Just spent an hour on the phone to get a refund on the sneakers they sent me. I ordered 7.5 but they sent me 6.5 so I returned. Maybe they want to pay attention. Bad news is they will never refund to your credit card but to a gift card and even with a gift card they did not refund the balance. A total scam and they are essentially stealing money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
This mob seem to be running some type of scam. They seem to be affiliated with 6pm.com, as we have tried to order from both sites, only to receive the same message from each of them. I'm not 100% sure how the scam works, but they want to get an "Approval" number so they can charge your bank account whenever they like. I had already confirmed with my bank that the transaction was legitimate, so there should have been no need for an "Approval" number. Shoes were never received, and support is very hard to contact, and slow to respond.
Used to be a very frequent customer. Now it's like sending a message in a bottle. Order was supposed to be here yesterday, now "delayed" in transit. How do I know this means lost? Because it happened the last time too. Over a week to get $ returned if I cancel, and I can't just get a replacement sent. Need to wait until it turns up. Never again. Bozos you imp*tent scum
I ordered a pair of hoka recovery sandals June 11 and it is July 5 and I have not received the sandals. Called customer service twice already; first time they assured me that the sandals would be delivered in 2 days, and I would be getting them before my trip. Nothing, these thieves took my money for 3 weeks since I can't find a way to cancel to get my money back. I have been on hold for long time just to cancel. I will never trust this company
Ordered a pair of shoes with a Zappos gift card. Ordered was cancelled and I was locked out of my account due to "suspicious activity." Took over a week for customer service to reply after I contacted them twice. Still not resolved and never got my account or gift card back!
I purchased a bag for 293.25. I got notification that shipping was delayed. A week later they refunded my purchase without my permission and raised the price of the bag to 345.00. I will NEVER shop Zapppos again.
I give Zappos 5 stars as I have had great experiences with the person taking my calls for returns and any questions I may have. I have never been hung up on, never had any miscommunication, or problems what do ever. I always end the call with my inquiry resolved. I make sure to tell the person I am talking with that my experience was great and how I appreciate the excellent customer service skills.
SKU ******* Dockers Beacon, they show that the width sizes are W & EE. That shoe isn't produced in EE. I just returned the 3rd mistake in a week. Each time thru chat or phones calls, I was assured that they would correct the problem, only to receive the shoe in the wrong size W. Pretty poor! I doubt I'll be shopping with Zappos again. Do some shopping before buying here!

Horrible company to deal with. You order, they give you an order number & date of delivery, But then they cancel the order because you did not use your Amazon credit card! I simply wanted to keep Zappos & Amazon separate, so I used another card. They NEVER notified me that they cancelled my order for that reason! Then it took almost 1.5 HOURS to find out why they wanted to do that,over the phone. Absolutely NO customer service from this company at all. Kickbacks between the two of them?

I agree with the other reviewers who said that Zappos used to be great but that service had deteriorated. I spoke with a customer service person identified as Kimberly, and she was incredibly rude. That would never have happened in the past. Also, their web site has a lot of new issues; after trying to help me with a site glitch for 20 min, the tech person said, 'This is an ongoing issue.' -- I said, 'At the Zappos end?' and she said yes, that lots of people had the same problem. -- Too bad, because next to LLBean, Zappos used to have some of the best service and the best web site. Goodbye to the good Zappos, alas.
I bought these foot Moccasins because I am very active, with a lot of walking and getting around in my job. These are great shoes. They are very comfortable fit, good quality and look great. I have not had any problems with them at all and have worn them many times without issues!
Zappos has gone to pot! I have purchased from this company for years with no problems until 2023. I purchased 185 dollar shoes and received them and somebody wore them and it was it evident. So I called them to return and they said they would replace. So I returned the worn ones and got a replacement which was some ugly boots and not the HOKA running shoes that was to be replaced. So I returned the wrong shoes for a refund. I returned the ugly boots I didn't order and got a refund email
So it's been 3 weeks and no refund and I called and they said they said the refund yet I don't have it. I'm going to call these stupid $#*!s until I can talk to someone smart enough to do their job. Don't buy from this company! The people working there don't know what they are doing and they can't even ship the right damn order!
These shoes are great! I love the color and style. They fit true to size and do not require any breaking in. The inside of the shoe is very comfortable, soft and provides good arch support. My feet feel supported throughout my entire day at work.
I ordered shoes 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped. Zappos used to be better with shipping times. I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me when they will ship and they wouldn't do overnight shipping to make up for the lost time. Disappointed in Zappos and probably won't use them after this.
If you are from Puerto Rico of any outside territory from US, know that it will take almost a month for the shoes to be delivered. I'm very disappointed.
First off the shoes I ordered do not stay zipped. That being said I called their customer service number and their representative stated that due to the shoes being defective (merchandise) he would issue a "no return refund". When he attempted to do so he was locked out of the account. He provided a different phone number which I called a few times and each time it went to a voicemail stating that they (Zappos) are busy and to call back during their business hours, which is exactly what I had been doing. Next, I sent an email to Zappos and after sending a second email I received a call at which time I was told 3 things: one) no refund would take place without my sending in the defective merchandise (shoes), two) their phone number doesn't allow inbound calls, and three) she would send an email with a shipping label which never happened. Needless to say, I called their working number and shared my experience. This representative stated she would send me the shipping label which again I did not receive. I also requested for the whole experience, which had dragged on for 3 weeks to be escalated. This resulted in a call back and sadly nothing new to add. I will not purchase anything from Zappos again.
