It was easy to order and I received my bed within 2 weeks. No smell on the bed and it inflated really quickly. Overall great experience!

This is a good product with fair pricing. It has worked very well for me. Has met all my requirements and options. It's just that the install was ridiculous and so was the removal. While this is not directly through winkbeds, they are responsible for whomever they contact and contract out to do this service.

It was a full size bed and so I had to have a friend help me - but putting it all together did not take much time at all, and it was totally ready to sleep on the first night -- it was and IS great!

This mattress looks like it was made in a rush. There are loose and misaligned fibers and materials all over the place. I can feel the pocketed coils poking out from the sides. For the price, this mattress should look good on the outside. My back started hurting soon after getting it. They take no pride in their manufacturing. I submitted a complaint, followed up with pictures, and never heard back again. I would not recommend this company as a whole and I plan on returning the mattress as soon as the 30 days have gone by.

Had a defect with the bed and without hesitation Winkbeds replaced and fixed it. Overall an amazing experience and now I'm sleeping amazingly!

We had a great experience with wink. After trying the luxury firm, my husband decided he needed something firmer. I couldn't find my email receipt but they were prompt to respond and get me an invoice to try the firm one instead.

Winkbeds are great. And recommend them if you are in need of a medium or firm bed (which most people want). Just don't count on getting an ultra-soft model if that's what you need.

The company is sincere about you being happy. They exchanged my first bed without any hassle and let me know the first mattress was classified as a 4.5 and the second a 4. They offered to pick them both up for a full refund if I wasn't satisfied after 60-days. Love the company standing by their word, but unfortunately, I'm sending both mattresses back. With that kind of service and the quality of the bed itself, I do recommend you try them.

I had a very specific criteria for my senior mom who had been sleeping in a recliner since she couldn't get in and out of a bed easily and had given up. The reinforced edges and medium firm allows her to move on top of the mattress without feeling stuck in it.

The website helped me decide between 2 different brands I was considering. The company also reached out to me to see if I had any questions. The $300 off offer was misleading as it was already worked into the price. The code didn't work to take more off. I don't like it when companies do that, but even so, the price I paid was comparable to that of other mattresses recommended by Wirecutter. And I am really enjoying the mattress. It is so much more comfortable than my old one.

Only thing I do want yall to add is maybe add an option for them to bring upstairs since i live in apartment building with no elevators it was a super hassle to get up the stairs since im Out of shape and cant lift 100 pound mattress like that

It went well, it would have been nice if Wink had advised I would be contacted by Upload to install the mattress and remove the old one, as their email got lost in my trash since I didn't know to look for it. Otherwise everything fine

Ordering was a breeze and the bed itself is fantastic. I'd forgotten how it felt to wake up without an aching back! The only complaint I have is about the company that was supposed to help assemble the bed and haul away my old one; either the appointment page never went through, or they didn't get back to me. I'd recommend hiring a local company for removal instead.

Shopping for a Wink bed was easy. We went to Sandman Sleep and Bob Blaul helped us compare the two beds we were considering. No pressure and we got the bed just days after ordering.
