of time you have to return an item starts when they ship the item. Their shipping usually takes near/over two weeks. That means for items like dresses, you will not be able to return that item once you receive it. This is deceitful. I will not shop here again.
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
