I recommend World of Judaica to all of my friends-they have a great selection of holiday gifts and it feels great to support Israel.

Very impressed by the abundance. Huge selection. Even too large perhaps. Was difficult to choose from ~1,000 different mezuzahs. Overall very positive experience. Cheers

WOW! You guys are describing what I am dealing with now. I purchased a tallit for my friend who lives 8 hours away. The order was placed on January 18th, 2015. I told them I wanted it there by Feb first and paid the extra $20 to get it there., I am looking on line and found this company is in South Dakota. Really? They have been telling me that the Tallit is coming from Israel and they have not received it. Plus... they told me they could not overnight it because it was coming from Israel. Ok which is it... Is the tallit being sent directly to my friend from Israel, or is it that they have not received the tallit in South Dakota to be shipped to my friend. Now after reading your reviews I am concerned my friend won't get it. They said they don't have it from their supplier yet and they would contact me tomorrow. This is totally a rip off. I would not use this company again. Perhaps it is time to contact the authorities about the company and put the m out of business. I am sure the FED's would have a field day.

So I wrote a review after last Christmas about my horrible experience with this company. They called me about 3 months ago and said they were sorry about what happened and that they would like to send me the items free of charge. I was surprised and pleased so I agreed. Hung up with them and called my mom to tell her she would get the gifts after all and she was excited! False, never received anything except spam mail. This company is horrible and has no values. Do not buy from this company.

Cheaters and liars!

Placed an order for a $30 product, and was told their billing department would not approve my credit card. Insisted I make a form of cash payment (bank wire, PayPal, etc). Offered 1.5% discount (on $30? Really?).

I checked with my bank and they confirmed the charge authorization was APPROVED and the merchant cancelled the order 4 minutes later. Makes sense because in 31 years, I've NEVER had a charge declined. EVER.

I don't understand why this merchant plays these secret games. If they don't want my credit card, be HONEST and explain what's really going on and not deceive your customer into paying cash so you save a few pennies on your credit card fees.

Deceitful liars.

I have purchased from World of Judaica a couple of times over the past few years. I had primarily purchased their items as gifts for friends so I didn't often use their products or see them after delivery, but given how my friends and family had complimented me for the gifts received, it was a no brainer for me check them out when it was time to buy a tallit for my eldest son's Bar Mitzvah. I had my son select the tallit himself, but he was between a few options. We used their live chat to talk to Beth and she helped answer quesitons my son had about the different tallits. He eventually selected one and I placed the order fo rhim. Even though it shipped from Israel, there was no charge for the shipping. The tallit arrived and my son absolutely loved it. He looked like a real mensch up there on the bima as he read from the Torah.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever had dealings with. My complaints are too long to list, but include late delivery (for a wedding ring! Nearly missed the day), wildly inaccurate description of the product, being directly lied to by the company countless ties (regarding the qualiy of the item, a senior staff member contactingme etc etc), hours and HOURS spent chasing a refund, which took months to come and excluded the return shipping costs to Israel. I could go on. AVOID unless you are happy to pay well over the odds for cheap tat and service which laughs at the customer it lets down

My grandsons Bat Mitzvah was coming up and I really wanted to get him something VERY special, I wasn't sure what to get him at first so I decided to browse the world wide web in hopes of finding the PERFECT gift for such a special occasion. I typed in Bar Mitzvah gifts on Google and immediatley found World of Judaica.com and I must say I was amazed at their enormous selection and surprisingly low prices. I decided to get my grandson a beautiful diamond studded Star of David pendant necklace in white gold and I couldn't be happier as I know my grandson will be as well when he opens his Bar Mitzvah gift! Thank you World of Judaica, I will most certainley be ordering from them again very soon.

I came across this site in a google search when I was looking for a present for my niece's Bat Mitzvah. I wasn't sure what to get her, but then I found the Jewish jewelry section. They had so much to choose from but my niece doesn't wear a lot of jewelry. I found a simple sterling silver Jewish star necklace. I gave it to her on her special day and she loved it! She wears it every day now:-) This site seems to have a huge selection of Jewish presents like this one.
