As everyone says, they have zero customer support. I paid for two duplicate albums. They only sent one. It is impossible to get them to rectify the situation. AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

Feeling a bit frustrated here. Noticed your products are always labeled "ON SALE," but when I go to check out, it's back to the regular price! And to top it off, I have to hunt for a Thanksgiving 20% discount code? Seriously?

Zno 6 year costumer

I'm a costumer since 6 -7 years,the quality of product is "ok" but the prices star being expensive. I put two times a complain for a quality and they just offer me a discount on a next purchase. Im feeling dessapointed. I star to look other companys to provide a best service.

Exceptional Care

I was really nervous to order because theres definitely some not so great reviews, HOWEVER! I ordered 2 glass front wedding albums and got a 50% off coupon which was AMAZING!

The leather and inside quality was absolutely incredible! The photo on the outside looked a little off-colour I think maybe from the glass? Anyways, I still loved them so much and got 50% that I didnt feel it was necessary to contact them.

About 4 months later my husband suggested I contact them and instantly they were like, no problem, we'll ship out 2 new ones asap and they did!

The new ones arrived and they were the same so they suggested I choose another style and send out ANOTHER 2 pairs totally free and so fast!

Over the top superb custom care! Would totally recommend and order again.

Terrible Quality and costumer service

Worst and unprofessional printing and costumer service I experienced! I ordered my wedding album through ZNO, Uploaded high resolution - top quality photos, and I received a totally different album - with low quality blurry and off color photos. When contacting them they said the original photos I uploaded are the problem. Showing them proof of their mistake did not help and they won't refund me.

Bad Customer Service

Hello Zno Customer Serivce!

Wooow I thought I was going to like this company, but now I don't know! Just got off the phone with a customer service Agent "Evelyn" and she was a bit rude! It's shocking because before she seems really helpful and nice! Maybe because she has a heavy load or something! Everybody have bad days, however when speaking with customers who plan to make ZNO their number one Album company, you have to he careful with the way you speak with your clients! Even though you have a lot of Customers you have to tend to, you still have to be patient and answer their questions in a diplomatic way! At first I gave Evelyn a good review, now I feel so sorry that I gave her a good review! This is my first time using this company, so that's why I have so many questions! As a professional photographer, I want to make sure I'm knowledgeable myself as far as Albums go! Hopefully, if I call back with any questions I get someone who is not rushing me! NOBODY WANTS TO BE RUSHED! Again, I know this company probably have a lot of calls, but again you still have to be patient with your customers!

Lowest unprofessional customer service.
The person name "Evelyn", someone on the company end need to provide some training.
Zero tolerance to listen to customer issue. Solving problem? She just doesn't want to listen. And i am Zno pro plan member for past 3+ years and purchased products periodically.

Customer Service is NON-EXSISTANT. Do NOT order from this site. The book I received has binding that isn't sealed, the pages are low quality, and the color quality of the photos are horrible. I would never order from this company. Not to mention they post they are an American company with a flag on the home page, and the shipment came from China.

Paid shoot

I order a Presentation Box Album with a USB Set, and of course the 25x25cm Layflat Photo Book. It Ships from China which I'm not bothered at all, the delivery date is not bad.
The bad part is the quality of the album itself which the client can't accept. The glue they use is not sticking properly.

I am so thankful to the ZNO team for such a beautiful 14*11 Linville Album Set. It arrived a week before the due date and its absolutely gorgeous. Prints are stunning, page weight is perfect for a professional Wedding Album and the box it comes in is the same linen cover as the Wedding Album itself and is so beautifully presentable. The software they offer to create the album is simple and very user friendly. I ordered the Green Tea linen cover and its a truly sublime color (While creating the album you will get the option to choose the cover color). Lastly, i have a wedding album from them ordered 7 Years ago and to this day its pristine and has retained the quality of the prints exquisitely. Thanks again guys

The book arrived. Nice packaging and it us, as you said, a great product. I posted this to your page. I just got mine back. I was at first skeptical but the product is legit. Colors are accurate. Pages are stiff card stock but stiffer. Cover is very smooth and the texture is creamy, certainly nice touch. I'll do another using the full sweet of destgne and layout option. But rest assured, the book is legit!

The first time I ordered, they had put the wrong province, so the package bounced in the system until I called DHL to sort it out. Ok, mistakes happen. The second time I order (I placed the order before I received the first order), I asked them about putting in a border on standard prints, which the website indicated was possible. Client services said it's not possible. I had to place an order to meet a deadline, but sent a message right after saying if it is possible to put a border per website, please do. I sent them a message withe a screen shot of the website, and they were like, oops, just kidding, it's possible. So I asked them to follow through with my request, and they responded they can't change an order. Poor customer service. Not making the mistake of ordering from them again.

I have had a Maker Plan subsription for a couple of months. Their terms & conditions say you can cancel any time with a notification period. After numerous emails and requests via web form, I simply never got a response to my cancellation request. They kept withdrawing money from my credit card account and I had to contact VISA to credit this back. The products and books they offer are nice, but prepare to being screwed if you want to cancel your plan.

Great photo books!

I have ordered three photobook from zno over the last few years and I've been so impressed every time! The print quality is super and the page thickness makes for such an impressive photobook. I've never had issues with delivery, and received a fast response when I needed to contact customer service. In response to those saying the customer service is slow, this is digital printing internationally, you need triple check everything so you don't need to make changes after ordering. In order to get the fast shipping times, they need to start printing the product quickly and do not proof the product for you. If this doesn't work for you I would suggest finding a company that will provide you with proofs; you get what you pay for. The price for quality I find is one of the best I've found in my personal experience, although I'm not using the site professionally for multiple clients so I can only speak for my own limited experiences. I always recommend zno to friends wanting to put together a book, and they have also all been very pleased with the outcome.

I ordered a Layflat Photo Book with linen cover with Debossing in Gold.
The Font on the front page was not straight so I send an email to customer support. They refused to acknowledge the issue and have not been willing to rectify the issue.
Really disappointing that this was not checked before sending
Poor customer service for an expensive product at nearly 200 USD

Wedding album
September 4, 2020

I am so in love with our wedding album. Not only is it stunning and great quality, but I literally just ordered it on Aug 30th around 4 pm and it was at my door on Sep 3rd 3 pm. So exciting! Pricey, but you get what you pay for. I bought the leather/crystal cover.
