My company wanted to modify our plan on ZipRecruiter and I spoke with Greg H about it initially. He was amazing and also very helpful, but I had to follow-up after about a week or so because we had not seen our rebate check come in the mail and some of the features we didn't need within ZipRecruiter were still available. He had provided me an email address to follow-up with, and as soon as I did, Stacia came to my assistance. Not only was she polite and knowledgeable, but she gave me all the answers I wanted (which you rarely get in Customer Service, especially when it comes to the money aspect) in a very short amount of time. Would love her to help me out again even if she can't give me the answers I hope for!
Great customer support (especially Rebecca!). They will troubleshoot if a job posting isn't performing as it should.
I have a link that was sent out through social media for a job posting that was not approved and never active. Alex F has helped me by staying professional, engaged, understanding of my situation, respectful of the sensitivity, very positive attitude throughout. Rather than stopping and not helping me since the protocol for this situation is in place, he has submitted this as a case to investigate any opportunity to remove it from being visible through the link that is being circulated through social media. I started off my chat being very angry about being charged for my free trial of ZipRecruiter. Rebecca helped me to understand that it is free for four days. I wanted to cancel because I hadn't gotten any good hits. She gave me a few recommendations for my posting including how I have 2 more postings that I could use to expand my reach for my position. She walked me through how to do this online. She also showed me where I could search the resume database. Just a little extra attention to my needs and now I am going to keep my postings active and see what I get. :) Thanks Rebecca!

I was calling in because i couldn't reach my account rep and got something better. Dejuan in the customer servise department is just a joy to speak with. I couldn't understand how the resume database worked but i do now, As well as other features. Give this guy a raise!
