I've placed many orders from ZNO. I've never had a problem-Good prices and Decent quality... until now. Customer service is absolute garbage. I had a problem where an order was sent to the wrong address (an address from THREE years ago) I have had orders sent since that address. It was delivered and accepted by whoever lives there now. Customer service responds by saying it's not their problem and that it was my fault the address was what it was. Are your serious?!

If you want a cheap product it's a great cheap product. If something goes wrong with your order than you pay for even cheaper service. Good luck getting your money back.

Will never recommend ZNO to a colleague or creative again.

When I ordered an 8x8 book I didn't realize how big and impressive it would be in real life! I was so excited to see my album when it arrived even after spending weeks designing it! (it doesn't take very long though unless you're a perfectionist like me...) I recommend zno.com to EVERYONE!
They're pricing is on the expensive side, but not terribly, and they always have sales...

Beautiful Album!

We just received our Wedding Album and I am beyond satisfied with the final product! The process to put the album together was simple and it turned out exactly as I designed. The album comes in a very nice box and has a nice presentation of quality. The only thing I wish was made more clear is the look/effect of the metallic page, as this was more of a gloss and was not what I was picturing. Overall, very happy with my order!

I ordered 2 canvasses and one of their more unique 3-photo floating frame products. I could not be happier. To be fair, all photos I provided were high quality (DSLR, edited in Lightroom), which may be the cause behind some disappointed customers - the end result will only be as good as what you're providing. Some other negative reviews seem to stem from errors in printing/cropping/handling but I can say that for me, my expectations were met without a doubt. I've ordered a canvas from Walgreens, it turned out more like a cartoon than a photo (no sharpness to the lines, colors muted and blending into each other), and it cost about 80% of what ZNO charges. These were well worth the higher price and I will absolutely buy more in the future. I love to showcase my (admittedly amateur) photography, and ZNO has given me an opportunity to do so and not break the bank! 10/10
*Note, the photos I uploaded show the canvasses still in the plastic wrap (they're an anniversary present for my wife, she's going to love them :) )

We order upwards of 10.000 with ZNO and lately they starting to blame their mistakes on us like we are some dumb idiots and cant' tell the difference between different colors. Really sad cuz they used to be good.

Not Willing To Help

I was very disappointed with ZNO customer service.
My album wasn't printed as supposed to, the pages were cut uneven, however it takes so long for them to process requests and not willing to help at all.
I sent proof pics but that didn't help either.

I ordered a flush mount photo album and the quality is OUTSTANDING. In addition, there was an error in my printing and the company stood behind their product and replaced the album for me. I would highly recommend Zno and look forward to purchasing more albums to capture our memories in the future.

Flimsy Material

I've ordered the aluminum pictures 24x36. Every one I received is warped, bent or damaged. The aluminum that is printed on is so flimsy I can't possibly see how I can ever get a good picture that I'd be proud to hang out of them. Although the picture is beautiful, the mounting surface is so damaged that I'm debating even keeping them. I would not recommend getting any aluminum backed pictures from them. I've attached a pic of one of the three but they all came out with this type damage where the picture looks deformed because of the thin aluminum material. I got one replaced but the replacement also has these defects.

I took a big chance ordering one of their high-end lay-flat photo-books when I had never ordered products from them before. It was fairly expensive but seemingly on par with what most of these companies will likely charge for this product. I was very happy with the product received. Great quality printing. Pages feel great. And looks exactly as they advertised on their website. The only thing I did not like was how the acrylic cover was attached to the photo-book. But their customer service was great and they addressed my concern promptly! I was especially impressed with that part of the service.

I worked a few weeks on stunning layouts but when was ready to order and put in all my valid credit card information it kept on pending for a few hours, and I couldn't order it even when I tried different credit cards and lost all my hard work. I tried calling them but nobody picked up ever. THERE'S NOBODY TO TALK TO! No wonder all reviews are terrible. NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Late shipping.

$#*!ed up my order. I was told my order, for my bride, would be here by Thursday, but it wasn't even shipped until the day before it was supposed to arrive, even when I paid for priority shipping. TERRIBLE customer service, and their lab is in $#*!ing china apparently... photographers be warned. If you need your album within 2 weeks of ordering, you won't $#*!ing get it.

I have been using this company for 5 years and recently had a product drop shipped that was lost in the mail a month! Horrible customer service and no regard for loyal customers whatsoever, they are handling the situation by insisting I make my client wait another 1-2 weeks till their delivery company investigates instead of rectifying this w a reprint or refund.
This is not how you run a business and not is it a risk you want to take if you like to keep your clients happy.

Purchased expensive photo books about 4 years ago, one of them was damaged so I ordered an exact photo book that was archived with their database, EXACT, it came in cut off on the right side cutting into the text by 1 inch +/-, this is a heirloom photo album to us. I contacted them about the problem and explained to them that it was their fault or their printers fault, they offered me 25% discount to reorder it. As a business that is awful customer service and they didn't answer after the first reply. They claim that it was the way I uploaded the photos, BUT I just reordered the same exact perfect centered album I received 4 years ago. They have good quality products, but be aware of something goes wrong, don't expect them to make it right, they don't even have a review section on their site and their Instagram page comments are disabled, probably because of the same horrible complaints they do nothing about. This is not how you run a business, from this one mistake your losing dozens upon dozens of customers I would refer as I have in the past, some companies are thick headed and don't know how to do business, pathetic and insulting.

So disappointed!

Thought this company is a reliable and legit US company, well, guessed what horrible thing my little present leaded my sister to experience. First, increasing scam calls from China claiming they are calling from DHL and then the gift package arrived via DHL in a package without SENDER info but only Shanghai address. My sister is too scared to open and even asked to pick up from DHL to ensure it's not from the scam and is safe. It is not a good Birthday surprise I would ever hope. And most importantly how this company treated customer's information is also a big NO, great, now both me and my sister had to continue facing these scam calls and I am worried about my payment info as well.

Their fine art prints are soooooo awesome. I usually order their art prints as wall decor but I decided to try out their new fine art prints to decorate my new flat. I got mine in their 2mm styrene and it was very sturdy and thick. It was the perfect thickness for me to tape to walls without having it bulge out too much.

I started buying their little black books since four years ago. I buy at least twice from them a year, and was with them through every price increase. Although the price has gone up quite a bit, I still think that their price is very much worth it since it's still relatively affordable. I like their hard covers because it feels thick and substantial, and I like the matte effect. Their silver-halide effect, according to my photography friends, is the BEST in the industry. I am very satisfied with them, although they have increased their prices.

I have used this company for YEARS and they have recently decided to do away with a 5x7 book size which is the only size I ever ordered. As DSLRs shoot in a 2:3 aspect ratio, to get an image flush on each page, you would need a book similar in aspect ratios. Offering square books doesn't do anything. That crop is useless. The closest is 6x8 which works great EXCEPT they doubled their pricing from $20 to $40 for 1 inch difference.
Then, they offer this makers plan. It costs $20 to do it and gives you $30 store credit (so you save $10). But the offer they have of 20% off is a better deal with 2 books in my shopping cart.
I call to tell them it won't let me use the 20% off and I already paid for the makers plan but I would rather have the other discount.

In order to do something so simple, I'm told they have to cancel my entire order and a refund takes 5-10 business days AND I have to go back in an resubmit my entire order again.

Will not be using this company again.
